RNG, but I'm not the OT so I couldn't tell you if you were right about the SID or not sorry.

The IVs are perfect. The EVs are not even maxed yet because I couldnt even get the effort ribbon. I messed up while EV training it and forgot to give it vitamins so I need to reset the EVs and start over.
