This is not too bad! The main issue is playstyle mixing. Half of your team seems to be oriented towards balance and the other half is HO. Try making Iron Crown Booster Energy (booster speed) and Calm Mind. I'd also go Thunder Wave over U-turn on Dragapult, since HO doesn't often need to switch.
