Kilgrave you get the Tyranitar line:
Pokemon: Larvitar
New typing: Water
New abilities: Shell Armour / Battle Armour (Hidden)
New stats: 50 / 45 (swapped with SpA) / 70 (+20) / 64 (swapped with Atk) / 50 / 21 (-20)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Tyranitar was the first of the Larvitar line introduced to Alola, and as they evolved to become protecters of good, this trait passed down to their offspring. Alolan Larvitar have a turtle like shell on their back, used for protection. Their bodies are a midnight blue. Alolan Larvitar will always help Pokemon in need, and are willing to risk their lives to protect others.

Pokemon: Pupitar
New typing: Water
New abilities: Shell Armour
New stats: 70 / 65 (swapped with SpA) / 90 (+20) / 84 (swapped with Atk) / 70 / 31 (-20)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Pupitar, despite being almost unable to move, still works its hardest to help others in need. Its water attacks can blow holes through the strongest of defenses, and its now heavy body is perfect for crushing its enemies. Like Alolan Larvitar, Alolan Pupitar is a midnight blue colour, with a large shell on its back.

Pokemon: Tyranitar
New typing: Water / Fairy
New abilities: Shell Armour / Flash Fire (Hidden)
New stats: 100 / 95 (swapped with SpA) / 120 (+10) / 134 (swapped with Atk) / 100 / 51 (-10)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Tyranitar is the guardian of the Alola and friend to all children (seriously). Alolan Tyranitar is incredibly kind and caring, and protects the people of Alola with a power level equivalent to the Tapus. This drastic change happened when Tyranitar was first introduced to Alola. It is said that they introduced on Poni island and destroyed much land, until they were approached by Tapu Fini, who forced them to change their ways.
People love and fear Alolan Tyranitar for the sheer power it possesses, and there are fears that one day it may go rogue.
(While original Tyranitar is based Godzilla, Alolan Tyranitar is based off Gamera. Google it.)

Pokemon: Mega Tyranitar
New typing: Water / Fairy
New abilities: Flash Fire
New stats: 100 / 95 / 160 (+40) / 164 (+30) / 130 (+30) / 51
Flavor/Design: Mega Alolan Salamence is very similar to Alolan Salamence, except its blades have become much longer and sharper, and the metal on it becomes harder and more lightweight.

I get the Salamence line:

Pokemon: Bagon
New typing: Electric / Ground
New abilities:
Lightning Rod / Electric Surge
New stats: 30 (-15) / 25 (Swapped with SpAttack, -15) / 30 (-30) / 75 (Swapped with Attack) / 60 (+30) / 80 (+30)
Removed moves: Rage, Ember, Leer, Dragon Breath, Bite, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Scary Face, Sunny Day, Brick Break, Fire Blast, Aerial Ace, Shadow Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Fire Fang, Hydro Pump, Twister, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Home Claws Total: 23
Added moves: Tackle, Growl, Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Wild Charge, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Earth Power, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Volt Switch, Signal Beam, Eerie Impulse, Electric Terrain, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise, Electroweb, Agility, Calm Mind Total: 23
Flavor:
In a story, Bagon and it's evolutions were chosen to be the helpers to Tapu Koko. This is demonstrated through the electric typing and a few species also having Electric Surge. Any minor issues on Melemele Island can be easily solved by a few of these.
Design: Becomes mostly yellow, with a few hardened mud markings on the skin. These mud markings are patterned in a similar way to Tapu Koko's shell.

Pokemon:
Shelgon
New typing: Electric / Ground
New abilities:
Lightning Rod / Electric Surge
New stats: 65 / 50 (Swap with SpAttack, -10) / 60 (Swap with SpDefense, +10) / 95 (Swap with Attack) / 70 (Swap with Defense, -30) / 80 (+30)
Removed moves: Rage, Ember, Leer, Dragon Breath, Bite, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Scary Face, Sunny Day, Brick Break, Fire Blast, Aerial Ace, Shadow Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Fire Fang, Hydro Pump, Twister, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Home Claws, Iron Defense Total: 24
Added moves: Tackle, Growl, Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Wild Charge, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Earth Power, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Volt Switch, Signal Beam, Eerie Impulse, Electric Terrain, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise, Electroweb, Agility, Calm Mind, Amnesia Total: 24
Flavor: These serve as the more powerful protectors of Melemele. The purpose is when things get really bad there and the Bagon need help. The shell allows hits to be taken, though it makes them as fast as Bagon Instead of being faster.
Design: Grey parts become orange while the shell is now yellow. Similar to Bagon, there are mud markings on the shell and are also patterned in a way similar to Tapu Koko's shell.

