I'm not sure where exactly the change to 60bp occurs, but I did a test to see if Charge would stack with the effect and it didn't. The Tera Electric Nuzzle I tried was in the same damage range both before and after a Charge instead of getting doubled.

It's already shown in the move data, but I tested in-game, and can confirm that Dancer activates if Aqua Step is used.

Not sure if this is documented anywhere, but the Air Balloon announces itself in the same speed tier as abilities like Intimidate or Drizzle. And if a Pokemon with one of those abilities has the Air Balloon, then the ability triggers first, and then the balloon right after. This behavior means...

I actually tested this a while back by using Entrianment on Morpeko. I didn't bother making a post because the move was not boosted. It's not too surprising a result since all of the moves boosted by Mega Launcher end with はどう (hadō) in Japanese, and Aura Wheel does not. Terrain Pulse, on the...

I tried setting the sun alongside Cherrim and then switched in G-Weezing. Not only did Cherrim lose its Attack buff, it also changed back to its Overcast form.

If you utilize Neutralizing Gas for the switch in and a third Eject Pack on your initial partner, you could place the Pokemon you intend to Dynamax into the opposite slot instead of the same slot. In that case would your Pokemon still Dynamax or not?

Since Mold Breaker ignores Levitate when checking if the target is grounded, I tested Mold Breaker's interactions with Smack Down, another move that has different effects based on groundedness. When using Mold Breaker Smack Down, I found the following: A Pokémon that is ungrounded solely due to...

I did some testing regarding Future Sight, Roost, and Psychic Terrain. I had a Level 100 Noctowl with 189 Sp. Atk target a Level 100 Indeedee-F with 244 Sp. Def and a Level 100 Manectric with 153 Sp. Def. I found the following: Future Sight is boosted if the user is grounded via Roost on the...

Since the animation is different when doubled versus not, I was able to test this easily. I had my Surge Pincurchin use Rising Voltage on a Milcery I gave Levitate. Without Mold Breaker, I got the basic animation. But after getting Mold Breaker via Entrainment, I got the boosted animation. So...

I just tested it. I had a Mold Breaker Pangoro use Circle Throw on a Regenerator Amoonguss. Regenerator worked as normal. This is consistent as Mold Breaker only ignores abilities that alter the success of a move, not ones that have effects after the move finishes. So it ignores Levitate, but...

Good to know. Wish I knew that when testing all those ingredients. I imagine when Crown Tundra comes out the Ability Patch will fail when flung for the same reason the Ability Capsule fails. That would be signified as having a power of 0 in the Fling table, it seems.

Since a lot of items were added this generation, that means they need to be tested with Fling. While all the potentially useful held items have already been tested, that still leaves a lot of otherwise useless items that haven't been recorded yet, mainly Ingredients and items added in IoA. This...

I tried this in game against Morimoto. I used G-Max Cannonade and then Skill Swapped Water Absorb onto his Cursola. It still took residual damage as normal. The same happened when I repeated the test with Storm Drain.

We already know that when a Pokemon with Neutralizing Gas switches out, an opposing Intimidate targets the Pokemon with Neutralizing Gas mid-switch. But what happens if you have an ally holding an Eject Pack in that scenario? Does the ally switch out in this scenario? I haven't seen anyone test...

Corrosive Gas already works on Poison-type and Steel-type Pokemon. It doesn't seem to do anything special with the Corrosion ability. The move was still blocked by both Protect and Substitute when I tried it.

So now that Illusion is a legal ability again, I thought I'd test to see if its interactions with Dynamax and Neutralizing Gas were fixed. Short answer: they were. Dynamax - My Zoroark was able to Dynamax without breaking its Illusion. I had it disguise itself as my G-Max Charizard, and it...

All of my tests were done in the double battle with the Motostoke Cafe Master, reseting after each test: Terrain Pulse - I repeated my in-game experiment with the same Clawitzer and Indeedee-F as before, but this time giving Clawitzer an Air Balloon. Targeting Indeedee with Terrain Pulse, I did...

If you mean will the item be gone after an in-game battle unlike with Knock Off, I can't really test that. In the battle itself though, the item is destroyed. You can't use Recycle, and you can steal an item using Thief, which I tested in-game with Gengar and Garbodor.

I checked in-game. My Gengar was able to corrode the item of both my Magnezone and Eternatus, so Corrosive Gas works on Poison and Steel types. Which I guess makes sense since it's targeting the item, not the Pokemon.
