Description: Mintang is a cool and fresh plant. He is covered with ice crust and there are mint leaves sticking out of it.
Justification/Niche: Mintang is a very fast special attacker with a good offensive typing. However it is a trash defensive typing and Mintang has no physical bulk, therefore he is really weak to priority.

Description: Smartang is a cunning Pokemon with all kinds of tricks. He is pink and looks like a brain.
Justification/Niche: Smartang hits extremely hard on the special side, but his other stats are quite bad and his typing isn't that good either. He can surprise foes with Illusion though.

Smartang @ Choice Specs

Description: Tangos are romantic and passionate Pokemon that dance with each other for hours. They have got long slim vine legs and hands and they wear a dress made from red leaves.
Justification/Niche: Tango is the fastest Quiver Dance sweeper, she has got access to Sleep Powder, which allows her to set up more easily, and the cherry on top is Tango's ability Queenly Majesty, which gives her an immunity to priority attacks. However Tango's Special Attack is mediocre and she doesn't have good coverage attacks to beat her checks.

Tango @ Life Orb
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance

If you are using a fighting ate, use Punchilate (or if people prefer kickilate (which looks like my thinking too XD) i can change the name. It will be easier for Ludicrousity and I to only code one ability for the same effect.

I enjoy names like Brawlate or Martialate. Up to the people though.

Name: Lickabsorbtion
Types: Normal / Bug
BST: 120 / 125 / 90 / 50 / 90 / 40 (515)
Abilities: Draining Touch
(Draining Touch): All contact moves heal Lickabsorption for 1/3 of the damage they deal.
New Learnset:
+ Struggle Bug, Leech Life, X-Scissor, U-Turn, Giga Drain, Horn Leech, Drain Punch
Design: Licitung now has its body dotted with countless mosquito snouts and a dark purple coloring.
Justification/Niche: Extra bulky attacker. With solid mixed defences and a good attack, Lickabsorbtion makes an excelent tank. It's main gimmick is being able to heal immense amounts of its health after striking a foe, with Leech Life, Horn Leech, and drain Punch, Lickabsorption can heal 5/6 of the damage it deals thanks to Draining Touch. It essentially acts as a powerful tank only if it can deal enough damage to the foe, extremely threatening when it can. Use Swords Dance for a powerful set-up set, a Choice Band to deal more damage, or an Assault Vest for more staying power. Unfortunately, it's Normal / Bug typing offers few resistances, and is also not very good offensively.

Name: Consumlick
Types: Normal / Poison
BST: 80 / 45 / 75 / 130 / 75 / 110 (515)
Abilities: Gluttony / Unburden / Harvest
New Learnset:
+ Venoshock, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Hyper Voice, Vacuum Wave
Design: Lickitung ate so much, it can consume anything. It's body is caked with various rotten foods, and it's tongue is rotten and purple.
Justification/Niche: Risky but rewarding sweeper. Notice all of its abilities involve consuming items, giving a one time boost to help it do well and sweep teams with it's strong attacks. Gluttony sets can use stat-boosting berries to further increase Consumlick's power, Unburden gives it a crazy speed stat, and Harvest increases longevity if desired. These abilities pair well with a powerful Belch, it's only powerful poison STAB. It also has priority and a menagerie of odd coverage moves. However, it has difficulty setting up Belch safely.

Name: Rhysleet
Types: Ground / Ice
BST: 115 / 40 / 130 / 140 / 55 / 55
Abilities: Slush Rush / Filter / Clear Body
New Learnset:
+ Hail, Aurora Veil, Icy Wind, Freeze Dry, Earth Power, Spikes

Design: Rhydon is now covered with a liquidated frosty coating, and it has two horns that change colors like auroras.
Justification/Niche: Physical tank and special wallbreaker. There are few special ground types, as well as few special attackers that can tank physical hits, and Rhysleet fills both these roles. With a great special attack stat and two great offencive types, Rhysleet can punish opponents with its STAB combo alone. It also has a few neat coverage options like Surf, Focus Blast, and Flash Cannon. More importantly, it has a great physical defence stat, allowing it to check the plentitude of physical attackers with poor special defence. It has two good abilities for it's playstyle: Slush Rush for a hail sweeper set, or Filter for a bulky attacker set. Despite it's raw power, it is slow and vulnerable to special moves, especially common Fire and Water ones that target it's weaknesses.