Pokemon
:
Salamence
New typing: Electric / Ground
New abilities:
Lightning Rod / Electric Surge
New stats: 95 / 80 (Swap with SpAttack, -30) / 80 / 135 (Swap with Attack) / 90 (+10) / 120 (+20)
Removed moves: Rage, Ember, Leer, Dragon Breath, Bite, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Scary Face, Brick Break, Fire Blast, Aerial Ace, Shadow Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Fire Fang, Hydro Pump, Twister, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Home Claws, Iron Defense, Roost, Thunder Fang, Fly, Steel Wing, Air Cutter Total: 27
Added moves: Tackle, Growl, Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Wild Charge, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Earth Power, Volt Switch, Signal Beam, Eerie Impulse, Electric Terrain, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise, Electroweb, Agility, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Electro Ball, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon, Total: 25
Flavor: This is a last resort for issues; big immense strength is what helps this do its job. These are very rarely seen in the wild and in most cases, you have to use evolution. Also, if in desperate need, it can mega evolve too.
Design: Wings have decreased in size greatly and are now orange. Other red parts are orange as well. The blue becomes yellow and has mud markings, which are patterned in a similar way to Tapu Koko's shell.

Pokemon
:
Mega Salamence
New typing: Electric / Ground
New abilities:
Intimidate
New stats: 95 / 80 / 100 (+20) / 165 (+30) / 110 (+20) / 150 (+30)

New typing: Psychic
New abilities: Levitate / Psychic Surge

Removed moves: Take Down, Headbutt, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt Total: 5
Added moves: Confusion, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Hidden Power Total: 5
Flavor: Beldum was the choice for helpers to Tapu Lele. In terms of how they do, they do a great job, Despite lacking much of a movepool. It was also easy to make these Pokemon this type, as they already were Psychic-Types.
Design: The body is now black crystal (Think Necrozma) and has random white particles placed in a similar way to Tapu Lele's shell.

Pokemon
:
Metang
New typing: Psychic / Dark
New abilities:
Levitate / Psychic Surge
New stats: 60 / 45 (-30) / 80 (-20) / 85 (+30) / 100 (+20) / 50

Flavor: It's side dark typing is one of the many gifts this Pokemon received. Also having an actual movepool helps as well, letting it do it's job of helping Tapu Lele. For slightly more major problems, some of these will come for it.
Design: The body is now black crystal (Think Necrozma) and has random white particles placed in a similar way to Tapu Lele's shell.

Pokemon
:
Metagross
New typing: Psychic / Dark
New abilities:

Flavor: Now in it's fully evolved state, Metagross is fully defensive while still keeping it's offensives. It's slow, but still effective in the one job it was made to do.
Design: The body is now black crystal (Think Necrozma) and has random white particles placed in a similar way to Tapu Lele's shell.

Pokemon
:
Mega Metagross
New typing: Psychic / Dark

Added moves: Leafage, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Low Kick, Low Sweep, Close Combat, Superpower, Wood Hammer, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Solar Beam, Focus Blast, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Seed Bomb, Synthesis, Drain Punch, Worry Seed, Swords Dance Total: 19
Flavor: Off at Ula'ula, Gible serve for Tapu Bulu. People underestimate the power of this pokemon due to the grass type, but let my tell you, it hits hard, very hard...
Design: The entire body is now made up of green leaves save for a few red ones. The red leaves are patterned in a similar way to Tapu Bulu's shell.

Pokemon:
Gabite
New typing: Grass / Fighting
New abilities
:

Flavor: For any medium issue, this will come into play. It helps using it's high speed to outpace threats and being able to shoot seeds from a distance, something Gible has not yet mastered.
Design: The entire body is now made up of green leaves save for a few red ones. The red leaves are patterned in a similar way to Tapu Bulu's shell.

