Agreed. You can counter it, IF.....*3 options here*. Should be looked at, simply for its restricting nature. Can't even call it a counter anymore when you need an optimal situation to be able to (no rain, full health, etc). It's a skewed metagame when you have to prepare for a certain pokemon...

as you might have noticed, i rarely deliver a finished product lol i have adhd, so i usually don't have it in me to work on one thing more than once :) so that makes it hard to finish stuff