Name: Tanglecord
Types: Grass / Electric
BST: 100 / 105 / 95 / 85 / 115 / 35 (535)
Abilities: Iron Barbs / Hot Mess / Tangling Hair
Hot Mess: All pokemon are unable to use items.
New Learnset:
+ Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Nuzzle, Wild Charge, Iron Head, Synthesis, U-Turn, Poison Jab
- Earthquake
Design: A tangled up mess of jumper cables, emitting sparks.
Justification/Niche: Defensive pivot. Grass/Electric is a solid defencive type, giving it immunity to paralysis as well as Leech Seed and powder moves. It has generally balanced stats, and a few nice moves to back them up. Volt Switch and U-Turn give it the utility of a slow switch, Nuzzle allows it to paralyse and deal scratch damage even while Taunted, Leech Seed and Synthesis both let it recover health, and Knock Off gives it yet another way to cripple opponents. It can tank both physical and special attacks, and either status the opponent or switch out. It's abilities make it even more disruptive, with Iron Barbs and Tangling Hair punishing contact attackers, while Hot Mess disrupting an opponent's item-based strategies. However, it is somewhat passive (unless you want to run Swords Dance), incredibly slow, and lacks a good physical STAB move.

Name: Tanglewool
Types: Grass / Steel
BST: 105 / 65 / 95 / 115 / 50 / 105 (535)
Abilities: Flare Boost / Dry Skin
New Learnset:
+ Automize, Iron Defence, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Will-O-Wisp, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Calm Mind
- Earthquake, Focus Blast
Design: Sentient pile of steel wool.
Justification/Niche: Self-sacrificing sweeper. While at first glance it may seem underwhelming with it's stats, not letting it be either a powerful sweeper or physical tank, it has access to the oft-forgotten Flare Boost. This ability lets you carry a Flame Orb (Or not; risky, but provides good burn deterrent for your teammates) and get a significant power boost for less health per turn than a Life Orb and immunity to pesky status conditions. Grass/Steel is a solid defencive type, and it's Fire coverage helps round out it's offences. Alternatively, it can run Dry Skin to serve as a water immunity, at the cost of damage during sun. Yet, it has a mediocre special defence and dies to nearly any Fire-type move, and being burned does reduce it's staying power.

Name: Tanggang
Types: Grass / Dark
BST: 100 / 125 / 50 / 100 / 50 / 110
Abilities: Unnerve / Moxie / Regenerator (H)
New Learnset: + All moves gained from Tangrowth, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Feint Attack, Shadow Ball, Beat Up, Torment, Taunt
Justification/Niche: Finally, a good Grass/Dark-type! A lot of power, a good speed tier, a great movepool, and 2 great abilities in Moxie and Regenerator make Tanggang a force to be reckon with. 125 Attack combine with 110 Speed makes Tanggang a threatening physical attacker. On top of that, Tanggang is equipped with good STAB moves in Power Whip and Knock Off, STAB priority in Sucker Punch, and good coverage options in Earthquake, Poison Jab, and Rock Slide, and as if that wasn't enough, access to Swords Dance to further boost it's power. It's Special Attack is also very usable, so moves like Focus Blast, Leaf Storm, and Hidden Power are great, too.

Abilities: Flash Fire / Dry Skin / Regenerator (H)
New Learnset: + All moves from Tangrowth, Flamethrower, Fire Bast, Overheat, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Ember, Morning Sun, Work Up, Fire Lash, Taunt
Justification/Niche: With an interesting offensive typing, great speed, and great power, Tanglit is a great fast special attacker. Only being outsped by a handful of Pokemon that make good checks, Tanglit is great at revenge killing and, thanks to Regenerator, can pivot out safely, making it great with Choice items. Or, you can utilize it's other two good abilities on sets built for sweeping or wallbreaking, like Z-Sunny Day/Sleep Powder with Growth or a stallbreaker Taunt set.