Pokemon:
Garchomp
New typing: Grass / Fighting
New abilities

Flavor: When fully evolved, Garchomp gets a strong boost; it can disguise as a bush, if disturbed, has very fast reflexes, and hits brutally hard. All of this helps for Tapu Bulu and it gets even better upon mega evolving.
Design: The entire body is now made up of green leaves save for a few red ones. The red leaves are patterned in a similar way to Tapu Bulu's shell.

Pokemon
:
Mega Garchomp

Pokemon: Solrock
New typing: Fire / Steel
New abilities:
Desolate Land
New stats: 105 (+15) / 110 (+15) / 100 (+15) / 25 (-30) / 80 (+15) / 40 (-30)
Removed moves: Confusion, Rock Throw, Psywave, Embargo, Cosmic Power, Heal Block, Psychic, Wonder Room, Psyshock, Smack Down, Shadow Ball, Acrobatics, Dream Eater, Trick Room, Magic Coat, Skill Swap, Zen Headbutt Total: 17
Added moves: Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Incinerate, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Fire Lash, Autotomize, Smart Strike, Metal Burst, Heavy Slam, Shore Up, Amnesia, Bulk Up, Metal Sound, Spikes, Burn Up Total: 17
Flavor: Solrock has somewhat morphed into a core; this Pokémon can only be found very deep into the ground and is made of compacted, molten iron that is always emitting heat. It is said nothing cold, wet, or anything of the like cannot exist near it. The only exception is Alolan Lunatone.
Design: The entire center is orange-grey iron, including the eye-like areas. The 8 rock parts that stick out are instead ever-lasting flames.

Pokemon:
Lunatone
New typing: Water / Steel
New abilities:
Primordial Sea
New stats: 105 (+15) / 25 (-30) / 80 (+15) / 110 (+15) / 100 (+15) / 40 (-30)
Removed moves: Confusion, Rock Throw, Psywave, Embargo, Cosmic Power, Heal Block, Psychic, Magic Room, Psyshock, Smack Down, Acrobatics, Dream Eater, Trick Room, Magic Coat, Skill Swap, Zen Headbutt, Moonblast, Power Gem, Future Sight Total: 19
Added moves: Water Gun, Water Pulse, Scald, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Soak, Whirlpool, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Metal Burst, Autotomize, Shore Up, Amnesia, Aqua Jet, Thunder Wave, Metal Sound, Mist, Haze Total: 19
Flavor: Lunatone has somewhat morphed into a core; this Pokémon can only be found underground, but not as deep as Solrock. Its made of cooled iron that is fully dampened, with the center pice being able to shoot water. It is said that nothing dry, hot, or anything of the like can exist near it. The only exception is Alolan Solrock.
Design: The entire body is blue-grey iron. It's constantly dripping and the center piece is always flowing water outwards.

Pokemon: Staryu
New typing: Flying
New abilities
: Air Lock / Light Metal / Inner Focus
New stats: 40 (+10) / 35 (-10) / 45 (-10) / 80 (+10) / 45 (-10) / 95 (+10)
Removed moves: Water Gun, Recover, Bubble Beam, Camouflage, Reflect Type, Hydro Pump, Hail, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Scald, Surf, Waterfall, Dazzling Gleam, Water Pulse Total: 16
Added moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Hurricane, Defog, Tailwind, Mirror Shot, Acrobatics, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Quick Attack, Sunny Day, Vacuum Wave, Agility, Calm Mind Total: 16
Flavor: Staryu experienced an episode where it was picked up from the water by another bird pokemon. It was taken high in the sky where strong winds happen and dropped it there. The Staryu learned to glide on the wind and adapted to it. They have extreme dependence on the wind to take them places, and they glide well thanks to their extreme lightness. If needed, it can blow wind from the core to get back into an air current.
Design: Becomes light blue, and the star ponts are cupped in order to catch the wind easily. The core is white and it looks like a fan.

