SM OU Framework based team(moonblast scarf espeon is scary)

So here's the run down. Not exactly new to competitive battling, but was mostly oras online random battles. Did some research on framework and went from there, only problem I've encountered on my tests was a scarfed moonblast espeon. Team susceptible to fairy so I ran a check, but the espeon is too much. Any suggestions?

Hoopa-u Life Orb
Adamant
252 att/252 spd/4 hp
Substitute
Drain punch
Hyperspace fury
Hyperspace hole

I ran Hoopa-u to be my breaker. His move pool is physically very good, and he hits hard with those attacks. Life orb for extra damage. Drain Punch to recover sub/life orb damage. Sub because 1) Hoopa-u isn't the fastest 2)Hoopa-u is physically weak 3)once behind a sub Hoopa-u can wreak havoc. Hyperspace fury because STAB, and can rid me of pesky toxic stall Mons. Hyperspace hole for coverage.

Ash Greninja Life Orb
Timid
252 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpD
Scald
Ice beam
Dark pulse
Extrasensory

I ran greninja as my sweeper because it hits hard and fast, has good coverage movepool as well.
Scald, because why use surf when I can get a burn, hydropump accuracy isn't great, helps that greninja isn't exactly bulky.
Ice beam for pesky garchomp and other dragons. Good coverage as well.
Dark pulse for STAB and flinch benefits.
Extrasensory because toxapex users love to switch in on a good greninja sweep, almost OHKOs them every time.

Crobat Life Orb- infiltrater
Jolly
252 att/252 spe/4SpD
Cross poison
Defog
Brave bird
U-turn

Chose Crobat for my speed finisher, also my fairy check, as it resists fairy. Hits fast and surprisingly hard for its attack stat.
Cross poison for STAB super effective against fairy
Defog as I realized I had no way of removing hazards along the tests.
Brave bird for a strong STAB hit, and is best meant for late game
U-turn as in the tests I realized I can't always predict leads and need a scout as well

Now at this point I realized I had a health weakness

Clefable Leftovers
Magic guard
252 def/252 SpD/4 SpA
Wish
Heal bell
Stealth rocks
Moonblast

That is why I added Clefable. Decent defenses and a good support Mon as well. Was exactly what my team needed

Wish for wish passes or if I need Clefable for later
Heal bell for pesky toxic/thunder wave/will-o-wisp users as well as added effect moves.
Stealth rocks honestly because I thought if they'll use hazards so will I.
Moonblast because it's a strong STAB and if I lose greninja I need a dragon check.

Sableye Sablenite
Bold
252 def/252 SpD/4 SpA
Calm mind
Will-o-wisp
Recover
Snarl

I ran sableye as a wall because I honestly didn't need to set up the weather. He's a defensive wall on both sides, and I can check any set up special Mon thanks to calm mind
Calm mind, because as I said, he checks just about any special Mon with it
Will-o-wisp to put a dent in physical offense, chip damage, and it also discourages any physical switch ins as a special crit on a +6 sableye is better than having a non guts physical attacker get nerfed by burn
Recover: main reason? If I'm gonna make it gross, might as well go all out. Side reason? Sableye can still get hit pretty hard by physical attackers. Reliable recovery is key in stall
Snarl because I needed an attacking move and this further weakens any chances of losing to a special Mon, still requires shifting out to fairy, but I try to take out any possible fairy checks before it goes in.(also a fan of hoodlum scrafty and loved the set)

Eelektross @Assault vest
Adamant
252 attack/252 hp/4 SpD
Rock slide
Fire punch
U-turn
Volt switch

I chose eelektross as my pivot because it has no weaknesses(mold breaker or other forms of grounding aside), has decent defenses at 80 base each, and really good movepool as well
Rockslide because I came to realize OU zapdos is a thing, and I had no check. Helps that it can flinch on the rare occasion I do outspeed
Fire Punch because I also realized I had only one grass check and it's fairly common, added bonus of massive damage to ferrothorn
U-turn as a pivot move because volt switch can be immuned
Volt switch as its strong STAB, and works as another pivot move in case I scare them into a steel/fairy/fire type for extra damage

All in all, I've been outplayed a few times. Only thing to truly scare my team was the scarfed espeon. Should I switch for a good steel type? Scarf my Crobat? Would really prefer not to scarf such a speedy Mon. How should I deal with scarf/dazzling gleam espeon?
