Now we have the winners, so now i will give sets :^]

Stakataka @ Queen Cell
Ability: Honey Factory
EVs: 252 HP / 106 Def / 150 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake / U-Turn
- Stealth Rock / Trick Room
- Heal Order
Gyro Ball is Stakataka's main STAB, which 2HKOes everything that doesn't resist it. Earthquake, while not STAB, is useful for dealing with fire mons, magnezone and opposing stakatakas, while U-Turn should be used for super slow pivoting and for Bug STAB. Attack Order can be used here too, but its barely useful at a defensive set. Stealth Rock is such an useful move for hazard stacking (lul), while Trick Room should be used in case you want to use the mon as a TR setter. Heal Order is its only form of recovery, and it helps it to switch into the mons it's supposed to check more comfortably. 252/106 investiment in defense lets Stakataka to take pitfull damage from almost every physical attacker of the tier, while 150 investiment in Special defense with Sassy nature is chosen to avoid the 2HKO from HP Fire of Magnezone (both Scarf and SubZ) and then kill it with Earthquake or just U-Turn it. It also avoids being easily 2HKOed by strong special wallbreakers like Tapu Koko and Greninja Ash. Sassy Nature and 0 IVs on speed are used for making its Gyro Balls ridiculously strong without having to invest on Attack and for outspeeding every mon of the tier under Trick Room. Queen Cell is the only item that lets Stakataka transform into its Beehive form and it also lets it to surprise the foe with a powerful Savage Spin Out (PD: NEVER do this). As Queen Cell, Honey Factory is its only ability and provides it a form of passive recovery and a form to deal with powerful offensive abilities like Medicham-Mega's Huge Power.

Swoobat @ Hardcore Glasses
Ability: Simple / Sturdy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Stored Power / Psyshock
- Revelation Dance
- Heat Wave
Quiver Dance is Swoobat's main set up move and lets it to patch its mediocre Special Attack, Defense and above average Speed. Stored Power is a really powerful move after a Quiver Dance move and lets it to break past unaware bitches abusers, but it kinda relies on the aformentioned move to do actual damage, so Psyshock can be a decent option for breaking past the likes of Specially Defensive Toxapex without a boost. Revelation Dance is its main Rock STAB move, and lets it to KO slower threats that are weak to it like Volcarona or Kyu-B. At last it has Heat Wave, which lets it to break past common steel mons of the tier like Ferrothorn and Magearna which would hard wall it otherwise. Max Special Attack and Speed investiment with Timid Nature are chosen for outspeeding every mon of the 100s speed tier and for having a decent amount of offensive presence. Hardcore Glasses is the only item that lets Swoobat transform into its Rockin' form and it also lets it to surprise the foe with a powerful Shattered Psyche in case you're using Stored Power and it couldn't get a Quiver Dance boost. Simple is the best ability Swoobat gets and lets it to boost its Special Attack, Defense and Speed to ridiculous levels after a Quiver Dance boost while Sturdy lets it to use it safetly.

Beehive Stakataka is even better at starting a Trick Room Gyro Ball sweep, though the loss of Beast Boost hurts. It does mean it is more free to use different Natures and IVs though and it gets Ability blocking and healing, which is great.

Snow Man Tangrowth has to watch out for fighting priority, but otherwise is scary.

Neptune Palkia is scary and can choose to dish out even more damage or just avoid field effects being a problem.

Cyborg Regigigas was meant for Ubers an I see why. Shouldn't it be included with Palkia?

Quark Soup Rotom Heat is a blindingly fast glass canon, like Pheromosa on steroids. At least it has movepool issues and priority will destroy it.

Present Crustle's more mixed bulk and better typing will help it, as will Prankster.

I think the Kantonian Christmas Tree Exeggutor will be better overall than the Alolan version as a nice Blizzard spammer.

Krampus Shiftry probably works best as a Slush Rush sweeper.

Samtendo09

Ability: Light Power

Guess I should really stop stalling and get into the next submission phase.

Airship Wailmer
Typing
- Grass/Flying
Z-Move Type - Flying
Item - Mossy Anchor
Abilities - Adaptability | No Guard | Pressure

HP - 70
Atk - 35
Def - 60
SpA - 90
SpD - 60
Spe - 105
BST - 420

New Moves - Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Hurricane, Air Slash, Earth Tremor
Design - Printed in wooden pattern, with the wings becoming longer and wider.
Competitive - Grass/Flying is a bad Defensive type... so I render it more of a sweeper who can still hurt despite the mixed-bag offensive. Surely a bit too good for LC.

