Thanks alot for the rate! I'm absolutely going with Muddy Water for the reasons you calc'd, but I'm sticking with Tbolt, as while trying Sludge Bomb I've had a big problem with waters (Gyarados, Suicune) switching in on Goodra with no good counter-move, plus I still haven't used Sludge Bomb...
