Z-Move:
Shattered Psyche |
| 180 BP

Design/Flavor: -

Competitive Analysis: Ghost/Psychic is a great offensive typing and Nosokinesis has a really high BP if you mix it with Flame Orb and Flare Boost, and has the ability to cripple a good amount of Pokemon. This move has few PP and Drifloon-Eternal has a terrible defensive typing.

Z-Move:
Resets users's negative states

Design/Flavor: -

Competitive Analysis: Utility Pokemon with access to Toxic Spikes, Haze and Platinum Glow which helps to force switches, great bulk and defensive typing, and Mummy helps to stop threatening sweepers. Yamask-Eternal is Taunt bait and has some weaknesses to common offensive types.

Z-Move:
Inferno Overdrive |

Design/Flavor: -

Competitive Analysis: Good defensive typing and stats, decent enough attack, a way to spread burn and chip damage, and access to two interesting abilities in the form of Natural Cure and Harvest can make of Phantumb-Eternal an interesting wall which can become hard to kill between Horn Leech, Leech Seed and potential berry recovery from Harvest sets.

Competitive Analysis: Z-Trick Or Treat wincon, Ghost and Fairy has a great coverage and the four slot can be used for Synthesis for recovery or things like Fire Blast. Small size is the best one because it offers a better speed tier.

New Type:
/

New Stat distribution: 90 / 30 (-20) / 70 (+36) / 130 (+70) / 77 (+33) / 100 (+30)
Signature Move: Nimbus Burst – Electric, Special, 130 BP, 5 PP, 90 Acc, Lowers the user’s Special Attack by 2 stages, Z-move: Gigavolt Havoc, 195 BP
Design/Flavor: A Drifloon floated up high into a thunderstorm and was struck by lightning multiple times. It endured but electrical currents still flow through its body. Drifloon-Eternal is bright yellow with dark gray hair and sparks jumping between its hands.
Competitive Analysis: Drifloon-Eternal is a hard-hitting special attacker with decent base speed, somewhat low bulk, and a powerful signature move.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Yamask-Eternal
New Type:
/

New Stat distribution: 70 (+32) / 30 / 90 (+5) / 120 (+65) / 120 (+55) / 52 (+22)
Signature Move: Draining Tears – Water, Special, 80 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, Restores the user’s HP by 75% the damage inflicted and lowers the target’s Attack by 1 stage, Z-move: Hydro Vortex, 160 BP
Design/Flavor: Yamask-Eternal was born when a depressed human drowned itself. Its body has a bluish tint with dark blue eyes.
Competitive Analysis: Yamask-Eternal is a slow, bulky special attacker with a signature move that helps improve its longevity.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Phantump-Eternal
New Type:
/

New Stat distribution: 65 (+22) / 100 (+30) / 58 (+10) / 30 (-20) / 64 (+4) / 130 (+92)
Signature Move: Ghastly Strike – Ghost, Physical, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, Has a high critical hit ratio and a 30% chance to badly poison the target, Z-move: Never-Ending Nightmare, 180 BP
Design/Flavor: Acid rain fell on a forest and killed a young tree. The decaying stump was possessed by a deceased child’s spirit and became Phantump-Eternal. Its horns have decayed and a purple liquid drips from their remains.
Competitive Analysis: Phantump-Eternal is a fast but frail physical attacker who enjoys spreading Poison. (Z-)Forest’s Curse could potentially be used to allow its Poison Jab to hit the target more effectively.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Pumpkaboo-Eternal
New Type:
/

New Stat distribution:
Average 72 (+23) / 40 (-26) / 70 / 115 (+71) / 110 (+55) / 112 (+61)

