    Korski. Speed should be about more than being beaten by offensive Heatran. Plenty of pokemon are much faster than Heatran yet easily brought down by it. CAP3, being in the position of Heatran being immune to both of its STABS will surely not need to be slower than offensive Heatran to be hard...

    Korski. I like how well-tuned his Speed stat is; it's interesting how positive base 77 outspeeds neutral CAP3, but neutral base 100's are outsped by positive nature. I think the whole "Outspeeds Heatran" thing could be fixed by narrowing its movepool a bit (ie: Don't include Earth Power)

    Fire/Poison. Ice/Rock will be slaughtered easily by many very commonly seen OU pokemon, such as Scizor and Conkeldurr. Ice/Steel has Steel in it. "Dragonslayer" or not, most, if not all, dual types with Steel in them are excellent.
