Secondary Type 1: Dragon
Dragon is resistant to Fire, Grass, Water, and Electric, which would be some very useful resistances for the next CAP. Also, pokemon like Altairia and Dragonite have utility moves like the screens and Haze as well as immense movepools that we could tailor to serve this pokemon. It is even conceivable to think of a snake-like dragon using Rapid Spin, as it twists its body rapidly or in the air, in the latter case a la Steelix during the anime battle with Jasmine. Finally, the concept art for this would be quite amazing, in my opinion.
Dragons are extemely versatile, as our dearly departed Wishmence might have once testified. Dragon as a type leaves the sole limiting factor on this pokemon's move pool to the design.
Secondary Type 2: Dark
Dark gives some immunities and resistances while eliminating one weakness and resistance from poison. Perhaps this new utility pokemon could be a better Drapion in this instance.
