Balanced Hackmons has a few bans that make it awkward to simulate near-OU battles -- specifically Wonder Guard, Pure/Huge Power, Protean, Arena Trap, Water Bubble, Magnet Pull, and Innards Out. The OUbers tour should probably opt for Custom Battle over Balanced Hackmons.

Hey, we got paired up for the UU Open. My timezone is GMT -4 (EDT). This week, I can play Monday July 10th between 2pm-2am, Tuesday July 11th between 12pm-5pm, Thursday July 13th between 12pm-3pm, and Sunday July 16th all day. Let me know if none of these times work. The following week is a bit more of a minefield for me but I'll try providing more times closer to then if that's necessary
