I think it was probably that you didn't have the drop in your Sp.A stat. Khu said before that the move had no drawbacks, so I guess Gamefreak figured that was kind of busted and added one in.

Somewhat disappointed in Lokix if true. With a total of 450 BST. 102 attack and 92 speed are the best stats. It would need good moves or abilities to make up for it.