Pokemon: Starmie
New typing: Flying / Steel
New abilities
: Air Lock / Delta Stream / Inner Focus
New stats: 90 (+30) / 45 (-30) / 95 (+10) / 110 (+10) / 95 (+10) / 85 (-30)
Removed moves: Water Gun, Bubble Beam, Camouflage, Reflect Type, Hydro Pump, Hail, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Scald, Surf, Waterfall, Dazzling Gleam, Water Pulse, Trick Room, Dream Eater Total: 17
Added moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Hurricane, Defog, Tailwind, Mirror Shot, Acrobatics, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Quick Attack, Sunny Day, Vacuum Wave, Agility, Calm Mind, Metal Sound Total: 17
Flavor: Starmie are always blowing air out, whether it comes from the core, or by spinning it's points. It's also noticably slower than Staryu due to being a lot heavier. Because of this, it also lost the ability to glide on the air, instead having to blow itself to places.
Design: Becomes light blue, and the star ponts are solid and curved which lets them be used as a fan. The core is white and it looks like a gigantic fan.

Reserving Pure Ghost Clefable and Rock/Psychic Starmie

(tbh, I don't really like this reserving thing, but I'm doing it that way no one reserves what I want beforehand and leaves me not able to use it.. It happened a few times already to me)

Edit - idk if I'll be able to finish these submissions until Sunday... I'll try tho, but it's quite likely that I won't really have the time... :(

New Stats: 30/45/65 (+10)/70/65 (+10)/65 (-20)

New Type:
Grass/Rock
New abilities: Suction Cups/Water Absorb (Regenerator)
New Stats: 60/75/95(+10)/100/95(+10)/95(-20) Total: 520

Removed Water moves: Brine, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Pump, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Waterfall
Removed Psychic moves: Dream Eater, Psychic, Psyshock, Psywave, Telekinesis, Trick, Trick Room, Wonder Room
Net loss: 17

New Grass moves: Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Solar Beam, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Ingrain, Seed Bomb, Leaf Blade, Energy Ball, Worry Seed
New Rock moves: Sandstorm, Ancient Power, Rock Tomb, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Wide Guard
Net Gain: 17

Flavor/Design: Staryus in Alola were massively reduced in the water due to Mareanies being a competion that rules the shores. Thus, Staryus had to move themselves to almost out of the water. On their way through, they got tangled in kelps, simillar to that of Dhelmise's. Once arriving there, they were adapted to live hanging in trees.
Once evolved into Starmie, they grow a Star-Shaped crystal on the center of their bodies.

Had to stay untrue to the original one for one move since the Move Net was messed up :/ (-18 +17)

The following two are counterparts, meaning that Solrock is found in Sun and Lunatone is found in Moon. They can work on their own, however, which is good if only one of them wins.

Pokemon: Solrock
New typing: Rock/Ghost
New abilities: Rock Head
New stats: 50/125/70/55/65/95
Removed moves: Fire Spin, Solar Beam, Embargo, Heal Block, Psyshock, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, Magic Room
Added moves: Brave Bird, Wild Charge, Wood Hammer, Spirit Shackle, Head Charge, Submission, Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force, Volt Tackle
Flavor/Design: Solrock, but covered in Ultra Space Dust. Its two middle "spikes" are longer. As a result of dust getting on it, its gained extremely odd abilities. Color scheme is like that of a Beast Ball.
Competitive: With its rock hard exterior, this bad boy is something you musn't mess with. With a very solid recoil based movepool and base 125 attack, it'll pack a punch. Typing sadly isn't the best, however. But it can still be very good in the right cases.

Pokemon: Lunatone
New typing: Rock/Ghost
New abilities: Solid Rock
New stats: 120/50/85/60/95/50
Removed moves: Acrobatics, Grass Knot, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Magic Room, Heal Block, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Signal Beam
Added moves: Recover, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Instruct (Mainly for Doubles), Night Shade, Mat Block (also for doubles), Encore
Flavor/Design: Lunatone, but covered in Ultra Space Dust. Its "beak" is longer. As a result of dust getting on it, its gained extremely odd abilities. Color scheme is like that of a Beast Ball.
Competitive: Unlike Solrock, Lunatone is far more defensively inclined. With reliable recovery, a great ability in Solid Rock, and various support moves, it can easily get up hazards. Whilst this is very nice, its let done by a terrible defensive typing, making it very weak to the likes of Greninja. It also can't do crap to hazard removers, particularly Defoggers. It can utilize Magic Coat though to bounce back Taunt and Encore from applicable Pokemon.

