Need to run some calcs here but I'm pretty sure specs Latias gets the OHKO on Gyara with Draco Meteor anyway. If Gyara is too buffed up with HP and Spdef EVs then it'll probably won't have the speed to beat Heatran. Not to mention that you also have Rotom-H who can counter it. T-Bolt helps...