Super 82 (+23) / 40 (-26) / 70 / 115 (+71) / 110 (+55) / 102 (+61)
Signature Move: Pumpka-Lantern – Fairy, Special, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, Has a 40% chance to increase the user’s Special Attack by 1 stage and a 40% chance to decrease the target’s Special Defense by 1 stage, Z-move: Twinkle Tackle, 180 BP
Design/Flavor: Pumpkaboo-Eternal was born when a dying fairy’s spirit possessed a pumpkin. It has a pink body with white eye spots.
Competitive Analysis: Pumpkaboo-Eternal is a fast special attacker with good special bulk and a signature move that can force switches. Z-Trick-or-Treat could work with its good Ghost/Fairy/Fire coverage.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Drifloon-Eternal
New Type: Ghost / Fighting
New Stat distribution: 66 (-34) / 65 (+15) / 66 (+32) / 100 (+40) / 66 (+22) / 134 (+64)
Signature Move: Ardent Fury - Fighting, Special, 25 BP, 15 PP, 95% Acc | Always hits 5 times if the user is burned. Otherwise, hits 2-5 times. | Z-Move: 140 BP All-Out Pummeling
Design/Flavor: When a Drifloon tried to abduct a young but avid martial artist, the martial artist ended up taking over the Drifloon instead of being spirited away. As such, the Drifloon has a white body, yellow cloud, and a skin-colored patch and ties.
Competitive Analysis: Whereas Drifblim usually prefers to run Unburden, this Drifloon makes better use of Flare Boost. Has a very potent dual STAB combination and can break through Substitute with its signature move.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Yamask-Eternal
New Type: Ghost / Normal
New Stat distribution: 43 (+5) / 90 (+60) / 95 (+10) / 56 (+1) / 98 (+33) / 100 (+70)
Signature Move: Uncanny Valley - Ghost, Physical, 80 BP, 15 PP, 100% Acc | Hits Normal-types through their natural immunity | Z-Move: 160 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Design/Flavor: The mask has human-like features drawn on it, and the ghostly part of its body is more humanoid. Its appearance is best described as an uncanny valley between ghostliness and humanity.
Competitive Analysis: While its stats might not be the best, this Yamask has a signature move only resisted by Dark-types, along with Normal STAB (i.e. Return/Frustration) to encompass every typing but Rock/Dark and Steel/Dark. Well-rounded stats and coveted defensive typing help it make use of utility options such as Knock Off, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic Spikes, and Memento.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Phantump-Eternal
New Type: Grass / Fairy
New Stat distribution: 88 (+45) / 91 (+21) / 66 (+18) / 91 (+41) / 68 (+8) / 69 (+31)
Signature Move: Eternal Forest - Fairy, Special, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Hits Grass-types for super-effective damage. If a Grass-type is targeted by this move and tries to switch out, then this move hits before the switch out. | Z-Move: 175 BP Twinkle Tackle
Design/Flavor: One Hallow's Eve, this Phantump was opportune enough to meet and be enchanted by Xerneas. It's colored blue and black with rainbow leaves, and it radiates with about half the essence of life.
Competitive Analysis: Has below average stats and not-so-great typing, but it functions well with (Z-)Forest's Curse due to having essentially a Fairy-type Pursuit for trapping Grass-types. Also, Shadow Ball rounds off its dual STAB coverage very well.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Pumpkaboo-Eternal
New Type: Grass / Dark
New Stat distribution: 91 (+42) / 95 (+29) / 69 (-1) / 95 (+51) / 71 (+16) / 72 (+21)
Small: 86 / 95 / 69 / 95 / 71 / 77
Large: 96 / 95 / 69 / 95 / 71 / 67
Super: 101 / 95 / 69 / 95 / 71 / 62
Signature Move: Fleeting Void - Dark, Physical, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Hits Ghost-types for super-effective damage, even when the type chart is inversed. If a Ghost-type is targeted by this move and tries to switch out, then this move hits before the switch out. | Z-Move: 175 BP Black Hole Eclipse
Design/Flavor: One Hallow's Eve, this Pumpkaboo was opportune(?) enough to meet and be enchanted(?) by Yveltal. It's colored black and red with gray eyes, and it radiates with about half the essence of death.
Competitive Analysis: Has below average stats and poor typing, but it functions well with (Z-)Trick-or-Treat due to having essentially an improved Pursuit. (It doesn't trap Psychic-types not affected by ToT, but that's a small price to pay.) Also, Fire Blast rounds off its dual STAB coverage moderately well.

Note: The base stats of Phantump and Pumpkaboo-Average are calculated such that they have all the same base stat to BST ratios as Xerneas and Yveltal.

EDIT: Fine-tuned the effects of Eternal Forest and Fleeting Void.

/
/ 10 PP / Pumpkaboo draws away at the opponent's very essence, healing 50% of its max HP, or 66% if the opponent has an item (the item will be removed from the opponent thereafter). / Z-Move: +1 Defense
Design/Flavor: Pumpkaboo's pumpkin has been replaced by a old and twisted wrought-iron cage, in which a great fire burns. This fire is fueled by the fear of others nearby, which somewhat paradoxically soothes those people's fears with the warm glow of a fire, causing the flames to wane and the process to repeat.
Competitive Analysis: Z-Trick-or-Treat sweep while using Nightmare Fuel to stay healthy. Low HP keeps defensive prowess still relatively low.