Pokemon: Cleffa
New typing: Fire/Fairy
New abilities: Magic Guard/Magic Bounce/Telepathy (HA)
New stats: Same
Removed moves: Water Pulse, Icy Wind
Added moves: Earth Power, Recover
Flavor/Design: A genie-based Pokemon. Bright red coloring, but head is more 'flat' (without that curl).

Competitive: Personally, if it were up to me, I'd only have this as my entry for my line, but whatevs. Anyways, with its unique typing, very good speed, and great ability in Magic Guard, it makes quite a good sweeper.

Competitive: Slower Starmie with Nihilego's typing and slightly better bulk. Wanted a full on defense thing going on, but rules say I can't do that :P.

I won't lie, I'm a little bit annoyed that I wasn't tagged when my last submission won, and thus I missed out on submitting my Alolan Tyranitar which I put far too much time into writing the flavor for.

That being said, I'll take Dark / Psychic Staryu and Dark / Steel Starmie.

How to submit an Alola Forme

New typing: (Family must share at least one type)[Be creative! Try to make the new typing as far from the original as possible for a really fun twist!]
New abilities: (Keep the same amount as original)
New stats: Net change must equal 0. No more than +/- 30 in any single stat. (You cannot increase a Pokemon's higher attack/defense if the difference between both attacks/defense is more than 50. For example, Tauros has an attack "gap" of 60 (100 - 40), so you can't add to its higher Attack stat. You can deduct from it, however, to put toward other stats.) Also, try not to go too crazy with boosting already powerful stats; Just because you can make a Tyranitar forme with 164 base Attack doesn't mean you should. You may swap a Pokemon's Attack and Special Attack before modifying them, but the gap rule still applies to the new higher stat.
New/removed moves
: (You cannot add more moves than you remove unless you're adding a dual type to a single typed Pokemon. Then you can double the new moves total. If you're just adding a secondary type to a single-typed Pokemon, you can add 10 moves for free.)
Flavor/Design: (optional)
Your Solrock and Lunatone break this rule

Reserving Rock/Poison Starmie and Fire/Fairy Clefable (there's a reason both have the same typing, but I'll get to that when I write about them).

These two are counterparts, meaning that Solrock is found in Sun and Lunatone is found in Moon.

New stats: 125/50/85/55/95/50
Your Lunatone has an over +30 boost to it's HP (It's a +35 boost) and your Starmie and Clefable don't have the same typing.

Pokemon: Alolan Cleffa
New typing: Fairy/Steel
New abilities: Technician / Magic Guard / Friend Guard (HA)
New stats: 50 / 10 (-15) / 43 (+15) / 45 / 55 / 15
New moves
: (Only added does to Steel-type) Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Autotomize, Aura Sphere, Light of Ruin (it was only exclusive to Floette-Eternal, but I will change it if too much), Hydro Pump, Trick Room, Metal Burst, Taunt, Draining Kiss
Flavor/Design: Does to the increasing demand for (Alolan) Muk and the presence of Salazzle, the Cleffa line were too scared that the two Pokémon themselves would present a critical danger, so they had to stay in the caves where iron and other metallic materials are often extracted. Cleffa's horns are replaced by triangular iron.

Pokemon: Alolan Clefairy
New typing: Fairy/Steel
New abilities: Technician / Magic Guard / Friend Guard (HA)
New stats: 70 / 30 (-15) / 63 (+15) / 60 / 65 / 35
Flavor/Design: Same as above, but the ears are longer and the tail had a metallic orb at the end.

