Seems kinda weird that Blake would leave the police. Bruce was never trying to get rid of the police, just reform them.

I guess blake was sick of the beurocracy, gordon and the chief, because they didn't do the right thing at some times?

In Batman Begins and TDK he knows that his actions aren't legitimate, but they're necessary. So did Bruce kinda change his mind and decide that the law always needed a check to it? It was Bruce's idea for Gordon to lie about Harvey Dent anyway though.