New Moves - Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Hurricane, Air Slash, Earth Tremor
Design - Printed in wooden pattern, with the wings becoming longer and wider. Wailord also gets a propeller on its back.
Competitive - Grass/Flying is a bad Defensive type... so I render it more of a sweeper who can still hurt despite the mixed-bag offensive. Adaptability + 135 Special Attack with high Speed may sound borked, but reminder that Grass-type is not a good offensive type by itself and that Leaf Storm have a heavy drawback while Hurricane is inaccurate outside of rain and No Guard. Earth Tremor is so that you will get many Electric-type, Steel-type, Rock-type and Poison-type out of its way.

Bamboo Warrior Tepig

New Moves - Flame Barrier, Wood Hammer, Horn Leech, Swords Dance, Hone Claws
Design - Carry a bamboo stick on its mouth. Tepig is also wearing a straw hat.
Competitive - Fairly bulky, can either never worries about Intimidate with Defiant or contact-troubling Abilities with Long Reach, and recovery move in the form of Horn Leech. A wallbreaker capable of taking down threats while having a reasonable bulk.

New Moves - Flame Barrier, Wood Hammer, Horn Leech, Swords Dance, Hone Claws
Design - Carry a bamboo stick on its hands. Emboar is also wearing a straw hat and a red kimono.
Competitive - A bulky sweeper with two useful Abilities; one to ignore the likes of Iron Barbs, Spiky Helmet, and other contact-interacted Abilities, or the other to punish Intimidate users. Fire/Grass is a good defensive type, while also useful for offensive sweeping. It can use Rock Smash or Wild Charge to take out Flying types, while Earthquake can be used to take out Poison-types and Rock-types. Horn Leech can be useful to recover damage from its Recoil moves. Finally, Flame Barrier can be used to burn and punish non-Guts Physical sweepers.

Witch Misdreavus

Witch Misdreavus
Typing
- Ghost/Dark
Z-Move Type - Dark
Item - Witch Hat
Abilities - Cast Master*
(Cast Master: Convert Physical Moves into Special Moves, and boost the former moves by 1,3x.)
HP - 80
Atk - 40
Def - 60
SpA - 125
SpD - 95
Spe - 115
BST - 515

New Moves - Shadow Claw, U-Turn, Knock Off, Brick Break, Poison Jab
Design - Wears a black witch hat on top of Mismagius's "hat" and a black robe. Also wield a broom.
Competitive - Mismagius's only Ability seems not much at first, but consider the following;
  1. Foul Play will inflict a whopping Base Power of 123 (if rounded down), and cripples attackers with high Attack but low Special Defense on neutral hit.
  2. Sucker Punch inflicts 91 BP, which is stronger priority than Extreme Speed. Shadow Sneak is nowhere as strong, but still benefit the Nasty Plot boost. U-Turn also inflict the same amount of damage.
  3. Knock Off will be stronger, and can be used as a normal STAB as well.
  4. Meanwhile, Shadow Claw serves as a main Ghost-STAB if using Shadow Sneak is out of question, does to priority or if you want it to deal with Tapu Lele. It helps that Shadow Claw had an already high critical hit ratio.
  5. Poison Jab had become stronger and more accurate, which while not hurting Fairy-type with high Special Defense, can still caught them by surprise, and remember, Nasty Plot.
  6. Brick Break is to fend off Steel-type that can resist either Dark-type or Ghost-type, such as Bisharp and several Costumed Pokémon, or to get rid of fellow Dark-type.
And considering her boosted Special Attack, with Nasty Plot already available, you got one powerful witch in your hand. Steel/Fairy may be the best answer, but a boosted Shadow Claw will damage them real good, and Shadow Sneak can mess up Mega Mawile's Sucker Punch shenanigan.

Sun Guardian Petilil
Typing - Grass/Fire
Z-Move Type - Fire
Item - Sun Amulet
Abilities - Chlorophyll | Drought | Heat Boost

New Moves - Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam
Design - Wears a green amulet with a red emblem, with the twigs becoming yellow.
Competitive - Probably too good for LC does to being a sun setter. Move on.

Sun Guardian Liligant
Typing
- Grass/Fire
Z-Move Type - Fire
Item - Sun Amulet
Abilities - Chlorophyll | Drought | Heat Boost
(Heat Boost: Raise Speed by one stage when hit by a Fire-type Move. Fire-type immunity.)
HP - 80
Atk - 40
Def - 75
SpA - 120
SpD - 75
Spe - 110
BST - 500

New Moves - Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam
Design - Wears a green amulet with a red emblem that looks like Solgaleo, with the flower petals becoming bright white. Liligant also wears a white Aztec-styled dress.
Competitive - Special Attack of 110 and Speed of 110 isn't that much compared to others', but then you consider two things; Drought and Quiver Dance. The former will guaranteed instant Solar Beams and stronger Flamethrower/Fire Blast, while also better Synthesis, and Quiver Dance will help her to become a more powerful Special Sweeper. As if it is not bad enough for her opponents, she also got coverage moves that can eliminate Poison-type, Flying-type and walling Dragon-type with Earth Power, Power Gem and Dazzling Gleam respectively.