Pokemon: Alolan Clefable
New typing: Fairy/Steel
New abilities: Technician / Magic Guard / Unaware (HA)
New stats: 95 / 55 (-15) / 88 (+15) / 95 / 90 / 60
New moves
: (Only added does to Steel-type) Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Autotomize, Aura Sphere, Light of Ruin (it was only exclusive to Floette-Eternal, but I will change it if too much), Earth Power, Trick Room, Metal Burst, Taunt, Draining Kiss
Flavor/Design: Same as above, but the ears are now more leaned slightly forward, the wings had become silver shields, and its hands and feet are covered in metallic gray "fur".

The purpose of the Fairy/Steel Clefable is to give it a Steel-type in order to finally deal with the more dangerous Poison-types (except Salazzle if you don't run Earth Power) and Mimikyu, while making use Technician to make good use of Draining Kiss and an alternative of Flash Cannon that is the unmissable Magnet Bomb, or use Light of Ruin for raw power. Metal Burst will also help if you expect to revenge kill with Unaware.

Pokemon: Cleffa
New typing: Fire/Fairy

Pokemon: Clefairy
New typing: Fire/Fairy
New abilities: Magic Guard/Magic Bounce/Telepathy (HA)
New stats: Same
Removed moves: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Bubblebeam, Water Gun, Ice Punch, Icy Wind
Added moves: Trick, Recover, Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Earth Power, Mystical Fire, Firery Dance
Flavor/Design: A genie-based Pokemon. Dark red in color, with a bowler hat shaped hollow rock on top of its head.

Pokemon: Clefable
New typing: Fire/Fairy
New abilities: Magic Guard/Magic Bounce/Levitate (HA)
New stats: 60/70/60/118/60/115
Removed moves: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Bubblebeam, Water Gun, Ice Punch, Icy Wind
Added moves: Trick, Recover, Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Earth Power, Mystical Fire, Firery Dance
Flavor/Design: Its has no legs, instead a ghost-like "tail" underneath its body. It also has a hat-like charcoal structure on its head. Based on a genie, and its core is dark red.
Competitive: Personally, if it were up to me, I'd only have this as my entry for my line, but whatevs. Anyways, with its unique typing, very good speed, and great ability in Magic Guard, it makes quite a good sweeper.

Pokemon: Staryu
New typing: Rock/Poison
New abilities: Regenerator/Rough Skin/Storm Drain (HA)
New stats: 85/45/55/70/55/30
Removed moves: Water Gun, Psywave, Bubblebeam, Brine, Power Gem, Psychic, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Dive, Twister
Added moves: Acid Spray, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Anicent Power, Rock Tomb, Stone Edge, Earth Power, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Stealth Rock, U-Turn, Poison Jab, Earthquake
Flavor/Design: Based off a Sun Star starfish. Has more "points" than usual and is a lot spikier. Brownish color now, yellow is dark brown. "Eye" color remains the same.

Pokemon: Starmie
New typing: Rock/Poison
New abilities: Regenerator/Rough Skin/Storm Drain (HA)
New stats: 115/75/85/100/85/60
Removed moves: Water Gun, Psywave, Bubblebeam, Brine, Power Gem, Psychic, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Dive, Twister, Psyshock
Added moves: Acid Spray, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Anicent Power, Rock Tomb, Stone Edge, Earth Power, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Stealth Rock, U-Turn, Poison Jab, Earthquake, Diamond Storm
Flavor/Design: Based off a Sun Star starfish. Has more "points" than usual and is a lot spikier. Brownish color now, yellow is dark brown. "Eye" color remains the same.
Competitive: This is sort of meant to be a slow bulky pivot that has recovery, all hazard moves, and a slow U-Turn. Whilst working off its lower Attack stat, Diamond Storm would likely be the STAB of choice, because look at that defense buff. Unlike Toxapex, it isn't dead weight offensively, so after a Shattered Psyche from Volcarona, if its unboosted at least, it can fire back hard.
Umm, are you swapping stats other than attacks and defenses? Because nothing in the OP says anything about that:
New typing: (Family must share at least one type)[Be creative! Try to make the new typing as far from the original as possible for a really fun twist!]
New abilities: (Keep the same amount as original)
New stats: Net change must equal 0. No more than +/- 30 in any single stat. (You cannot increase a Pokemon's higher attack/defense if the difference between both attacks/defense is more than 50. (see? only stuff about swapping attacks and defenses. Nothing mentioned about swapping with other stats)

P2X7 also has mentionings about this:
If submissions that did not abide by the stat-swapping rules somehow appeared on a slate, it would be the council's error in failing to notice such an issue. The council can't really do anything about the archived submissions, but anyone who makes a submission can try to avoid making similar mistakes. Also, I thought that the purpose of the original stat-swapping rule was to allow posters to design Alolan Formes that were not tethered to the same category of attacks as are the base forms. Finally, although you bring up valid points in your opinion, I must reference and support the logic behind this post by one of the founders of Alola Formes, as I believe that it holds accurate concerns about the pet mod.

