In all honesty, I should definitely wait for more votes, but whatever, I really don't think anyone else will vote for this... Congratulations on your first win Origin0!!!

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Exeggcute-Eternal
New Type:
/

New Stat distribution: 70 (+10) / 125 (+85) / 99 (+19) / 40 (-20) / 80 (+35) / 115 (+75)
Signature Move: Poach and Scramble
,
, 20 BP, 10 PP, 90 Acc, Always hits 6 times, User takes 25% damage inflicted in recoil, Z-move: All-Out Pummeling, 140 BP
Design/Flavor: Exeggcute-Eternal hates people who cook with or eat eggs, mistaking them for consuming Exeggcute. It took it upon itself to furiously attacking people and Pokemon, with each unit in the group leaping to strike the target with impeccable timing and teamwork. Exeggcute-Eternal is more egg-colored than normal Exeggcute, which is probably why they mistake eggs for comrades.
Competitive Analysis: Fast and hard-hitting physical attacker with moderate bulk, its signature move does high damage but each hit also damages Exeggcute-Eternal a bit.
Here's the next slate:

Poliwhirl - Shellder - Staryu - Lombre

Poliwhirl will have a BST of 499, Shellder will have a BST of 524, Staryu a BST of 519, and Lombre a BST of 479. Have fun :]

Signature Move: Simple Punch |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Poliwhirl simply punches it's opponent, nothing new." | Changes both user's and foe's ability to Simple. | Z Move - 175 BP All-Out Pummeling
Design/Flavor: It's gloves turn red, simple, right?
Competitive Analysis: Poliwhirl is simply an effective Wallbreaker. Simple Punch and Power-Up Punch is an effective combo, capable of giving it boosts rather rapidly. Still, getting walled by Unaware users such as Clefable and Quagsire and having poor bulk which doesn't allow it to set up even on most walls leaves it rather helpless. At first it also sounds like a solid rain sweeper but then you realize that it can't have Simple and Swift Swim at the same time. It is simply a decent wallbreaker, nothing more, nothing less... Also, it has simply zero coverage.

Signature Move: Metallic Drain |
|
| 110 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Shellder claps it's foe with it's metallic shell, stealing any mineral salts on the foe's body" | The user recovers 20% of the damage delt. If the foe is a Water-, Rock-, or Ground-type recovers 50% of the damage dealt. If the foe is a Steel-type, recovers 100% of the damage dealt| Z Move - 175 BP All-Out Pummeling
Design/Flavor: It's shell becomes metallic, as it filtered too much salty water and ended up keeping all the mineral salt.
Competitive Analysis: A great user of the item Assault Vest, a realiable offensive move that recovers a lot of it's HP and punishes Steel-types from switching into it is amazing! Great bulk and a great typing also help it's case, but it can't do much about set up mons and has no reilable recovery.

Name: Staryu-Eternal

Signature Move: Nuclear Reaction |
|
| 20 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Staryu triggers a nuclear reaction capable of producing metallic atoms, the formation of these atoms causes a blaster of energy to get realeased at it's foe." | Adds 20 BP for each positive stat change and for each time this move was previously used in battle. Peaks at 860 BP | Z Move - 160 BP Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: Staryu is much brighter and emmits light from the thing on the centre of it's body.
Competitive Analysis: Thanks to it's great defensive typing and great bulk, Staryu-E is a potent Cosmic Power sweeper. Not only does it boost it's bulk using the move, but it can allows Nuclear Reaction to reach a BP of 260 after 6 uses, not to mention the additional BP. A great Speed stat and access to Recover makes Staryu also much more reliable as a sweeper. It also keeps Rapid Spin and great coverage allowing it to act as a support Pokémon.

Name: Lombre-Eternal

HP: 89 (+29)
Atk: 64 (+14)
Def: 59 (+9)
SpA: 104 (+44)

Signature Move: Pepper Breath |
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Lombre eats a spicy pepper and releases a breath of spicy fire, capable of burning it's opponents." | Ignores weather when attacking (Both Sun and Rain). 50% chance to burn. Spread move that doesn't damage it's ally | Z Move - 180 BP Inferno Overdrive
Design/Flavor: Lombre's face is a shade of orange and red, it's sombrero becomes a lot wider and has tiny little peppers hanging at the edge.
Competitive Analysis: With outstanding coverage of Water, Grass, Fire, and Ice, Lombre can be a deadly rain sweeper. It has a great Speed tier as well, and it's SpA is actually good enough, considering that Kingdra only has 95, for example.