Golden Sunkern
Typing
- Electric/Rock
Z-Move Type - Electric
Item - Golden Crown
Abilities - Dazzling | Magic Guard | Golden Body

SpD - 35
Spe - 30
BST - 200

New Moves - Thunderbolt, Power Gem, Thunder, Crystal Blast, Air Slash
Design - Sunkern is covered in gold-plated armor, and wears a tiara.
Competitive - Still not useful enough, but can be used as a revenge killer if going with Protect. Move on to Sunflora.

Golden Royalty Sunflora
Typing
- Electric/Rock
Z-Move Type - Electric
Item - Golden Crown
Abilities - Dazzling | Magic Guard | Golden Body
(Golden Body: The mysterious power caused the ability-wielder to get Special Attack and Speed boosted by two stages if survived the first turn.)
HP - 80
Atk - 45
Def - 65
SpA - 115
SpD - 80
Spe - 60
BST - 445

New Moves - Thunderbolt, Power Gem, Thunder, Crystal Blast, Air Slash
Design - Sunflora is covered in gold-plated dress, and wears a luxurious crown.
Competitive - Golden Royalty Sunflora's base stats are still pitiful. Until you realize that Golden Body can double the Special Attack and Speed after the first battle turn (not counting switch-in), assuming that Sunflora survives. This can make it a potent Special fast Sweeper, with Protect to make sure that it will survive (unless if a Z-Move is coming in). It can still be stopped with Priority, especially Mach Punch and Aqua Jet, can be stopped by Special Walls, and it may suffer the four-moves syndrome, but once it sets up, problems will comes.

New Moves:
Discharge, Nasty Plot, Volt Switch, Dazzling Gleam, Aurora Beam.
Design: It's body and head are now made of crystals that emit lights of many colors.
Competitive: It may face competition from Tapu Koko, which has much better speed, access to electric terrain, access to another item than Electrium Z and much better speed, this dancing boi has much higher special attack, boosted fairy and electric STABs, can set up with Nasty Plot and access to Ice coverage on Aurora Beam (dat boltbeam). Also, its speed isn't that bad (119 Speed isn't nothing to scoff out) and Electrium Z is still a great move for breaking past walls faster.

Competitive: Is such a scary threat to deal with: Huge special attack, great offensive typing, wide movepool and high speed in tamdem with Dazzling makes it really difficult to revenge kill. I guess its x4 weakness to water attacks hinders it a bit, but that won't stop it from being a scary mon to face with, so lets wish it to not get banned, because the next boi would enterely outclass him...

Poor Gengar, after being a top threat at OU during 6 gens, it's now borderline outclassed by Blacephalon as a ghost breaker (which is having a drop on viability too), lost the nonsensical levitate and the huge influence of Dark mons now doesn't help too. Well, that's the main reason why this form exists, With great offensive typing on Fire/Ground, high 140/140 special offenses and a cool ability on Dazzling, Djiin Gengar i very effective at the role of shitting on conmon OU threats shuch as Tyranitar, Tapu Koko, Greninja or the everpresent Toxagodpex (this also means that balance isn't safe).

Competitive: Say hi to the ultimate OTR Water wallbreaker (and maybe the only one). With great 137/137 mixed offenses and a great ability which basically makes coverage options unnecessary and super effective hits non-existant, this guy has such a really easy time to set up Trick Room and Swords Dance. It can even take a more defensive route due to having 6 inmunities thanks to its aformentioned ability Mythos and access to a wide supportive movepool on the likes of Stealth Rock and Moonlight. The only problem that this behemoth presents is its mediocre 61 Speed, but it has access to Trick Room, Rock Polish and 2 forms of priority on Acua Jet and Sucker Punch.

Def - 120 (+20)
SpA - 130 (+30)
SpD - 120 (+20)
Spe - 10 (-90)
BST - 620 (+20)

New Moves - Toxic Spikes, Perish Song, Parting Shot, Sludge Wave, Dark Pulse
Design - Shaymin's fur is now black, and it got a wood mask with its eyes closed. The flowers are replaced by two big sludge hands that keeps shaymin off the ground.
Competitive - Maybe the ultimate trick room user? This mon could run a variety of offensive and defensive sets. With an incredible weakness total of 0 and a 130/120/120 bulk, this thing can pretty much switch in at any time. It also got a pretty strong movepool, with excellent support options. Sadly, other than under TR, its speed handicaps it. It also doesn’t really have offensive options other than it's two STABs

SpD - 100 (+25)
Spe - 10 (-117)
BST - 620 (+20)

New Moves - Trick Room, Perish Song, Toxic Spikes, Parting Shot, Sludge Wave
Design - The white is now dark green and the green is now black. Shaymin has a wooden mask, upside down, with a fear expression. It got huge sludge wings instead of the flowers.
Competitive - No. This is the best trick room user in the game. Now that uber costumes are a thing, here comes this nightmare. You don't want this in front of this monster, whatever set it's running. Like its other form, it can perform offensively and defensively, but definitively more offensively. And, I mean, 170 base SpA destroy people. Did I mention that it doesn't care about Stealth Rock? It's really meant for uber, as I said.

