theoretically, the problem should be guilt on Bruce for choosing Rachel over Harvey. However, Harvey really can't die because he has to become Two-Face and there was no way Bruce was choosing Harvey over Rachel. The switcheroo hurts this a bit but it's really the only it could have gone.
