    Nope, sadly you can't. I had a similar problem with my cells, as i was stuck at 99/100... turns out i wasn't missing a cell, but a core. So try and look for those!

    From 30 to 255 chained pokemon you have 4 guaranteed IVs. After the 255th encounter, the system 'resets' and starts counting from the beginning again, so the 256th pokemon will have no guaranteed IVs

    I wouldn't mind trading you one, but be advised that the encounter rate for a bagon is extremely low, and that the chain required to get a salamence is usually very long and straining for a low-level team

    You need to pretend you are not looking for a female salandit. That's how RNG works, the more you want something, the less it will give you

    I personally prefer a pokeball that looks cool on the pokemon, but if it's a regular one it's absolutely not a deal breaker to me. Gender and IVs also have a limited importance. If someone is so kind to host a giveaway, but the pokemon doesn't have every single thing someone is looking for...
