Yeah I'm online right now breeding for the new people. I don't think people with I.D/OT that don't match the pokemon that require happiness to evolve can evolve them that way anymore so yeah, if you don't mind evolving it, that'd be great.

No, I've tried it myself with a pokemon transferred from my other cart. Others have tried it as well and confirmed it isn't possible anymore.