Design/Flavor: This Phantump's "stump" is actually an old statue fashioned to look like a phantump- but the little child's soul didn't know that.
Competitive Analysis: Apparently Ghost/Rock has never been done, neat. Anyways, this is just a simple wallbreaker that has trouble with Steels but otherwise does its job pretty well.

Design/Flavor: Drifloon's "arms" are holding a lantern underneath itself, keeping itself afloat.
Competitive Analysis: Check it out, I made Flare Boost work! Burn yourself while still being able to hold another item and go to town with that huge Special Attack stat.

Design/Flavor: Yamask holds a silver mask with no features on it- yet. This Yamask is searching for a face to put on its mask, frequenting graveyards and morgues. As it stands, however, its mask is sporting a poorly-drawn face, painted in what seems to be blood.
Competitive Analysis: Decently bulky special attacker that can pull some hijinks with Soul Stamp and keep sweeping with that health boost and body snatch.

Signature Move: Fuel Fire |
|
| 5 PP | 100% Acc | Burns both the user and the foe. +1 Special Attack and Special Defense to the user, -1 Special Attack and Special Defense to the foe. If the user or the opponent has a berry, it gets destroyed in the process. | "Drifloon creates a big fiery wisp underneath it and the wisp blows up in a ethreal explosion that doesn't damage any Pokémon but burns anything near it." | Z Move - Fully heals the user.
Design/Flavor: Has a fiery wisp underneath it, which is said to be its fuel.
Competitive Analysis: With blistering Speed, and a cool signature move that allows it to set up and activate Flare Boost, Drifloon is a great Pokémon, burning an opponent and reducing their SpA ensures Drifloon will have a much easier time setting up. Unburden is also an option, allowing Drifloon to act as a ludicrously fast Pokémon with Tapu support or a berry to burn when using Fuel Fire. However, the succeptability to Dark, and Normal-types that can tank its STAB, along with its lack of coverage and one predictability makes Drifloon not as troublesome. It's Special Attack stat is also rather underwhelming when unboosted and it's initial lack of bulk allows for many priority moves to pick it off.

Name: Yamask-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
90 (+52)
Atk: 30 (±0)
Def: 121 (+36)
SpA: 90 (+35)
SpD: 121 (+56)
Spe: 30 (±0)
BST: 482 (+159)
Signature Move: Depressing Mask |
|
| 10 PP | 100% Acc | -1 Attack and Special Defense to the foe. Heals Yamask equal to the average of the Attack and Special Attack of the foe (à la Strenght Sap). | "Yamask throws its mask like a boomerang, and its mask sticks on the foe's face, the mask is said to even adjust its size to better fit the target's face. Then the mask drains vital essence and makes the foe depressed, it then returns to Yamask who happily drains the foe's happiness." | Z Move - +1 All stats.
Design/Flavor: Its mask becomes golden and shiny, and Yamask is a lot happier and easygoing, however legends claim that its happiness is stolen from other Pokémon. That explains why so every Pokémon gets sad near Eternal Yamask.
Competitive Analysis: Great bulk, a great recovery move and one of the best defensive typings in the game makes Yamask a top tier threat in the Eternal Pokémon Metagame. It's lack of offensive presence is diminished by it's signature move, that lower's foe's Special Defense, and access to Toxic Spikes gives this Pokémon plenty of utility. However, Yamask still struggles with Special Attackers, Fairy-types and specially set up sweepers, since it has no way to address them reliably, and its recovery gets weakened if it is used to often, therefore, Special Attackers can just spam their moves t the point where Yamask can't stall them anymore.

BST: 473 (+164)
Signature Move: Burning Timber |
|
| 180 BP | 5 PP | 100% Acc | Fails if the user isn't a Grass-type, removes Grass-type from the user and adds a Fire-type. | "Phantump sets itself on fire and releases an blast of burned leaves and wood" | Z Move - +1 220 BP Inferno Overdrive
Design/Flavor: The wood on its body seems a lot dryer and succeptible to burns, its eyes are also intensely red.
Competitive Analysis: A very cool Z-Forest Curse sweeper, thanks to a very broken move that abuses Forest Curse's effect fairly well, becoming a deadly sweper and late-game cleaner. It can als use Z-Burning Timber for a 220 BP Fire-type move with zero drawbacks. However, its Speed tier and coverage are stil somewhat underwhelming, and it has terrible bulk to set up to begin with.