Signature Move: Supersonic Typhoon - Water, Special, - BP, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy (Spread move) | The Pokemon spins ferociously, spewing water in the process, creating a vortex. | BP is proportional to the amount of hazards up on your field + 80 BP. Each hazard is worth 30 BP (meaning a hazard stacking team may be inflicted with a potential 240 BP move!). | Z-move: Hydro Vortex, 170 BP
Design/Flavor: This Staryu was born with a deformed limb which caused it to rotate as it moved around in the water. This resulted in a malformed star shape, which Staryu-Eternal slowly made stronger and stronger... by spinning about. Legends say that it might still be spinning, creating vortexes underneath the sea.
Competitive Analysis: Put Choice Specs on this thing and you're done. Now you have the best hazard remover HO has to offer due to its incredible useful attacking move in Supersonic Typhoon. Whilst it might appear initially overpowered at first, do note that Pokemon such as Assault Vest Magearna and Ferrothorn switch into it happily, and more obscure Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Mantine prevent it from removing hazards entirely (although it does have Thunderbolt to hit Mantine, and Hidden Power Fire to hit Ferrothorn)

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Shellder-Eternal
New Type: Water/Rock
New Stat distribution:
HP: 30

Atk: 125 (+60)
Def: 28 (-72)
SpA: 100 (+55)
SpD: 150 (+125)

Signature Move: Fragmentation - Rock, Other, 5 PP | The user gathers rocks on its shell. Special Defense +1. Using Shell Smash or getting hurt via contact damage using Razor Shell will cause the rocks to disperse, dealing 80 BP of physical damage, and lower Special Defense by 1. | Z-effect: Defense +2
Design/Flavor: This Shellder was born offshore from Akala Island, living a peaceful life before rubble gathered from the eruption and pierced its shell.
Competitive Analysis: A very dangerous setup sweeper that needs removal of priority to thrive. Common Pokemon such as Zygarde and Weavile can dispatch it despite its resistance to both priority moves, absolutely requiring elimination to leave the path to success. Not only that, but its middling speed leaves it weak to Scarf Tapu Koko - whilst being rather uncommon, it can outspeed it at +2 and potentially KO it with a physical move.

Signature Move: Confuddle - Other, Psychic, 5 PP | The user swirls its belly in a rhythmic manner, causing the opponent to feel drowsy. Boosts Special Attack by 2.
Design/Flavor: This Poliwhirl was very popular among its colony, as its weird but enhancing dances rejuvenated the scene. As the colony grew, Poliwhirl-Eternal grew more and more experienced with this move, using it as its very own defense mechanism.
Competitive Analysis: A very limited setup sweeper for rain that can really put in some work against more offensive teams with its superior speed tier under rain and its brilliant pivoting abilities, forcing opponents to play with their checks well, otherwise risking sleep.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lombre-Eternal
New Type: Water/Grass
New Stat distribution:
HP: 160

Atk: 60 (+10)
Def: 70 (+20)

BST: 509 (+124)
Signature Move: Harmony - Water, Other, 10 PP | The user chants an uplifting tune that is said to heal illnesses in an instant. | Heals 33.3% HP to the user and removes status ailments from the party.
Design/Flavor: This Lombre was the heart of its colony - praised as a blessing by every single person in the community, this Lombre was a brilliant medical assistant and even in dark times guarded the home of the Lotad.
Competitive Analysis: Lombre-Eternal is an extremely bulky mixed, but primarily physical wall that can switch into Pokemon such as Zygarde and attempt to burn them with Scald or Giga Drain their health away, causing a net loss of momentum as it is also somewhat unaffected by Toxic Spikes.

SpA: 109 (+39)
SpD: 109 (+54)

Signature Move: Analyze |
|
| 20 PP | Staryu makes a through analysis of the opponent, raising the defense that correlates to the target's higher attacking stat by 2 stages. | Z-Move: +1 to all stats
Flavor: Wires extend out from the core of this Staryu, which becomes a deeper red. It has been partially turned into a robot, the product of a Team Plasma experiment.
Competitive Analysis: Balanced, Rotom-esque stats and a really powerful Z-Move, making it virtually immune to its opponent and necessitating that strong revenge kill be available on both sides of the spectrum for the opponent. Can also run a more simple offensive spinner set and forgo Analyze.

