Wait, don't the Tapus share some types?

DNA Donors: Tapu Koko / Tapu Lele
Offspring name: Tapu Kole
New Type: Fairy
Base Stats: 70 / 100 / 70 / 132 / 105 / 132 (+20 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Psychoelectric Surge (Electric Surge + Psychic Surge) - Summons simultaneous Electric and Psychic terrains. (Nature Power becomes Hidden Power)
Notable Moves: Charge Beam, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Psyshock, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power, Dazzling Gleam, Mean Look, Nature's Madness, Energy Ball
Role Identification: Sangaleo can play as a bulky Physical attacker. It has usable Special bulk and great Physical bulk, with a great Attack stat to boot. It also has surprising coverage, despite being pure Steel. Oh, and it can ignore targets' abilities with Sunsteel Strike. It can also be used as a fast Hail sweeper.
I'd say you're confusing some of your fusions here.

Shewt was Ghost/Psychic but I removed the Psychic typing because of this slate's restriction. The Ghost typing comes from Shedinja.
Thats not how it works. Typing has to come from both parents. So that fusion is conpletely illegal no matter what for this slate.

I had some time and made this fusion. I'll be gone for a week now so don't expect more. See you in the next slate n_n

DNA donors: Porygon-Z / Drampa
Offspring name: Pompa
New type:

New base stats: 81 HP / 70 Atk / 77 Def / 155 SpA / 83 SpD / 83 Spe (+20 SpA +20 Spe) (BST: 549)
New ability and desc: Sharp Mind (Download + Berserk) - On switch-in, this Pokemon's Sp. Atk is raised by 1.
Notable moves: Hyper Voice, Tri Attack, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Surf, Conversion, Nasty Plot, Agility, Roost, Glare, Calm Mind, Trick
Role Identification: Pompa is an EXTREMELY strong special attacker. Its Special Attack reaches 673 (with Modest nature) thanks to the Sharp Mind boost. Pompa can use many good sets, for example it can become a sweeper with Z-Conversion or Agility, a wallbreaker with Nasty Plot or Choice Specs, a cleaner with Choice Scarf etc. Pompa's bulk isn't that good, but it has got reliable recovery in Roost.

Pompa @ Normalium Z
Ability: Sharp Mind
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball / Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast / Ice Beam
- Conversion
- Roost

A Z-Conversion sweeper set. Probably the best types to convert into are Ghost and Electric, so you can use either Shadow Ball+Focus Miss or Thunderbolt+Ice Beam.

Pompa @ Choice Specs
Ability: Sharp Mind
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt / Focus Blast
- Ice Beam / Trick / Shadow Ball

A scary wallbreaker set that has no safe switch-ins. Pompa has got a lot of coverage attacks, so you can edit the moveset to your liking.

Pompa @ Life Orb / Normalium Z
Ability: Sharp Mind
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Fire Blast
- Nasty Plot
- Roost / Shadow Ball

Another wallbreaker set. This one lacks immediate power (lol), but can break through any wall once it sets up a Nasty Plot.

Parents: Heracross + Masquerain
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Marchioness
New type: Bug
New base stats: 85/102/78/80/98/92 (BST: 535)
New ability and desc: Most Honourable (Moxie + Intimidate): Upon entering the field or knocking out an opponent, this Pokémon's Attack stat is boosted by 1 combat Stage and those of its opponents are lowered by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Megahorn, Close Combat, Aqua Jet, EdgeQuake, U-Turn, Fell Stinger, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Agility, Roost
Role Identification: Excellent lategame physical cleaner and revenge killer. Access to Aqua Jet and an immediate +1 Attack boost upon switching in is an excellent tool for a revenge killer of any kind, and it has a fantastic set of coverage aside from it. EdgeQuake is always nice, Close Combat can work for coverage and a powerful move, and it gets access to Fell Stinger. Yeah, that one surprised me as well. There are numerous items it can run - Choice Band to make its Megahorns do even more damage, Choice Scarf to boost its speed to a more usable level, Life Orb for a combination of damage and flexibility, the list goes on. However, not to be underestimated is...
===
Offspring name: Mega Marchioness @ Heracronite
New type: Bug
New base stats: 85/162/118/80/108/82 (BST: 635)
New ability and desc: Skill Link
Notable moves: Pin Missile, Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, Aqua Jet, Swords Dance, Basically Mega Heracross With Extra Priority Coverage And Recovery
Role Identification: Now we're talking. While Mega Marchioness has less raw stats than Mega Heracross, it also gets +1 Attack just for coming into the field thanks to the prevo's ability. It's also slightly bulkier, though a few points here and there hardly amount to much. Your standard Skill Link abuse set is perfectly viable here, though the addition of boosting moves like Agility and reliable recovery in Roost are also very useful tools in its arsenal, as is Aqua Jet. Give it a try, and you'll march on to victory! =]