Name: Phantump-Eternal

Signature Move: Phantom Slam |
|
| X BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | BP is 10x the user's weight in kg (35 BP for Small, 50 for Average, 75 for Large and 150 for Super). The move has a Y% chance to add a Ghost-typing to its foe, where Y is 6.67x (15 - the user's weight in kg)(76.67% for Small, 66.67% for Average, 50% for Large, and 0% for Super) | "Pumpkaboo jumps over its foe, dealing heavy phantasmagorical damage. Larger Pumpkaboos may hurt more with this move, but smaller ones stun the target and may turn it into a Ghost as well" | Z Move - 200 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Design/Flavor: Pumpkaboo's pumpkin has burned and died completely, leaving only Pumpkabo's spirit.
Competitive Analysis: With two busted signature moves, Super size can be a deadly wallbreaker while Small size can be a Z-Trick or Treat sweeper.

120 / 105 / 90 bulk is pretty good with that typing, but when you add a move that 2HKOs literally anything after any chip damage this thing is plain broken. If you meant halves target's current HP, then you can leave the submission as it is, but if you did mean maximum HP, then yeah, take like 70 points from bulk and add to Atk or SpA.[/USER]
Oops, my bad, it was actually current HP (Like Super Fang and similars), let me fix that

Design/Flavor: As part of an ancient cult, this Phantump grew to be more like what it was surrounded around, losing its wooden structure and revealing its true self. It glows with a blue aura from the rituals it partook in.
Competitive Analysis: Phantump-Eternal is a potent special tank with an incredible utility move that allows it to easily force switches. Unfortunately for it, other special tanks such as Magearna can easily ruin Phantump-E's day, which does mean it requires a large amount of team support to work properly. However, utilize the pressure you can exert with it, and Phantump-E can become extremely deadly.

Pumpkin Flare - Fire, Special, 10 PP, - BP, 100% Accuracy | The user bursts its body and fires an array of seeds at the opponent. BP is dependent on form (20 BP for small, 22 BP for medium, 25 BP for large, 30 BP for XL), burn chance is dependent on form (8% for small, 11% for medium, 14% for large, 20% for XL), and amount of hits are based on size (6 for small, 5 for medium, 4 for large, 3 for XL). | Z-move: Inferno Overdrive, 190 BP
Design/Flavor: The top of this Pumpkaboo is known to be oddly morbid - the body is thought to have burst, causing the pattern of seeds shown on the top of the pumpkin. It is known to give people nightmares from just a single stare at the mess.
Competitive Analysis: Pumpkaboo-E is a great offensive support option due to its much wider special movepool and its new Grass/Fire typing - a rather unique typing that synergizes rather well as a check to threats such as Choice Specs Tapu Koko, Zygarde, Magearna and defensive Landorus-Therian. Its amazing exclusive move, Pumpkin Flare, is able to spread burns like wildfire whilst still doing a sizable amount of damage, especially when small sized, as its signature move is able to effectively deal 120 BP damage. This makes it an amazing fit on Bulky Offense teams as its XL forme, and on Hyper Offense teams as a Choice Specs variant.
Extra Information: Small's cumulative burn chance is 39.4%, Medium's cumulative burn chance is 44.2%, Large's cumulative burn chance is 45.3%, and XL's cumulative burn chance is 48.8%.

Hoh, Eternal-Yamask certainly is interesting, good overall bulk to resist attacks and the ability to act as a better Ditto (in the sense of bulk with its HP). It won't work as a revenge killer as Ditto does, but it can act as a interesting wincon stealer... It's a bit situational, but scoring a KO with Eternal-Yamask shouldn't be THAT difficult

I'll post more later

I made sure to keep that speed low and make it fire weak to keep volc-revenge into auto sweeps not possible ;)

On a different note I’m sure drifloon becomes REALLY annoying in the late game once darks are gone. That move is nasty, but it can’t really do much early game with 90 speed and terrible defensive prowess

E: Exploudit update the archive :(

Here's a few sample sets for Pumpkaboo-Eternal:

Choice Specs:
Pumpkaboo-Small-Eternal @ Choice Specs
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Modest Nature
- Pumpkin Flare
- Giga Drain / Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball / Dark Pulse