Signature Move: Spiral Flare –
,
, 120 BP, 5 PP, 90 Acc, 50% chance to inflict burn, 50% chance to increase user’s Special Attack by 1 stage, Z-move: Inferno Overdrive, 190 BP
Design/Flavor: Has a glowing red spiral belly pattern.
Competitive Analysis: Poliwhirl-Eternal is a fast special attacker with a relatively unique STAB combo. While it does have some trouble fighting other Water-types and Dragon-types, Water Absorb allows it to switch into Scalds and Hydro Pumps fearlessly. Spiral Flare hits hard and has a high chance to burn or increase Poliwhirl-Eternal’s special attack even further. Its speed is just over the crowded base 100 speed tier. However, its bulk is mediocre and its most powerful moves have low PP and less reliable accuracy.

Signature Move: Voidster –

, 25 BP, 15 PP, 100 Acc, Hits 2-5 times, Has a high critical hit ratio, Z-move: Black Hole Eclipse, 140 BP
Design/Flavor: The shell is gray, the eyes and tongue are red. Shellder’s body in the shell is pitch black.
Competitive Analysis: Shellder-Eternal has a high attack stat and decent bulk but low speed. Skill Link makes Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, and Voidster hit 5 times, and with its Water-STAB in Liquidation, it gets nearly perfect neutral coverage. However, it is really slow without a Shell Smash, which also decreases its bulk and leaves it easier to revenge-kill.

Design/Flavor: The core glows bright pink and the body is iridescent silver and gold.
Competitive Analysis: Staryu-Eternal is a fast special attacker with a powerful and disruptive signature move. It has a wide variety of coverage options including Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flash Cannon, and Power Gem, which can make it somewhat less predictable.

Design/Flavor: There is a pink lotus flower spouting from the lily pad on its head. The body is deeper blue and the lily pad is jade green.
Competitive Analysis: Lombre-Eternal’s signature move is like Quiver Dance except with the extra effect of boosting the damage of its next STAB attack. This allows it to attempt a sweep with its high special attack stat, and a Z-Lotus Spirit can be used to heal itself to prepare for a sweep. Swift Swim allows it to move fast in the rain, as well as boosting the power of its Water-STABs even further. However, it is rather slow without any boosts and has a shallow movepool, limiting what it can do on its own.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Poliwhirl-Eternal
New Type: Water / Psychic
New Stat distribution: 69 (+4) / 98 (+33) / 69 (+4) / 94 (+44) / 60 (+10) / 109 (+19)
Signature Move: Swirling Punch - Psychic, Physical, 90 BP, 15 PP, 100% Acc | The user spirals in a mesmerizing fashion while charging at the target with its fist. Has a 20% chance of inducing sleep or confusion (à la Fire Fang). | Z-Move: 175 BP Shattered Psyche
Design/Flavor: The blue part of its body is tie-dyed with spots of pink. It's usually peaceful but has a weird way of making peace with others.
Competitive Analysis: A funky sort of mixed attacker, more oriented towards flavor than competitive viability. Its signature move has a touch of whimsy, and base 109 Speed with Swift Swim makes it a competent revenge killer.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Shellder-Eternal
New Type: Water / Rock
New Stat distribution: 81 (+51) / 94 (+29) / 103 (+3) / 77 (+32) / 125 (+100) / 44 (+4)
Signature Move: Gather Debris - Rock, Other, 10 PP | The user licks at the ground with its tongue, scooping up whatever it may find. Recovers 2/3 HP if hit by a super-effective move on the same turn, 1/2 HP otherwise. | Z-Move: +1 Defense
Design/Flavor: Pink shell, beige tongue. Its tongue is specialized in picking up trash scattered across the beach, but sometimes it can't help snacking on seashells every now and then.
Competitive Analysis: Trying to make a bad typing appear somewhat good. Rock typing gives it STAB Rock Blast and plenty of weaknesses—Electric, Fighting, Ground, Grass (quad), and Freeze-Dry—through which to utilize its signature move. Simply put, this is a tanky spinner.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Staryu-Eternal
New Type: Water / Fire
New Stat distribution: 66 (+36) / 66 (+21) / 67 (+12) / 125 (+55) / 83 (+28) / 112 (+27)
Signature Move: Turbo Spin - Fire, Special, 70 BP, 15 PP, 100% Acc | The user cloaks itself in flame and spins rapidly. Behaves like Rapid Spin, and causes the user to switch out. | Z-Move: 140 BP Inferno Overdrive
Design/Flavor: This Staryu wanted to become like the stars in the sky, so it hitched a ride on a nearby space shuttle, only to fall from just the edge of the earth's gravitational pull, plummeting to the earth and becoming able to harness the power of a meteor.
Competitive Analysis: It's like a speedy Volcanion but without Water Absorb and with a self-switching Rapid Spin variant. This works especially well with Natural Cure, allowing it to easily shake off Toxic (Spikes) or Thunder Wave.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lombre-Eternal
New Type: Water
New Stat distribution: 113 (+53) / 53 (+3) / 100 (+50) / 61 (+1) / 97 (+27) / 55 (+5)
Signature Move: Lotus Rage - Grass, Special, ??? BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | The user unleashes all the fury of a disturbed lotus. This normally deals damage equal to the user's level, multiplied by 1.5 if rain is active. | Z-Move: 100 BP Bloom Doom
Design/Flavor: Less of a hombre and more of a lotus. Colored blue instead of green, with a beak color more between those of Lotad and Ludicolo. It may not look grassy, but it is still a lotus at heart, and it will get enraged whenever disturbed.
Competitive Analysis: Remember when Rain Dish used to be a good Ability? Now, with the 6th gen changes to weather mechanics, it's not quite as hot. Even so, this is probably the best abuser of Rain Dish. Carries plenty of utility moves in Scald, Knock Off, and Leech Seed. And, thanks to its signature move, it has a method of producing reliable damage output, especially in rain.

