No one is going to Sketch Outrage, MaestroXXVI. And kd, while I agree with your sentiment about Petal Dance, remember that movepool reacts to abilities. If we gave it Own Tempo, we wouldn't give it Petal Dance! (at no loss to the CAP, since it'd rather use Giga Drain with its bulk anyway) For what it's worth, CAP 2 would not be a very effective user of Petal Dance anyway given its 85 SpA and how it locks it into a move and makes itself easy to pick off. If it was coming off of that 120 Atk stat, I'd agree, but it's not.
Anywho, I think this has been open long enough, and I've heard enough sides of the story. I have a good idea of what kind of diversity I'd like on this slate. Thanks for all the comments! Expect a poll shortly.