This set is meant to showcase off the pure power of Pumpkin Flare, and isn't really the go-to set for Pumpkaboo-Eternal. However, due to the lack of defensive Fire-types in OU, there is amazing potential for this set. Pumpkin Flare is its go-to STAB, which can spread burns and deal extreme damage to even the most resistant of targets (252+ SpA Choice Specs Pumpkaboo-Small Fire Blast (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Latios: 143-168 (47.5 - 55.8%) -- 81.6% chance to 2HKO - this is near Char-Y levels of powerful). Giga Drain is to help it grab back HP that it might lose from entry hazards and to hit Water-types not named Toxapex. Energy Ball is a more offensive option that could be utilized. Psychic hits Toxapex mainly, as Pumpkin Flare hits basically every other Poison-type in the tier for the same or more damage. Finally, Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse round up its coverage, allowing it to hit the Latis harder if it predicts correctly.

Defensive:
Pumpkaboo-Super-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature
- Pumpkin Flare
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Filler (Will-o-wisp, screens, etc)

This is the much more defensive set, and this is the one you should go-to. Despite Pumpkin Flare's lower power on this set, its burn chance is much greater, allowing it to spread burns much easier, and still hit moderately hard. It is, however, extremely heavily pressured by Stealth Rock, and finds a lot of things a Grass-type should check impossible to deal with with them on the field.

Tank -> Break
Yamask-Eternal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mummy
EVs: 248 HP / 160 SpA / 104 SpD
Modest Nature
- Soul Stamp
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power Fighting
- Knock Off
Bulky AssVest user that can switch in on many special attackers (Read: Magearna) and proceed to bop them with Soul Stamp to heal back up and possibly punch a few holes in the opponents team before being forced out again. It doesn't retain its form on switch, after all, so Soul Stamp could just be seen as a neat "Heal on Kill" move. All of the other moves are virtually useless, but Shadow Ball is good for neutral damage and HP Fight hits... Greninja? Not that you'd ever switch in.

The wacky EV spread makes sure that Yamask lives an Earth Power from LO Kyub after rocks and OHKOes in return with Soul Stamp

Utility
Yamask-Eternal @ Leftovers/Colbur Berry
Ability: Mummy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Soul Stamp
- Shadow Ball
- Toxic Spikes
- Will-O-Wisp
Just a bulky utility set that takes advantage of the fact that Ghost/Steel is a broken typing. Not sure if Pain Split should be added with such a high HP stat.

An OTR set would be bad, stop talking

I know, I know, I'm really inactive in this, OP is like 3 months old, but I'm really really busy this week cuz' this upcoming weekend and the previous weekend we had the ENEM here in Brasil which is like our ACT / SAT. But, at least I have Tuesdays kind of free, so here it goes, as suggested by Mygavolt:

Current Slate

High-Level Single Stage Evolutions.

Rufflet - Vullaby - Larvesta

Both Rufflet & Vullaby will have a BST of 509 each, and Larvesta will have a BST of 549. Have fun :)

Name: Rufflet-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
80 (+10)
Atk: 103 (+20)
Def: 70 (+20)
SpA: 83 (+46)
SpD: 70 (+20)
Spe: 103 (+43)
BST: 509 (+159)
Signature Move: Tactical Assault |
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | "The user smartly prepares to assault its foe." | +12 to Accuracy. Never Misses. | Z Move - 180 BP All-Out Pumelling
Design/Flavor: Rufflet is always preppared to battle and radiates an aura that gives confidence to any Pokémon nearby.
Competitive Analysis: A deadly Wallbreaker with very spammable STABs in Return and Tactical Assault thanks to Hustle and Choice Band making its Attack stat reach astronomical levels. Access to U-turn is also nice, specially when Ghost-types hard wall it.

Name: Vullaby-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
69 (-1)
Atk: 144 (+89)
Def: 99 (+24)
SpA: 44 (-1)
SpD: 69 (+4)
Spe: 84 (+24)
BST: 509 (+139)
Signature Move: Heartbreak |
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | -- Acc | "Thanks to its fragile emotions, the user gets upset at the foe claiming it had its heart broken by the foe." | If the user's Attack stat not maximized (+6), the user halves its HP and gives +12 to it's Attack stat. If it's Attack is maximized then the move works regularly but gives the user 1/4 recoil. Never Misses. | Z Move - 180 BP Twinkle Tackle
Design/Flavor: Vullaby's Heart gets a lot bigger and emmanates an aura that is said to make opponents fall in love with it (I know Vullaby is ugly, don't ask me how!).
Competitive Analysis: Unlike its fully evolved forme, Vullaby takes on a more offensive route and can be a powerful sweeper or Wallbreaker.