Spe - 45 (+20)
BST - 365 (+20)

New Moves - Slash, Blade Slash, Sacred Sword
Design - Rhyhorn is now red. It has An enormous belt is surrounding it, with one sword attached to each side.
Competitive - I don't have anything to say about this guy, so I'll talk about flavor. With the new 2-costume rules, I wanted to try something with one of the first CC costumes. Rhyhorn and co. inspired me, so I choosed them. The inspiration for the costume got from the other Rhyperior costume line, the military one. I thought doing another era army style could be cool. Also, I wanted to use the imperial katana.

New Moves - Slash, Blade Slash, Sacred Sword, Sword Dance, Recover
Design - It now wears a red helmet with golden ornaments on it. It got a huge belt around its belly and wear 3 swords on its back.
Competitive - Hyperspeed Sword Dance and Recover. Then spam its STAB. Even though it's worst than it's evolution, it's still a pretty strong pokemon. Nothing more to say. EDIT: Nooope probably better than it's evolution since the nerf. Still, this thing is awfully strong and bulky.

New Moves - Recover, Blade Slash, Bulk Up, Spikes, Sacred Sword
Design - It wears a gigantic silver samouraï helmet with golden ornaments, a big red belt, 2 swords on his back and 2 others on his elbow. It's gray and black and it has a big mustache.
Competitive - EDIT: Say good-bye to hyperspeed, since it was OP. Now, I think it's kinda cool to see this mon weaker than its pre-evolution. It's still a powerful wallbreaker that can deal insane raw damage, but can't do the random broken things it could achieve before.

If Shaymin Desolation wins, the Sky Form and Neptune Palkia might be BFF; they can cover each others' weaknesses and the latter is a faster Trick Room user. Imagine how they can do in Doubles Battle (if this become a thing)!

Also, I am flattered that you do use Planet Enforcer for the Sky Form too.

New Moves - Zen Headbutt, Star Burst, Lunar Dance, Trick Room, Cosmic Power
Competitive - Cosmic Corsola is a powerful Trick Room sweeper that can set up its own Trick Room, unlike Pokemon like Mega Mawile. With 252+ investment it reaches 590 Attack thanks to Huge Power and then it can spam strong Earthquakes. Cosmic Corsola has a huge movepool, some interesting moves that might be useful are Lunar Dance, Stealth Rock, Recover, Explosion or Sucker Punch. It might have some defensive potential with Levitate but I think the offensive sets are better.

Okay now before we may continue submission (it went too long I know), I had to warn that you had to be careful when making a new Ability or when you intend it to be Uber.

Neptune Palkia and Desolation Skymin have obvious reasons, but the others did not tell if they are intended for OU or Uber (I would personally prefer for the former unless if the Pokémon in question is already Uber to begin with), which is the case of Cthulhu Necrozma (an Ability that ignores type Immunities in general would be fine, but with immunity of weaknesses and also ignores type resistances? It would fit better for a Pokémon with much weaker BST, not something already powerful like Necrozma) and Shogun Rhyperior (Hyperspeed is basically Parental Bond but the second hit is just as strong, which makes it an nearly unstoppable wallbreaker despite low speed and lack of priority).

Changed my Necrozma too.

Rhyperior already has a costume, my MAHEM Rhyperior
Except that I already claim that a Pokémon line can get two different costumes now, no more, similar of how Charizard and Mewtwo got two Mega Evolutions, and so does several Pokémon in Mega for All.

If this will not sit with you or other council members well, then I will put back into the classic restriction "only one Costume per Pokémon line".

Oh, I must've missed that. Alright, that's cool with me.

That's cool and all since some of them weren't chosen by vote, and were created previously in TNFG. However, if TNFG does take off some day and we make it a playable game, we said we would add the best costumes from this project into TNFG. We can't add two costumes for the same line in the game though.

I feel likes I left this rot for a while. I will bump it and those who haven't submitted yet, this is your last day.

I admit that I am not the best leader of this Pet Mod, but I do not want it to completely rust into nothingness. Sorry for the inconvenience.