Design/Flavor: Same design but more of a pinkish and happier vibe to it.
Competitive Analysis: Definitely a nice Choice Band/Scarf user With Pixie Punch, Waterfall, Earthquake and Ice Punch. It can also be an Assault Vest user but that is unlikely.

Signature Move: Dirt Pummel, Ground, Physical, 85 BP, 10 PP | The user pummels the target with dirt in their face. This lowers the opponents accuracy by 2 stages | Tectonic Rage 160 BP
Design/Flavor: Poliwhirl's fists are covered in dirt and gains a sort of swamp-like color.....you know what i'm talking about right?
Competitive Analysis: I dunno, a Choice Band with Dirt Pummel and Waterfall or if you realy want it: a Rindo berry.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Staryu-Eternal

Design/Flavor: Staryu-Eternal's pearl becomes a Light Ball which it will hold (but can't use), if Staryu-Eternal has sparks on its back while running, that means that it is training its speed level.
Competitive Analysis: This is a support Pokémon so use Lightning Speed and give the boosts to a slow team member, you can use Leftovers with protect and Toxic and if you realy want to you can go Thunderbolt and Hydro Pump everything (but it probs wont do much).

Signature Move: Clamp Guillotine, Water, Physical, 70 BP, 10 PP | The target is clamped by a huge shell, the target is trapped for 3-5 turns and will deal 1/16 of the targets HP at the end of every turn. This is super-effective on the Slowpoke evolution line. | Hydro Vortex 140 BP
Design/Flavor: The differences: Instead of a tongue there are angry eyebrows and the shell is bigger, it is also more aggressive.
Competitive Analysis: Clam Guillotine, Protect and Substitue are pretty ok to stall out....but you can also use Clamp Guillotine and Ice Shard but i don't know....sorry, maybe an Aguav Berry too?

Signature Move: Frosty Flowers, Ice, Special, 25 BP, 10 PP | The target is bombarded with flowers that are frozen due to the cold. This acts as Hawlucha's Flying Press because this is an Ice and Grass type move, always hits 5 times | Subzero Slammer 100 BP (only Ice type).
Design/Flavor: Lombre-Eternal loves to ice skate so its flippers (are they flippers) are turned into ice skating....slippers? And its 'hat' is now frozen.
Competitive Analysis: Choice Specs Frosty Flowers...yeah

Signature Move: Kappa Dive: dives under the water and heals 10% of max hp every turn pops back up when hit how ever damage received is reduced by 2/3; 20% in rain and half damage in rain in sun synthesis recovers 80% when in dive mode
Competitive Analysis: lombre hides under the water and sets up leech seeds rain dance and just over all being annoying can also hit foes with scald or hydro pump with its decent special in rain solar beam/giga drain in sun fitting on a sun team or a rain team or just being its self

Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Have you seen Power Trip/Stored Power Shell Smash in Balanced Hackmons? Well, Shellder-Eternal brings that to the table, and with its good defensive typing and Acid Storage it can be a great setup sweeper. Even wit its typing, it doesn't have the best defensive states and after a Shell Smash boost its just decent defensive stats become bad enough to be revenge killed by some Pokemon like Scarf Latios

Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Future Sight and Doom Desire are great attacks in concept but in practice they have a trouble: Bad offensive typing. Staryu-Eternal has a good offensive typing and Stormcall can pressure opponent switches to create checkmate scenarios. It also has a good bulk and defensive typing to take hits, recover the damage and possible status absorb role with Natural Cure.

Ohh, and let's not forget it has Ice coverage and Water STAB moves to hit Pokemon decide to come into Stormcall

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Lombre-Eternal

Signature Move: Rainbow Burst | 60 BP | Fire | Special | 15 PP | The user calls a rainbow on the user's side of the field, this rainbow doubles the effect of secondary effects taking place (It's the same effect if you mix Water and Fire Pledge). If this rainbow is in the field, this attack has a 30% of chance of dropping target's special defense one level. | Z-Move: Inferno Overdrive 120 BP
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Do you remember the Pledge effects? They're not very explored, but now Lombre-Eternal can give it some use. Scald and post-effect Rainbow Burst can put a lot of pressure to physical attackers and create switches. It also has some moves like Knock Off, Leech Seed and Synthesis to add more overall utility. Its special defense is below average, meaning strong special attackers can take it down, it's weak to Stealth Rock and it's slow

|

Was voting when I saw some weird numbers in your Pokemons’ stats :p
Also realized I forgot to put move descriptions, oh well.

Poliwhirl: Chazm, Mygavolt, Origin0
Shellder: Exploudit, Mygavolt, Chazm
Staryu: S. Court, Chazm, Origin0
Lombre: S. Court, Mygavolt, Chazm

In Poliwhirl’s and Shellder’s special attack stats, you have 53 (+44) and 44 (+44) respectively. It looks like it’s saying that normal Poliwhirl had 9 base SpA and Shellder had 0 base SpA and you added the +44 to get their eternal form numbers. I was saying that it looks like you forgot to sum them in the eternal forms’ special attack stats.

Forgot to click reply, oops. Exploudit

New Type:
/

New Stat distribution:
HP:

Atk: 120 (+55)
Def: 100

Signature Move: Voidster –
,
, 25 BP, 15 PP, 100 Acc, Hits 2-5 times, Has a high critical hit ratio, Z-move: Black Hole Eclipse, 140 BP

New Type: Fire/Grass
New Stat distribution: 110 (+50) / 80 (+30) / 90 (+40) / 79 (+19) / 70 (0) / 50 (0)

SpA: 144 (+114)

Signature Move: Superseed |
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Sunkern summons a super seed and burries on the opponent's side of the field, after a while, the seed blasts away with a huge explosion" | Deals damage 2 turns after the move is used, doubles damage dealt if any terrain is in place, changes typing to match the terrain. | Z Move - 175 BP Breakneck Blitz (switches typing accoriding to terrain)
Design/Flavor: Has a green glow around it, and the little leaf has tiny seeds orbitating it.
Competitive Analysis: Superseed hits hella hard with terrain support. Making Sunkern a top tier Wallbreaker.

Name: Petilil-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 48 (-22)
Atk: 49 (+37)
Def: 48 (-1)
SpA: 96 (+67)
SpD: 95 (+42)

BST: 479 (+191)
Signature Move: Nymph Dance |
|
| 70 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Helioptile drains the heat of it's target and uses it to charge itself up" | Dance Move. Doesn't affect Fairy-types. Raises user's SpA by one stage if the user is a Fairy-type, otherwise, lowers SpA by one stage. Replaces the foe's ability with Dancer. | Z Move - 140 BP Twinkle Tackle
Design/Flavor: Petilil has two tiny fairy wings and pink aura flowing around it.
Competitive Analysis: A weird Quiver Dance sweeper because it gives Dancer to it's foe by using it's Fairy-type STAB, however the move does lower the foe's SpA which is always interesting!

