cb victreebel isnt seen a lot and i feel like it should get more attention. when in the sun it gets just shy of 480 speed, which outspeeds most of the tier (besides scarfers of course) and also can do heavy damage to mons expecting specially offensive victreebel

EDIT: I replaced Salazzle with a scarf drapion set I found online. It seems to have fixed the problem and is a pretty good revenge killer.
