how did you make this format? I wanted to make a BH doubles since normal BH is so slow I think it would benefit from something like that.

It's kind of a long story but you have to do it naturally. We were playing around with the idea, decided it was fun, and approached the National Dex leadership because that's what seemed to be the best fit for the tier regarding assistance running it and a place to host it.

I don't know if there's interest in the normal BH community, but people in the ND community and sometimes the Doubles community were asking for it and we were able to fill that void.