Name: Cottonee-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 112 (-22)
Atk: 41 (+37)
Def: 51 (-1)
SpA: 51 (+67)
SpD: 112 (+42)

Signature Move: Cotton Dazzle |
|
| 10 PP | "Cottonee blasts the foe with dazzling cotton which makes them slow." | Minimizes foe's Speed (lowers by 12 stages). | Z Move - Fully Heals the user
Design/Flavor: Cottonee has tiny cotton seeds flying around it, and has overall a lot more cotton on it's body.
Competitive Analysis: A nice set up stop with Priority Cotton Dazzle.

Name: Helioptile-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 22 (-22)
Atk: 75 (+37)
Def: 32 (-1)
SpA: 128 (+67)
SpD: 85 (+42)

BST: 480 (+191)
Signature Move: Heat Converter |
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Helioptile drains the heat of it's target and uses it to charge itself up" | Super Effective on Fire-types. The user recovers 75% of the damage dealt and gives the user a boost to it's next Electric-type move and raised SpDef by one stage (à la Charge). | Z Move - 175 BP Inferno Overdrive
Design/Flavor: Helioptile's eye are red and it uses it's ears to convert heat into electricity.
Competitive Analysis: Despite a mediocre bulk, Heat Converter allows it to basically fully heal itself thanks to it's low HP and provide a SpD boost, allowing it to act as an offensive pivot to most Special Attackers. It's great Speed and Special Attack also make it quite an offensive threat with the unresisted combo of Heat Converter, Thunderbolt, and Hidden Power [Ice].

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Sunkern-Eternal
New Stat distribution:

HP: 120 (+90)
Atk: 37 (+7)
Def: 70 (+40)
SpA: 37 (+7)
SpD: 70 (+40)
Spe: 90 (+60)
BST: 424 (+244)

Signature Move: Solar Seeds: Other, Grass, 5 PP | The user implants seeds on the user's side of the battlefield that heals those nearby. | Heals 5% HP per turn, seeds wilter after 10 turns. Grows over Stealth Rock, nullifying their effect. Z-effect: Heals 100% HP
Design/Flavor: This Sunkern is exceedingly large - its leaves so much so that it is able to lift itself off the ground by twisting its stem. As such, it can release its spores much easier.
Competitive Analysis: A brilliant defensive pivot that is able to make up for its passivity with Solar Seeds, which discourages hazard setting from the opposing team and encourages hazard removal, as its signature move turns Stealth Rock against the enemy.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Cottonee-Eternal
New type: Grass/Flying
New Stat distribution:

HP: 60 (+20)
Atk: 34 (+7)
Def: 100 (+40)
SpA: 117 (+80)
SpD: 90 (+40)
Spe: 78 (+12)
BST: 479 (+199)

Signature Move: Aerating Call - Flying, Other, 5 PP | The user calls for a strong breeze, able to lift up even the heaviest of objects. | Summons Tailwind, increases Special Attack by 1 and Accuracy by 1. | Z-effect: Speed +2
Design/Flavor: This Cottonee is part of a family that moved to Mistralton City. The high winds in the area thanks to the airport nearby caused the leaves on Cottonee-Eternal's body to elongate massively, acting as gliders for whenever it catches a bit of air.
Competitive Analysis: A rather threatening setup sweeper with its signature move in Aerating Call, Cottonee-Eternal has all of the tools it needs to be a supportive offensive threat on Hyper Offense and Bulky Offense teams, utilizing a weakness in the Eternal Pokemon metagame, such as a lack of Flying-type STAB. This allows it to become fairly strong lategame, especially when it can utilize Aerating Call and Sleep Powder at once to deny a target the chance to take it out and slowly chip away at the enemy team. Its only problems are its lack of coverage and horrible Grass/Flying typing.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Petilil-Eternal
New type: Grass/Fire
New Stat distribution:

HP: 55 (+10)
Atk: 75 (+40)
Def: 80 (+30)
SpA: 120 (+50)
SpD: 70 (+20)
Spe: 79 (+49)
BST: 479 (+199)

