Reindeer Deerling
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Shiny Red Nose
Abilities – Illuminate, Reckless, Slush Rush

HP – 60
Atk – 70 (+10)
Def – 50
SpA – 35 (-5)
SpD – 50
Spe – 90 (+15)
BST – 335 (+20)

New Moves – Ice Blitz (TNFG Move), Hail, Extreme Speed, Icicle Crash, Fly
Design – Deerling is in its Winter form and has a shiny red nose.
Competitive – Reindeerling has high speed and a good attack stat, and it has two good abilities in Reckless and Slush Rush. Slush Rush allows it to be a very fast Hail sweeper, while Reckless boosts the power of its recoil moves in STAB Ice Blitz, STAB Double-Edge, and Jump Kick. It also has STAB Extreme Speed if you feel it needs more priority without recoil. While it has potential to be quite powerful, its terrible defensive typing can be a letdown, leaving it with a weakness to Stealth Rock and a crippling 4x weakness to the common Fighting-type attacks in LC. It hates all other hazards, burns, and paralysis as well. It also needs Jump Kick to hit Steel-types, which can make it somewhat predictable. Low bulk means it can be revenge-killed by faster attackers, especially those with Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave.
==========
Reindeer Sawsbuck
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Shiny Red Nose
Abilities – Illuminate, Reckless, Slush Rush

HP – 80
Atk – 100
Def – 75 (+5)
SpA – 50 (-10)
SpD – 75 (+5)
Spe – 115 (+20)
BST – 495 (+20)

New Moves – Ice Blitz (TNFG Move), Hail, Extreme Speed, Icicle Crash, Fly
Design – Sawsbuck is in its Winter form and has a shiny red nose.
Competitive – Reindeer Sawsbuck has high speed and a usable attack stat along with Swords Dance to boost. Slush Rush still allows it to outspeed most opponents in Hail while Reckless increases the power of its recoil moves as mentioned above. Still has the same weaknesses as Deerling though, it’s dependent on moving first due to its low bulk.

Seed Sunkern
Typing

Z-Move Type

Item – Crimson Red Leaves
Abilities – Snow Cloak, Snow Warning, Frostblood (TNFG Ability)

HP – 30
Atk – 30
Def – 30
SpA – 50 (+20)
SpD – 30
Spe – 30
BST – 200 (+20)

New Moves – Blizzard, Hail, Haze, Ice Beam, Icy Wind
Design – Sunkern's is wearing extra leaves that are colored bright red, set around its two small leaves.
Competitive – Not with those stats.
==========
Poinsettia Sunflora
Typing

Z-Move Type

Item – Crimson Red Leaves
Abilities – Snow Cloak, Snow Warning, Frostblood (TNFG Ability)

HP – 75
Atk – 60 (-15)
Def – 70 (+15)
SpA – 120 (+15)
SpD – 90 (+5)
Spe – 30
BST – 445 (+20)

New Moves – Blizzard, Hail, Haze, Ice Beam, Icy Wind
Design – Sunflora is wearing extra red leaves around it petals.
Competitive – Poinsettia Sunflora has a good ability in Frostblood, which gives it a 1.5x boost to its Ice-type attacks. Snow Warning allows it to set up Hail, which may sound strange since it will take damage from the Hail, but it would allow it to spam non-Frostblood Blizzards if need be. While it has a great special attack stat with nice options in Earth Power, Ice Beam, and a Grass-type move, it is very slow and will almost certainly take a hit before it can do anything. Its special bulk is just usable while its physical bulk is low, and mono-Grass is not very good typing either.