I'm gonna assume that submissions ends on Sunday, so I'll tag S0L1D G0LD and Exploudit so they they can finish their submissions.
This is the second time that a tag of yours hasn't worked. You may want to look into this.

Flavor/Design: WIP

Pokemon: Starmie
New typing: Dark / Steel
New abilities: Super Luck / Rough Skin / Moody (HA)
New stats: 40 (-20) / 130 (Swap [+30]) / 55 (-30) / 105 (Swap [+30]) / 55 (-30) / 135 (+20)
New/removed moves: - Water Gun, - Bubble Beam, - Brine, - Power Gem, - Hydro Pump, - Ice Beam, - Blizzard, - Thunderbolt, - Thunder, - Scald, - Flash Cannon, - Surf, - Waterfall, - Dive - Icy Wind, - Water Pulse, - Whirlpool, - Psyshock, - Grass Knot, - Dream Eater, + Dark Pulse, + Confusion, + Psybeam, + Psycho Shift, + Stone Edge, + Double-Edge, + Fire Pledge, + Water Pledge, + Grass Pledge, + Air Cutter, + Cross Chop, + Cross Poison, + Leaf Blade, + Night Slash, + Psycho Cut + Sky Attack, + Spacial Rend, + Metal Claw, + Iron Head, + Sharpen (Net Change: +0)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Starmie's body is inverted 180 degrees from Kanto Starmie's regular position, appearing to be "upside down" when compared to the latter. Its flesh is a dark metallic black, but shines with a crimson hue when struck by a light source. The second star of Alolan Starmie's body is no longer a star, but rather a ring which seems to encompass each point on its main body. Alolan Starmie's gem is a deep blue, and appears to show the image of a faraway and slowly-dying star. The ridges which surround the main gem/eye on Alolan Starmie's body is crimson.

It is said that when an Alolan Staryu absorbs too much negative energy from human emotions, it metamorphoses into an Alolan Staryu. Alolan Starmie is an aggressive, yet brooding creature, and lurks just outside hotspots of human activity, and the failure of its prime objective weighs heavily upon its soul. It viciously and relentlessly attacks others, especially those who would try to compare their own problems to Alolan Starmie's or who attempt to inform it that its egomania is over exaggerating its own issues. When approached, Alolan Starmie ferociously attacks, as it cannot allow others to learn that it desires social acceptance, and strikes instantaneously, delivering millions of fatal lacerations to its opponent faster than any known measurement of time or comprehension; although these attacks are devastatingly potent, Alolan Starmie usually end up cutting themselves in their fury, and it is possible to determine one's age by checking its body for scar tissue. Alolan Starmie is infinitely sharp, to the extent of seperating air molecules as it moves through the atmosphere. On rare occasions, Alolan Starmie's is reminded of its initial objective, and it begins to ponder its current state of existence: maybe -- just maybe -- it isn't the only one that is plagued by (false) grief. Maybe, just maybe, it is far too harsh on the world when, in actuality, it is much more similar to the world than it once thought.
These thoughts have a profound effect on Alolan Starmie. When consumed by these emotions, it momentarily breaks the hold which human negativity has over it. Alolan Starmie begins to glow in a harsh light, ripping at the fabric of the universe around it as it begins its transcendence into its true form: the species of higher life-form which initially sent Alolan Staryu to Earth.
Unfortunately, the arduous suffering of the world is too much for Alolan Starmie, and it soon falls back into its own habits. Resuming its brooding and vulnerable stance, it dismisses its thoughts of sympathy and recognition of its own fault with a cavalier "so what" attitude. This rejection brings a violent end to its moral and physical evolution, and it dismisses the massive amount of energy which it had gathered in a devastating blast.