Signature Move: Short Temper - Other, Fire, 5 PP | The user grows furious, igniting its inner ego. | Causes ash to surround the field, turning Normal attacks into Fire attacks and giving them a x1.2 damage bonus. This effect lasts for 8 turns, or until the terrain is changed. Raises stats alike to Growth (+2 in sun, +1 elsewhere) | Z-effect: Speed +1
Design/Flavor: This Petilil is very hot-headed - so much so that it has adapted its leaves to shed quickly in the case of anger, indicating to its tribe that it should not be contacted. It is due to this very nature that ash is often seen in small trails across Village Bridge - this is often collected to salvage the nutrients that were stored for the Petilil.
Competitive Analysis: An initially slow but very strong setup sweeper that uses its own terrain from Short Temper to get through Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu with Fire STAB. It really likes sun support too, having both Chlorophyll and Short Temper boosting its stats throughout the match for a quick sweep. Unfortunately, Pokemon such as Toxapex and Venusaur-Mega can take care of Petilil quite happily, and as such it is unable to break through bulkier teams. Its speed is also an issue, even at +1, it is outsped by many common Choice Scarf users, even the ubitiquous Landorus-Therian.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Helioptile-Eternal
New type: Electric/Ground
New Stat distribution:

HP: 50 (+6)
Atk: 135 (+97)
Def: 53 (+20)
SpA: 64 (+3)
SpD: 46 (+3)
Spe: 132 (+62)
BST: 480 (+191)

Signature Move: Dust Tackle - Ground, Physical, 120 BP, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy | The user charges into the opponent at full speed, leaving behind a trail of dust in its path. | Recoil damage negated. Z-move: Tectonic Rage, 195 BP
Design/Flavor: This Helioptile loved to charge and ram into things, which made its ability to hold electricity dampened, and as such, learned to use its waning power with its immense momentum to electrify its opponents.
Competitive Analysis: A very fast and powerful attacker which is unfortunately cursed by its coverage. Luckily, its access to U-turn allows it to become a strong pivot, weakening Grass-types for other fellow party members to take down. Unfortunately, it is plagued by the existence of Landorus-Therian, with none of its STAB moves being able to hit it for damage at all. However, it is able to punish it with moves such as Glare and Toxic, which can be a boon for the rest of the team in paralyzing threats that could pull off a sweep. Most notably, with a Choice Scarf, it is the fastest revenge killer in the tier, being able to deal with +2 Magearna quite happily, which could prove a fabulous choice for a teamslot.

,
, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, Has a 30% chance to cause paralysis, does not require a turn to charge, Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 180 BP
Design/Flavor: Sunkern-Eternal flies around on its enlarged leaves, which twirl like helicopter propellers. It protects the other Sunkern that fall out of the sky.
Competitive Analysis: High speed and usable attack but frail. It has a narrow movepool where its main moves are Seed Bomb, Sky Plummet, and Swords Dance for boosting its attack.

Fluff Storm – “The user forcefully expels its cotton at opposing Pokemon.” –
,
, 110 BP, 5 PP, 100 Acc, Has a 30% chance to lower the targets’ accuracy by 1 stage and a 30% chance to lower their speed by 1 stage, Z-move: Twinkle Tackle, 185 BP
Design/Flavor: Cottonee-Eternal is covered with so much fluffy cotton that it looks more like a cloud than a plant. It can expel large amounts of this cotton to attack foes, as its cotton grows back quickly.
Competitive Analysis: While not as fast as Whimsicott, Cottonee-Eternal still has good speed and has much better bulk and special attack. While Dark-types can prevent it from using Prankster status moves, they don’t want to get hit by Fluff Storm. A moveset might consist of Fluff Storm and three support moves.

Design/Flavor: Petilil-Eternal has heightened its own brain power with its special leaves, which smell of fresh sage.
Competitive Analysis: Has great special attack and special bulk but lower physical bulk and speed. Its signature move can potentially give it a Calm Mind boost but its main use is stopping choice item users in their tracks with its chance to disable their move. Chlorophyll can fix its speed in the sun as well as boosting Synthesis recovery and allowing it to use Solar Beam.