Oranges are not the only fruit.
Parents: Arcanine + Heatmor
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Nectarine
New type: Fire
New base stats: 97/113/83/112/83/90 (BST: 578)
New ability and desc: Bloodied Orange (Justified + Flash Fire): The first time this Pokémon takes damage while on the field, its Fire-type moves are boosted in power by +50% and its Attack is boosted by +1 combat stage.
Notable moves: Fire Lash, Extreme Speed, Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Flare Blitz, Crunch, Outrage, Thunder Punch, Fire Blast, Overheat, Burn Up, Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Solar Beam, Giga Drain, Agility, Hone Claws, Morning Sun
Role Identification: Surprisingly decent mixed attacker. We've got a lot of those in FE, thinking about it. Its ability allows it to come in on Spikes or Rocks, absorb damaging Status effects such as Poison, and dish out some serious hurt when it's activated. With very balanced stats and a fairly decent movepool (who knew Heatmor got bloody Giga Drain?), the key part of your damage comes in from abusing the hell out of Fire Lash, Heatmor's unique move. While it lacks the immediate bludgeoning damage of Flare Blitz, having only 80 BP instead of 120, it also lowers the target's Defence by 1 stage - guaranteed. This, combined with the boost from your ability, makes getting 2HKOs you might not otherwise get a lot easier, especially when revenge killing with Extreme Speed. Combine it with the boost from Sun, adn you're pretty much golden. Or at least orange.

Curious is the trapmaker's art...
Parents: Crawdaunt + Pyukumuku
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Mantrap
New type: Water
New base stats: 69/100/117/70/102/40 (BST: 498)
New ability and desc: Jaws of Life (Adaptability + Innards Out): This Pokémon adds its base HP stat to the relevant attacking stat when using STAB moves; the bonus for STAB moves is increased to 2x from 1.5x.
Notable moves: Crabhammer, Aqua Jet, Surf, Knock Off, Superpower, X-Scissor, Curse, Recover
Role Identification: A brutally effective STAB abuser, Mantrap's ability and access to Crabhammer allows it to pummel anything neutral to water, and even some things that resist it. Crunch and Knock off fill kind of the same niche. While its attacking stats may look underwhelming by Fusion standards, it effectively has 239 Attack and 209 Special Attack when attacking with its STAB with neutral Natures, which is pretty damned useful. However, its Speed is a big let down, and with a solid boosting move in Curse, it's only gonna get worse... so embrace it. Sling it on a Trick Room team and let the good times roll; just watch out for anything with Water-type immunity. Or Harem. =]

A sophistricated choice.
Parents: Shiftry + Sawsbuck
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Casuistry
New type: Grass
New base stats: 95/110/75/85/75/97 (BST: 537)
New ability and desc: Quicksilver Tongue (Chlorophyll + Serene Grace): Moves with a secondary effect have their chance of proccing the effect doubled. Additionally, damaging moves with an additional effect, whether primary or secondary, boost the user's Speed stat by 1 combat stage upon use while in Sunlight or Strong Sunlight.
Notable moves: Leaf Tornado, Leaf Storm, Shadow Ball, Nature Power, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Leaf Blade, Horn Leech, Body Slam, Rock Slide, Synthesis, Growth
Role Identification: Sun team paraflinch sweeper and general purpose nuisance. This combo might not make much sense at first, but Leaf Tornado is an excellent move for a Serene Grace user, giving it a 100% chance to lower the target's accuracy. 85 Special Attack might be pretty ropey in FE terms, but the effect more than makes up for it. You can also run it as a physical paraflincher with Body Slam and Rock Slide, or even a boosting set to take advantage of Growth. Just remember that it is pretty fragile; once you're rumbled, you're rumbled. =]

Gen 8 will introduce the weather Blue Corn Moon...
Parents: Mamoswine + Beartic
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Tribeswoman
New type: Ice
New base stats: 112/140/90/80/80/75 (BST: 577)
New ability and desc: Tuurngait (Thick Fat + Slush Rush): This Pokémon takes no damage from Fire- or Ice-type moves and has its Speed boosted by 1 combat stage when hit by them. Fire- and Ice-type status moves also have no effect and trigger the Speed boost. This Pokémon's base Speed is 50% higher in Hail.
Notable moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Aqua Jet, EdgeQuake, Play Rough, Superpower, Shadow Claw, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Hone Claws
Role Identification: A deceptively quick Hail sweeper with plenty of attacking power and a good attacking type, if not exactly a stellar defensive one. 140 base Attack with access to quite a lot of good coverage moves will cover a multitude of sins, and it has two different types of priority including one with STAB. EdgeQuake hits pretty much everything for neutral damage, there's GFC for the more modern thinker, and Icicle Crash is a solid move. You have a few boosting options too (aside from just switching in on a Fire- or Ice-type move, I mean); Swords Dance and Bulk Up are both good, but Hone Claws means your Stone Edges won't miss nearly as often. Just don't use Icy Wind; instead, use the much more powerful Paint With All The Colours Of The Wind. =]