Ornaments Exeggcute
Typing

Z-Move Type

Item – Christmas Decorations
Abilities – Dazzling, Weak Armor

HP – 60
Atk – 40
Def – 80
SpA – 60
SpD – 45
Spe – 60 (+20)
BST – 345 (+20)

New Moves – Dazzling Gleam
Design – The Exeggcute are all wearing clothes which make them look like ornaments, red, green, and silver.
Competitive – Ornaments Exeggcute has decent physical bulk for a Fairy-type in LC, allowing it to take Knock Offs and Fighting-type attacks better. Dazzling allows it to block priority moves while Weak Armor allows it to potentially punish physical attackers by outspeeding them after getting hit, then using a STAB Dazzling Gleam or other attack. Has low special bulk however.
==========
Christmas Tree Exeggutor
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Christmas Decorations
Abilities – Snow Cloak, Snow Warning

HP – 105 (+10)
Atk – 75 (-20)
Def – 95 (+10)
SpA – 125
SpD – 95 (+20)
Spe – 55
BST – 550 (+20)

New Moves – Dazzling Gleam, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Aurora Veil, Icy Wind
Design – Is wearing pine tree branches and Ornament Exeggcutes.
Competitive – Christmas Tree Exeggutor has high Special Attack and good mixed bulk along with Snow Warning and Aurora Veil, allowing it to reliably set Hail and Aurora Veil except against Taunt users. Under Hail, it can spam Blizzards and Giga Drains, and Flamethrower can be used against Steel-types. However, it has trouble against Fire-types and the many Pokemon that have Fire-type coverage, and it is quite slow.
==========
Christmas Tree Exeggutor-Alola
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Christmas Decorations
Abilities – Snow Cloak, Snow Warning

HP – 105 (+10)
Atk – 125 (+20)
Def – 85
SpA – 105 (-20)
SpD – 85 (+10)
Spe – 45
BST – 550 (+20)

New Moves – Dazzling Gleam, Icicle Crash, Blizzard, Aurora Veil, Icy Wind
Design – Is wearing pine tree branches and Ornament Exeggcutes.
Competitive – Christmas Tree Exeggutor-Alola has high Attack and decent mixed bulk along with Snow Warning and Aurora Veil, allowing it to reliably set Hail and Aurora Veil except against Taunt users. It has Icicle Crash and Seed Bomb for STAB moves, Swords Dance to boost, and Earthquake for a decent coverage move against Fire-types and Steel-types. It is even slower than the normal form, though.

Present Dwebble
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Wrapping Paper
Abilities – Anticipation, Sturdy, Prankster

HP – 50
Atk – 65
Def – 85
SpA – 25 (-10)
SpD – 65 (+30)
Spe – 55
BST – 345 (+20)

New Moves – Fairy Claw (TNFG move), Play Rough, Wish, Fairy Lock, Explosion
Design – The shell is wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper, complete with a bow on top.
Competitive – Present Dwebble has good bulk and a usable attack stat when boosted with Swords Dance or Shell Smash. Sturdy usually guarantees a chance to set up before sweeping with Play Rough, Earthquake, and Rock Blast. Prankster can be used to set up Stealth Rock, Spikes, or Wish more effectively. Its unique typing gives a 4x resistance to Fighting with useful resistances to Dark and Ground, giving it more chances to set up. However, its typing also comes with a weakness to Stealth Rock, Fire, and Flying, and it really needs to set up to have a meaningful offensive presence.
==========
Present Crustle
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Wrapping Paper
Abilities – Anticipation, Sturdy, Prankster

HP – 80 (+10)
Atk – 105
Def – 115 (-10)
SpA – 45 (-20)
SpD – 115 (+40)
Spe – 45
BST – 505 (+20)

New Moves – Fairy Claw (TNFG move), Play Rough, Wish, Fairy Lock, Explosion
Design – The shell is wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper, complete with a bow on top.
Competitive – Present Crustle has great mixed bulk with access to Wish, and it also has a usable attack stat with access to Swords Dance and Shell Smash. Can set up Stealth Rock and Spikes reliably, and it has a decent movepool with options like Knock Off, Earthquake, and Stone Edge. Explosion can be used to attempt blocking the opponent from removing hazards or setting their own, especially if Crustle has a Swords Dance or Shell Smash boost.

