I don't know how your schedule is but I guess 4pm - 9pm [-7] which would be 9am - 2pm [+10] would be convenient for both of us?
As for day(s): How about Thursday or Friday? Would that work for you?

It's basically a 7 hour time difference, you're 7 hours ahead of me, but a day behind. Thursday works for me, Friday does not.
