The Dragonite change imo it will work great, Dragon Claw/ Dragon tail instead of EQ. The Scalopide i'm not 100% sure but it's worthy of a try.

All your math is correct, but you are forgetting that SR will not be all the time and the Blaziken STAB recoil, so those 2HKO can kill him quickly and azumarril and talonflame will be all over the place so it's kinda bad for blaziken in my opinon a week sweeper that lose to the top 2 priorities...