Competitive Corner: Alolan Starmie is a gimmicky, yet fun, physical attacker. It possesses high attack and speed scores, allowing it to deal decent damage to the large portion of the metagame which it outspeeds. Nevertheless, Alolan Starmie is somewhat held back by its low BAP, although its access to Super Luck and its collection of high-Crit moves allows it to utilize Scope Lens to remedy this issue, balancing its offensive power. Notably, its access to Night Slash, Cross Chop, and Psycho Cut give it strong coverage options, and Sky Attack allows it to heavily damage bulkier threats (albeit at the cost of running either Flyinium-Z or Power Herb). The other two abilities which it possesses are purely for show, as Alolan Starmie is too frail and lacks the proper resistances to make use of Rough Skin, and Moody is a banned ability, under traditional Smogon clauses, meaning that it will never see use. Overall, Alolan Starmie is a fast and decently-hard-hitting offensive Pokemon that would see use as a revenge killer or cleaner for offensive / type-spam teams.

Strange... Are you receiving alerts from this thread? I heard other people had a similar issue on other threads

But anyway, submissions is now closed. Voting will end on Saturday (At least I think so for both...)

Here are the voting options:

Added moves: Eruption, Mystical Fire, Fly, Air Slash, Aerial Ace, Defog, Tailwind, Whirlwind, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave (13)
Flavor: A sun spirit that was trapped in the stone broke free in Alola and is now scorching the shores of all four islands.
Design: Alolan Solrock is ablaze and there are burning hands reaching out of its "eyes" (or whatever those two holes are).

Pokemon:
Lunatone
New typing: Water / Steel
New abilities
:

Pokemon: Lunatone
New typing: Ice/Flying
New abilities: Magic Guard
New stats: 90 / 35 (-20) / 85 (+20) / 125 (+30) / 85 / 40 (-30)

Flavor: A moon goddess gracefully abandoned the stone she was trapped in and is now pouring snow on Alola mountains.
Design: Alolan Lunatone is covered with ice crust, her beak (or whatever that thing is) has turned into an icicle and her eyes are now blue.

New stats: Same
Removed moves: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Bubblebeam, Water Gun, Ice Punch, Icy Wind

Pokemon: Cleffa

Pokemon: Clefairy
New typing: Normal/Grass

Flavor: Alolan Clefable pole dances and twerks in night clubs.
Design: Clefable became tanned and now her skin is orange. She has a short skirt from green leaves and colorful feathers and a small black top hat on her head.

Pokemon: Alolan Cleffa
New typing: Fairy/Steel
New abilities: Technician / Magic Guard / Friend Guard (HA)
New stats: 50 / 10 (-15) / 43 (+15) / 45 / 55 / 15
New moves: (Only added does to Steel-type) Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Autotomize, Aura Sphere, Light of Ruin (it was only exclusive to Floette-Eternal, but I will change it if too much), Hydro Pump, Trick Room, Metal Burst, Taunt, Draining Kiss
New moves: (Only added does to Steel-type) Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Autotomize, Aura Sphere, Light of Ruin (it was only exclusive to Floette-Eternal, but I will change it if too much), Hydro Pump, Trick Room, Metal Burst, Taunt, Draining Kiss

New moves: (Only added does to Steel-type) Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Autotomize, Aura Sphere, Light of Ruin (it was only exclusive to Floette-Eternal, but I will change it if too much), Earth Power, Trick Room, Metal Burst, Taunt, Draining Kiss

Flavor/Design: Based off a Sun Star starfish. Has more "points" than usual and is a lot spikier. Brownish color now, yellow is dark brown. "Eye" color remains the same.
Competitive: Slower Starmie with Nihilego's typing and slightly better bulk. Wanted a full on defense thing going on, but rules say I can't do that :P.

New Rock moves: Sandstorm, Ancient Power, Rock Tomb, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Wide Guard

Also, just a random side note, but I think we should replace Vanilish Waver with a different thread owner (for the record, the last time they were active was March 2nd)