Type:

BST: 120 / 90 / 100 / 55 / 100 / 50
Abilities: Long Reach / Thick Fat / Spook Up (HA)
(Spook Up: Reduce the foes' Special Attack by one stage each time the user is sent into the battle.)

New Moves: All moves from Lickilicky, Leech Life, Crunch, Sucker Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Punch, Shadow Force, Shadow Bone, Recover, Stockpile, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic Spikes, Iron Head, Play Rough (Lickitung learns a lot of moves before, including Sword Dance.)
Justification/Niche: This one is not like the others; it can be used as a Stall to weakens Physical Attackers with Will-O-Wisp and Special Attackers with Spook Up, while able to attack back with various coverages and useful Ghost-type STAB. It is also only weak to Dark-type, in which Dark-type Pokémon can be dished away with its own Fighting-type coverages. With Long Reach, it can attack the likes of Ferrothorn and Garchomp without many problems, and Thick Fat will help if you wanted to deal with pesky Ice-type and Fire-type.

Abilities: Storm Drain / Rain Dish / Self-Defensive (HA)
(Self-Defensive: Boost the user's Defense and Special Defense by 33% if suffering a major status condition such as Burn and Sleep.)
New Moves: Waterfall, Dive (those three are flavor anyway), Hydro Pump, Scald, Earth Power (this one as Level-Up Move), Shore Up, Hydro Cannon (to reflect Rhyperior's Rock Wrecker), Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Flash Cannon
Justification/Niche: This is what happens if a Rhyperior had married to a Greninja. Insanely fast by Water-type (and even Ground-type) standard, great Special Attack, but frighteningly low Defense and Special Defense without the effect activated from Self-Defensive. It's only access of raising its Special Attack is with Storm Drain, but it can take advantage of the Rhyhorn's line surprisingly good Special moveset. It can have access to either Rain Team does to Rain Dish or Sand Team does to Shore Up.

Name

Type :

BST: 80 / 55 / 80 / 125 / 80 / 115
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Pixieproof / Competitive (HA)
(Pixelproof (previously seen with Ledrake): Bounce any Fairy-type moves aimed at this Pokémon back to the user of these moves.)
New Moves: All moves from Tangrowth, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Roar, Surf, Snarl, Spikes, Stealth Rocks, Spiky Shield, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Justification/Niche: A mix of vines and a dragonfruit will make it Grass/Dragon-type. Unlike Alolan Exeggutor, it can make good use of Chlorophyll and unlike Mega Sceptile, it does not require a Mega Stone to be useful. Like Ledrake and Goopsyche before it, Tangonfruit had more than enough coverage to defend itself well and can be a useful revenge killer if using Chlorophyll during the Sun, or if equipped with a Choice Scarf. Spiky Shield will be useful to deactivate Multiscale and Sturdy if they uses contact moves, while Stealth Rocks and Spikes will make it a fast setter. Tangonfruit is not solid, which means a Super Effective hit can severely damage to instantly kill it, especially with Ice-type, so relay on coverages to get through them.

I dont think so. As for the ate should we use the Metagamiate ones?

If you are using a fighting ate, use Punchilate (or if people prefer kickilate (which looks like my thinking too XD) i can change the name. It will be easier for Ludicrousity and I to only code one ability for the same effect.
Changed it. Didn't know about Punchilate.

Yes, multiple pokemon of a type can be submitted, but only 1 of each type can win.

Some people probably don't understand how the "Removed Moves" work, so I'm going to to a quick explanation.

The removed Moves only apply to Pokemon with other evolutions. Take Scyther for example. If I chose not to put anything in the Removed Moves tab, my evolution would have all of Scizor's moves on top of the extra ones I've given it.

