College World Series

In their first game, the University of Texas and Arizona State University teams played a rather ridiculous game, with ASU going up 6-0 and UT then winning 10-6, fueled mostly by a 6-0 inning and two home runs by Cameron Rupp. In this game, ASU scored off good offense and some key defensive UT mistakes, then broke the 2-2 tie in the top of the 9th with two outs with a hit from a guy who had not hit since May 10th. UT came out and had their 7th straight time being struck out before Cameron Rupp hit a home run off a 3-1 count and then Rowe followed up right after. What an exciting game.

On the other hand, LSU crushed their opponent 14-5 (with it 14-2 in the 9th, meaning three garbage runs)...this looks to be a great final 2-3 games starting Monday! Especially with UT-LSU being "semi-rivals" in everything sports.
