About your post in the Sets VR thread:
2. A Pokemon's sets cannot be ranked higher than the Pokemon is on the main viability thread - i.e. Choice Band Azumarill cannot be S rank here because Azu is only A rank there.
You can however nominate Terrakion to A- in the normal VR thread

I was just bringing up reasons why Raikou shouldn't be more than one subrank lower than MMane, not arguments for it to rise...