Christmas Wreath Cryogonal
Typing
/

Z-Move Type

Item – Christmas Wreath
Abilities – Serene Grace

HP – 80
Atk – 50
Def – 60 (+10)
SpA – 105 (+10)
SpD – 135
Spe – 105
BST – 535 (+20)

New Moves – Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Energy Ball, Strength Sap, Leaf Storm
Design – Cryogonal is wearing the wreath around its body, with little ornaments and bells attached.
Competitive – Christmas Wreath Cryogonal is a decently fast special attacker with access to Strength Sap along with strong STAB moves in Leaf Storm and Moonblast. Serene Grace gives Moonblast a 60% chance to lower the target's Special Attack, making Cryogonal harder to break on the special side due to its high special bulk. However, it still has low physical bulk and a relatively shallow offensive movepool that is walled by Fire-types and Steel-types.

The Goomy line had already got a costume in TNFG.

Sorry. I somehow missed the Goomy-line when checking.

Now, on the presence of multiple costumes ... I'm torn. On the one hand, multiple costume possibilities is cool and some mon already have two megas. On the other hand, we want to give costumes to every mon and the ones not yet done should have priority.

In any event, I see that we've started tackling Ultra Beasts, so I can handle Pheromosa.

Hold on, why is there only one costume per team, again? I'm pretty sure that restriction wasn't in TNFG, and it kinda limits the amount of mod-changed 'mons you can use for (seemingly) no good reason.
The Costume Forms was not my idea, you should ask Jerryktrot and the other members of the council about this at Discord.

If you can't find it, I will post the link into the OP.

We will have a 6 Costumes versus 6 Costumes format version, in case that 1 costume per team would be insufficient.

A second costume form is a possibility, but only after we gave a Costume for every Pokémon line. Its a long road, but we would eventually made it with patience.

Cookie Butter

formerly the someone
Council member here. I don't actually remember if that restriction was or wasn't in TNFG.
Maybe it was because of Z-Moves? But in the real games Pokemon can hold as many Z-Crystals as they want, the restriction is on using them so I dunno.

Either it wasn't, or it was never mentioned in the thread. The former makes the rule pointless, and the latter makes it really dumb. Either way, removing restrictions sounds like the best idea.

subs later, probably

I changed the rule so that there will be no limit of Costumes per team, but the Z-Move limit still applies does to not wanting a full offensive team dominating the metagame.

I need to let everyone here knows that I will be absent from December 22nd to December 27th, so during this time, my other Council Members will take care of this Pet Mod until that I returns.

Those who wants to know why is that I will go into my parents' home to celebrate Christmas, and I will sure going to have fun over there!

Hey... hum... is it normal Rockin' Swoobat line doesn't appear in the winners? I mean, it got the maximum votes it could have, so... Is there a rule I didn't follow, or something like that? Thanks for the answer!

Rockin' Woobat/Swoobat - 4
Quark Soup Rotom-Heat - 3

Sharkbot Gible/Gabite/Garchomp - 3
Figure Skater Pheromosa - 2
Reindeer Deerling/Sawsbuck - 2
Present Dwebble/Crustle - 4

Christmas Gnome Seedot/Nuzleaf/Shiftry - 3
Dragonlord Snivy/Servine/Serperior - 1
Christmas Wreath Cryogonal - 2
Gamma Guzzlord - 2

As I am in a jovial mood and that it is done during holidays, I will allow ten winners this time. Also, thanks for me (and of course your supports via voting), Palkia becomes the first Uber Pokémon to receive a winning Costume!

It is also important to note that does to Dream Catcher Klefki winning, any Pokémon can now have two seperate Costumes, similarly how some Pokémon got two Mega Evolution in Mega-for-All, but no more. I suggest everyone to check the winner list before submitting anything. Thank you!

Now I will put it on the Discussion Phase so that anyone can talk how any of the winners works.
