Oblivion Wing would be pretty interesting. I think Torn-T is too high on the rankings, but Torn-I would definitely appreciate it. Both of them have Hurricane, however, so that won't work. I'd submit Tornadus-Incarnate + Oblivion Wing and see what happens. I would +1 that.
