Despite understanding the valid arguments towards this line being a three-stager, which we haven't seen in a while, I actually see this thing as a weird kinda-sorta analog to Swalot, the canon Pokemon we have based on an organ (the stomach in this case). Swalot is part of a two-stage line, so I think a cute little walking heart baby would be a fitting equivalent.