If I remove all Steel type moves, it can still learn Steel Wing, because Scyther can learn that. However, all of the extra steel type moves that Scizor gets, will not be available on my Pokemon, such as Iron Head and Bullet Punch.

I hope this explains what I meant by "Removed Moves"

I got it wrong too... But the other way around, since I'm creating evolutions, and obviously they cannot lose Moves upon evolving, I used to just add new moves to the evolution, so say I'd like my Lucario evo to have ESpeed just like Lucario has, instead of not writing it, I just added it onto new Moves, because it is a new move for Riolu after all. But if i didn't want to give it Dragon Pulse, I'd just not write it at all, because Riolu doesn't have it, and neither does me evolution. If it is easier for you I can totally do the way you're suggesting, but personally, it makes more sense the way I'm doing in my opinion.

So if I choose to remove all moves, all the moves gained upon evolution would be removed?

Ok this time i'm banning your evolutions for the slate. Create new ones, more balanced. I think it's not the first time we say it. If you don't follow the rules, you'll be purely and simply banned from the next slates. Is this what you want? I'm fed up of telling the same things again and again.

'Removed' Moves (Lickilicky gets these Moves and this Pokémon does not) - Gyro Ball
Design - Similar to Lickilicky, but has a green body and a red fiery tongue. It has a couple of leafes on its legs as well.
Competitive Corner - Lickychili is a powerful wallbreaker, it has great STAB coverage in Fire + Grass, and a very respectable SpA and stat along with enough bulk to tank a hit or two. Its Speed is pretty mediocre, and it has a pretty bad defensive typing, but its wallbreaking makes up for it in most scenarios.

Lickycandy (Lick + Candy)

1A - Gluttony
2A - Pixilate
HA - Sugar Rush - 2x boost to Physical Fairy-type moves

HP: 55
Atk: 75

'New' Moves (this Pokémon gets this Moves and Lickilicky does not) - Aromatic Mist, Baby-Doll Eyes, Charm, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Draning Kiss, Play Rough, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Moonlight, Swwet Kiss
'Removed' Moves (Lickilicky gets these Moves and this Pokémon does not) - Gyro Ball
Design - Similar to Lickilicky, but has a pink body and a purple sugary tongue. It has a couple of candies being hold on its arms as well.
Competitive Corner - Lickycandy is a powerful wallbreaker, thanks to Sugar Rush, that effectively double's Play Rough's power. However, much like Araquanid, it has only one usable STAB and no power to use coverage, meaning it will get walled by Steel, Poison and Fire-types most of the time, 55/117/136 bulk is above average though, meaning it can take a hit or two if need be, however, base 35 Speed is just really poor.

Alright, I'm very new to this, but here goes:

Name: Toxilick (Toxic + Lick)
Type:

Abilities: Poison Touch / Poison Point / Regenerator (HA)
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Gunk Shot

Abilities: Thick Fat / Snow Warning / Slush Rush (HA)
New Moves: All Ice-type attacking moves minus signature moves.
Stats: 95/105/75/105/55/55
Description: Mixed attacker. I gave it not-so-great bulk to balance its decent mixed attacking stats. Low speed hampers it a bit, but you could probably try something with Trick Room or Alolan Ninetales to abuse Slush Rush.

Name: Rhygenerator (Rhy + generator)
Typing:

Abilities: Volt Absorb / Motor Drive / Galvanize (HA)
Stats: 115/130/55/140/55/40
Removed Moves: Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker

Abilities: Synchronize / Levitate / Pressure (HA)
New Moves: All Psychic-type moves, minus signature moves
Removed Moves: Rock Wrecker

- Petal Dance
- Hidden Power Fire
- Sleep Powder / Dazzling Gleam
I like all of your submissions, and you did an amazing job balancing them imo! However, I feel like Smartang is way too good beacuse of Illusion, sure, it is frail and slow, meaning it can't get the cahnce to hit its opponents that often, but Illusion negates that, since it allows it to force tons of swicthes, meaning it pretty much gets a kill whenever it gets a favorable Illusion. If possible please change Illusion or nerf its stats, otherwise though, great job :)

