Chansey has the wrong ability, but is otherwise usable. Probably should just use her for breeding since most sets run her - atk instead of - spa iv.

I was looking for something that's related to poison since Koffing is poison type, and Cantarella is a feminine sounding name for a poison, so that's what I chose >< Plus Wikipedia says it might have been in what Juliet took in Romeo and Juliet so it matches the Love ball theme... kinda.