,
, 120 BP, 5 PP, 90 Acc, Lowers the user’s Special Attack and Special Defense by 1 stage each, has a 40% chance to burn the target, Z-move: Inferno Overdrive, 190 BP
Design/Flavor: Helioptile-Eternal is bright red, looking as if it’s been sunburned, due to staying in the sun all day. It alone produces more energy than 100 Heliolisks in the same setting, but this massive energy production means it can potentially present a hazard if it releases that energy incorrectly.
Competitive Analysis: Very high special attack but mediocre stats otherwise. Solar Power turns it into a monster, with Thunderbolts and especially Solar Rays becoming extremely powerful in the sun. However, it has a Stealth Rock weakness and a 4x Ground weakness that could be exploited.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Sunkern-Eternal
New Type: Grass/Fighting
New Stat distribution: 59 (+29) /117 (+87) /43 (+13) /70 (+40) /60 (+30) /75 (+45) (BST 424)
Signature Move: Leaf Brawl - Sunkern-Eternal's leaves grow bigger and it hops to the target, the leaves will spin around pummeling the target, Fighting Type, Physical, 80 BP, 10 PP, 100%, makes contact, if the user is holding a Black Belt then Leaf Brawl's power is doubled. Bloom Doom 160 BP
Design/Flavor: Eternal-Sunkern is always fired up and spins around its leaves all the time. If it is holding a Black Belt then it will be visible in its sprite, it is also much more agressive.
Competitive Analysis: It's pretty strong but it is not good at taking hits, a Pokémon with Sunny Day or Drought might help it out with Chlorophyll. Then it'l be realy fast and maybe it can sweep, make sure you give it a Black Belt.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Cottonee-Eternal

Design/Flavor: It's face is almost all filled with cotton, there are 2 small holes for it to see. You can often find it sleeping in a meadow.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Sunkern-Eternal
New Type: Grass
New Stat distribution: 60 (+30) / 29 (-1) / 50 (+20) / 120 (+90) / 50 (+20) / 115 (+85)
Signature Move: Bramble Blast | - | Grass | Other | 5 PP | Sets a bramble trap in the opponent's field and switches out. At the end of the turn the traps activates, releasing a 100 BP Grass-type attack which traps the opponent for 5 turns and making 1/8 of foe's Max HP damage at the end of the turn. | Z-Move: Fully restores switched-in ally's HP
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Fast support Pokemon which can trap an opponent and make another member of your team takes it down, with the added factor of Bramble Blast prior damage. It's terribly frail, Bramble Blast is affected by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat, it's Taunt bait and has basically no other utility besides this move

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Cottonee-Eternal
New Type: Poison/Fairy
New Stat distribution: 89 (+49) / 25 (-2) / 70 (+10) / 115 (+78) / 70 (+20) / 110 (+44)
Signature Move: Acid Geyser | 80 BP | Poison | Special | 10 PP | Creates a well right below the target which throws an acid geyser. Under sun, Acid's Well Base Power is increased by 1,5x and it's able to ignore steel type's inmunity to poison. 10% of chance to add a burn (50% in sun) | Z-Move: Acid Downpour 160 BP
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Chlorophyll sweeper. It has Solar Beam to help it against Ground types, and Acid Well ignores its trouble against steel type Pokemon. Put it a Choice Specs and it can make a huge amount of damage. You can use Nature Power, Swticheroo or Defog as last slot

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Petilil-Eternal
New Type: Grass
New Stat distribution: 80 (+35) / 19 (-16) / 90 (+40) / 100 (+30) / 90 (+40) / 100 (+70)
Signature Move: Nature Call | - | Grass | Other | 10 PP | The user use the power of earth to increase special attack, special defense and speed by two levels on the next turn. When the attack is unleashed, Grassy Terrain is summoned | Z-Move: Raises Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed by 1 stage
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Ehhh yes, I created a Geomancy clone, but whatever, with this, Petilil-Eternal becomes a powerful wincon if checks are weakened or removed. As it has a really poor offensive movepool it needs to depend of Grass STAB (Giga Drain as the most probable choice) so Grassy Terrain helps to increase its power. It can work with a Power Herb or a Z-Nature Call wincon

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Helioptile-Eternal
New Type: Electric/Dragon
New Stat distribution: 110 (+66) / 100 (+62) / 100 (+67) / 50 (-11) / 80 (+37) / 40 (-30)
Signature Move: Gamma Touch | 20 BP | Electric | Physical | 10 PP | The user touches the target, transmiting it a wave of dangerous radiactive energy which badly poisons the target. If it poisons the target, the user restores 50% of user's max HP | Z-Move: Gigavolt Havoc 100 BP
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Good defensive typing, access to Glare, Dragon Tail and Gamma Touch makes of Helioptile-Eternal a useful status shuffler, being able to choose between paralysis and poison, and adding a recovery move in the process. It also works as a good water check due to Dry Skin and a slow pivot with access to both U-turn and Volt Switch. On the other hand, it's pitifully slow and Gamma Touch recovery move can be nulified if you have a Poison or Steel type Pokemon, or if you use Substitute