Name: Larvesta-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
99 (+44)
Atk: 44 (-41)
Def: 69 (+14)
SpA: 144 (+94)
SpD: 99 (+44)
Spe: 94 (+34)
BST: 549 (+189)
Signature Move: Sun Dance |
|
| -- BP | 5 PP | -- Acc | "The user sacrifices its vital energy as a gift for the sun, therefore summoning stronger daylight along with a boost to its power." | -5 Priority. User decreases it HP until it's left with one hit point, the exact number of hit points is lot by the foe as well (à la Final Gambit). Sets up Sunny Day, and Boosts user's Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each. Never Misses. | Z Move - 180 BP Inferno Overdrive
Design/Flavor: Larvesta's fiery things grow further and have a golden glow. A Fiery Aura orbits its body.
Competitive Analysis: Larvesta doesn't get Quiver Dance, outrageous, right? Well, not anymore, now Larvesta has a move capable of putting it into Swarm range, setting up Sun and giving it the same boosts as Quiver Dance while also weakening whatever is in front of it. The tricky part? It can only set up once, as reducing its own HP to one point means the weakest of any attacks will be capable of KOing it, well, it can use Morning Sun, I guess, but it would still need two turns to set up, something it can't really afford to do reliably, meaning most 95+ Scarfers such as Lele and what nt give it a fair share of trouble and literally every single priority user can pick it off at 1 HP, despite all that, once priority users and Scarfers are gone... Oh Boy, it will be a beautiful sweep!