Name: Lickistone
Types: Normal/Rock
BST: 120/90/120/55/80/50 Bst-515
Abilities: Solid Rock /Rough Skin (Sand Veil)
New Learnset: Spikes and Stealth Rock, All Rock type moves minus Rock Wrecker and Head Smash
Justification/Niche: A bulky pokemon with a unique typing. But the typing may be holding it back with 5 weakness and a 4x weakness to fighting. But still it may live some super effective hits due to it Solid Rock ability. It also come with pretty good moves in stealth rock, spikes, knock off.

Name: Lickofear
Typing: Normal/Ghost
BST: 40/130/60/125/60/100
Abilities: Aftermath (Stakeout)
New Learnset: Shadow Claw, Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Curse, Fake Out, Thief
Justification/Niche: A good offensive pokemon with below average bulk. The main ability the trainer should use on this pokemon is Stakeout since it double the attack when the opponent switch out. Another thing is that this pokemon get pretty good coverage.

Will add more
Great submissions here too, but I'd like to point out that Stakeout is a very powerful ability, and should not be given to Pokemon with such high offensive stats, say you send Lickofear to reevnge kill a Tapu Lele right, its not gonna wanna switch out, because Return/Shadow Claw from a Choice Banded Lickofear at +2 (Stakeout) is nearly impossible to switch into. For example:
-1 252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Return vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Landorus-Therian: 264-312 (69.1 - 81.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Return vs. 248 HP / 212+ Def Tangrowth: 318-375 (78.9 - 93%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Shadow Claw vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 195-231 (58.3 - 69.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Return vs. 252 HP / 64 Def Clefable: 595-702 (151 - 178.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Return vs. 248 HP / 192 Def Tapu Fini: 375-442 (109.3 - 128.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Lickitung Shadow Claw vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Sableye-Mega: 258-304 (84.8 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
Huge Power simulates the Stakeout boost
As you can see, no Physical Wall can safely switch into Lickofear and not get 2HKOed, so Tapu Lele has to be sacrificed and this can be repeated for any slower Pokemon that it can revenge kill... Please give it a more balanced ability :)

Btw guys, I'm not trying to make your submissions look bad or anything, I just wan everything to be balanced, if you spot anything broken in my submissions plase make a post like this too explaining why its broken and I'll gladly fix it :)

New Name: Lickiller
Types:

BST: 55 / 125 / 85 / 45 / 70 / 115
Abilities: Long Reach / Oblivious / Murderer
Murderer: When this Pokémon knocks out a Pokémon, its next hit is a guarenteed crit.
New Moves: All of Lickilicky's movepool, Foul Play, Taunt, Dark Pulse, Switcheroo, Bulk Up, Pursuit, Embargo, Torment, Power Trip, Scary Face, Memento, Sucker Punch
Description: Its purple tongue now archs like a menacing snake. Its pink exterior is replaced with a dark brown coat, with its yellow belly stripes now forming an orange X. It has fangs and red beady eyes.
Justification/Niche: Lickiller developed a murderous streak and is ready to terrorize a team near you! Lickiller works best against balanced teams, as most defensive cores have trouble switching in on its surprisingly effective STAB combo, Knock Off crippling many switchins. Its good speed also helps against offensive teams, where its signature ability can be most useful. After revengekilling a weak foe, it can go on a sort of killing spree, criting against stuff and do huge damage, often cleaning teams after key threats are removed.
Sample Sets:
Lickiller @ Lum Berry / Normalium Z
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Murderer / Long Reach

Justification/Niche: Lickindle is an excellent defensive Pokémon with solid 130/100/80 bulk and choice between Fire type immunity or taunt immunity. However, its true utility comes in on a Sun team, when its Hidden Ability Sunspot kicks in. It grants it with a temporary Water immunity under the sun, which is always useful.

Choice Band, SD+3 Attacks, SD+Sub+2 Attacks, Choice Scarf are only a small amount of viable sets it can run.