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Rufflet-Eternal
New Type: Normal/Fighting
New Stat distribution:
HP:
110 (+40)
Atk: 103 (+20)
Def: 90 (+40)
SpA: 46 (+9)
SpD: 70 (+20)
Spe: 90 (+30)
BST: 509 (+159)
Signature Move: Flying Dream - Flying, Physical, 120 BP, 10 PP, - Acc | The user launches skyward turn 1, and forcefully slams its body onto the opponent turn 2. Both turns count as separate attacks: turn 1 hits the target with a 120 BP move using Flying effectiveness, and turn 2 hits the target with a 120 BP move using Fighting-type effectiveness. | Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 200 BP
Design/Flavor: This Rufflet was unfortunately born with stunted wings, making it unable to fly. However, as a result, it has channeled its inner fighting spirit in its incredibly strong legs, allowing it to jump insanely high. Some say it can jump even higher than Magikarp.
Competitive Analysis: An amazing Bulk Up user with great defensive stats, as well as a great Choice Band user due to Hustle and Fighting-STAB, allowing it to demolish even resisted targets, such as Clefable and Toxapex. However, whilst it may wallbreak incredibly well, it has a very lacking Speed stat with almost no way to counteract it other than to utilize a Choice Scarf, which does not bode well in a fast-paced metagame. It also really hates losing its Flying-STAB, which means attacks that may have allowed it to bypass Pokemon such as Zapdos constrict its movepool options.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Vullaby-Eternal
New Type: Dark/Bug
New Stat distribution:
HP:
80 (+10)
Atk: 60 (+5)
Def: 100 (+25)
SpA: 118 (+73)
SpD: 96 (+31)
Spe: 55 (-5)
BST: 509 (+66)
Signature Move: Flea Storm - Bug, Special, 5 PP, 120 BP, 100% Accuracy | Fires a swarm of fleas at the opponent, sapping their HP. Recovers 100% of damage dealt.
Design/Flavor: This Vullaby was born inside an abnormally large egg, which it has always been fascinated with. It picks up critters and drops it inside the egg, making it a culmination for whenever it wants to eat. Its life is easy, but it will often roam around luring more to its location.
Competitive Analysis: Awful typing, low speed... what could be so special about this Pokemon? Well, the fact is, its signature move is part of its power. A 120 BP move recovering all damage dealt is an exceedingly powerful concept, and it is given to no other than Vullaby-E. This allows it to become a hard to take down wallbreaker that can switch into various Grass-types and - more importantly, Zygarde, and start breaking down mons that might stand in its way. Its Dark coverage helps with this considerably, unfortunately for it, leaving a weakness in Fairy that it can't really overcome, but despite this, its signature move allows it to excel in an OU-based metagame.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Larvesta-Eternal
New Type: Bug/Steel
New Stat distribution:
HP:
130 (+75)
Atk: 115 (+30)
Def: 85 (+30)
SpA: 79 (+29)
SpD: 85 (+30)
Spe: 55 (-5)
BST: 549 (+189)
Signature Move: Flint Slash - Steel, 70 BP, 15 PP, Physical, 100% Accuracy | The user slices its tail against the opponent, attempting to light it. The user recovers HP dependent on the opponent's typing - if it is Fire, it will recover 1/2 HP. If it is Water, it will not recover HP at all. Else it will recover 1/4 HP.
Design/Flavor: This Larvesta is incredibly large, and is coated with a massive coat of iron, with its tail being specifically sharp. There are holes where its molten spikes were, which seem to flare up every time its blade collides with something.
Competitive Analysis: An amazing pivot with two pivoting moves to choose from... however, that's all it can really do apart from burn things with Will-o-wisp. Larvesta-E has the ability to use a Choice Band set due to its signature move, allowing it to recover HP every time it switches out, bar hitting a Water-type (which can be troubling against Balance teams). However, its main set is defensive, as it gets an almost-reliable recovery in Morning Sun, which it can use with its exceptional typing and singature move to annoy Fire-types that might switch in such as both Mega Charizards, and Heatran.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Rufflet
New Type: Steel/Flying
New Stat distribution: 70/100(+17)/95(+45)/40(+3)/75(+25)/120(+60) (500)
Signature Move: Steel Talon 100 BP/ 95% / 10 PP / Steel / Physical / 20% chance to lower the target defense by a stage. / The user flies close to the target and tear at the foe.
Z Move- Corkscrew Crash / 170 BP /
Design/Flavor: Rufflet head fluff and claws is now made of a steel like substance that can cut many things. Rufflet can carry foes and things more than double its weight.
Competitive Analysis: An offensive Steel/Flying Pokemon that possess decent bulk. Rufflet have access to 2 powerful moves in Brave Bird and Steel Talon. Able to run a Scarf or Banded set effective.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Vullaby
New Type: Dark
New Stat distribution: 105(+35)/70(+15)/140(+65)/60(+15)/65/60 (500)
Signature Move: Bone Shatter 150 BP / 80% / 5 PP / Dark / Physical / Lower the User speed but raise attack / The user shatter bones and attack the target
Z Move- Black Hole Eclipse / 200 BP /
Design/Flavor: Vullaby don’t fly so no flying type. Why, because this Vullaby never wanted to learn to fly. But instead want to collect bones. Because of this hobby, this Vullaby gain new stats and a new move.
Competitive Analysis: A physical wall that can raise its attack with a Bone Shatter. But it come with a downside at the cost of speed. Can take a lot of physical hits but the same thing can’t be said about the special side. But it can always roost it off.

Just a heads up, it wasn't clear if the Fighting type replaced Normal or Flying so please fix that. Also, Isn't 123 Attack with Hustle and Hone Claws a little too good? I'd nerf it to 110 at maximum, specially with a great bulk in 110 / 90 / 70.

Again, base 120 with Hustle and Hone Claws is way too much, please nerf to around 105 considering it has base 120 Speed
Nerfed back to the original stats I had intended it to have. I originally thought 103 was too low but of course, that backfired.

Fighting also replaces both typings - it's meant to be mono-Fighting, if you don't want that I can change

Design/Flavor: Rufflet-Eternal uses the power of its spirit to fight, releasing bursts of energy that blow away opponents.
Competitive Analysis: A powerful Fighting/Flying special attacker with good speed and decent bulk. Sheer Force-boosted STAB Air Slash and Eagle Soulblast are probably its best moves, and it also has Heat Wave, U-turn, and Roost as other moves.

Design/Flavor: Vullaby-Eternal is the spirit of a deceased Vullaby that continues haunting the living, violently attacking its targets with great malice.
Competitive Analysis: A strong Ghost/Flying physical attacker with good bulk. Weak Armor could allow it to sweep after taking a physical hit, and its best moves would be Brave Bird and Condor Soulthrash.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Larvesta-Eternal

Competitive Analysis: A strong and fast Bug/Fairy physical attacker. Its best moves are Pixie Pounce, Leech Life, and U-turn, which hit hard off its high attack stat.