Not so much Assault Vest as Assault Wetsuit...
DNA Donors: Empoleon + Magearna
Offspring name: Neoprene
New Type: Steel
Base Stats: 100 (+18)/90/108 (+7)/135 (+15)/108/62 (BST: 603)
New ability and desc: Rubber Up (Defiant + Soul-Heart): Whenever another Pokémon dies or has its stats lowered, this Pokémon has its Special Attack stat boosted by 2 combat stages.
Notable Moves: Flash Cannon, Fleur Cannon, Hydro Pump, Brine, BoltBeam, Aura Sphere, Icy Wind, Calm Mind, Defog, Feather Dance
Role Identification: Scary bloody fusion, that's what. Neoprene's ability allows it to massively boost its Special Attack through moves that otherwise wouldn't see a great deal of play, such as Icy Wind or Feather Dance. It also discourages people from using moves such as Superpower and Close Combat to take it on; do you really want to give it a boost to its Special Attack right now? Brine is another unconventional pick, but when it comes to ensuring you pick off your targets for that oh-so valuable boost, there's not a move I'd rather have in my arsenal. Yes, it lacks a good STAB move - the best it can muster is Flash Cannon, which is not gonna be winning any prizes - but it doesn't really need one; this is a Fusion that can do a lot with a little, in the words of a morbidly obese man whom you are now imagining wearing a pair of very small rubber shorts. >=]

Finally fixed the list. Most forms have their default form as just the pokemon's name (Aegislash, Minior, Rotom, Deoxys, Shaymin, etc) and the ones without a default have it the whole way through (Wishiwashi because school is technically the alternate form, Oricorio, Lycanroc, Wormadam, etc)

Some forms don't do anything in battle, such as Sawsbuck, Vivillon or Burmy. Those are just a single pokemon.

A laboratory creation powered by a neutron star, psychic sure is a versatile type

Parents: Mewtwo + Cosmoem
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Cosmew
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 94 / 69 / 110 / 91 / 110 / 103 (BST: 577, +20 HP, +20 SPE)
New ability and desc: Stellar Mass (Pressure + Sturdy): The user is immune to OHKO moves and PP-altering abilities, and cannot be OHKOed.
Notable moves: Psychic, Psystrike, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Recover, Calm Mind, Taunt, Thunder Wave / Toxic / Will-o-wisp, Light Screen / Reflect, and more coverage
Role identification: Cosmew is built for versatility, and while it is much better in mega forms, it can still pull it off. With the bulk to rival many fusions, a great movepool (almost exclusively from Mewtwo) with recovery, screens, strong STABs and moves, and many coverage moves, and base 103 speed, Cosmew can pull off a bunch of different roles in one set. However, its mega forms can pull off these sets better. Stellar Mass can also help with switching in, and allows Cosmew to be unfazed by fusions that lower PP of moves like Psystrike.

Parents: Mewtwo-Mega Y + Cosmoem
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Cosmew-Mega Y
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 94 / 109 / 90 / 131 / 140 / 113 (BST: 677)
New ability and desc: Insomnia
Notable moves: Psychic, Psystrike, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Recover, Calm Mind, Taunt, Thunder Wave / Toxic / Will-o-wisp, Light Screen / Reflect, and more coverage
Role identification: This is the more specially offensive and defensive Cosmew-Mega, sporting a much better special attack to make use of its movepool and higher speed to ensure it beats sweepers. While Cosmew-Mega Y is very strong, Cosmew-Mega X is probably the better and more unique mega.

Parents: Mewtwo-Mega X + Cosmoem
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Cosmew-Mega X
New type: Psychic - Fighting
New base stats: 94 / 149 / 120 / 91 / 120 / 103 (BST: 677)
New ability and desc: Steadfast
Notable moves: Psycho Cut / Zen Headbutt, Low Kick / Drain Punch, Foul Play, Aqua Tail, Elemental Punches, Recover, Bulk Up, Taunt, Thunder Wave / Toxic / Will-o-wisp, Light Screen / Reflect, Z-Splash, and more coverage
Role identification: Cosmew-Mega X has a higher attack than Cosmew-Mega Y has special attack, and carries the extra power of dual STABs and better coverage. Additionally, Cosmew-Mega X can run Z-Splash, which allows it to boost its attack to very high levels. The extra bulk on Cosmew-Mega X helps with that purpose as well.
Megas can't use Z-Moves D:

I went out of my way to make this thing as edgy as possible, even if I did have to pull a letter out of nowhere.

Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Will-O-Wisp, Foul Play, Thunder Wave, Overheat, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind
Role identification: Grimdark's ability allows it to easily deal with frailer Pokemon with a Focus Sash by instantly making it invalid, and it has a very large movepool and great stats.

Mega Grimdoom
New type:
Dark
New base stats: 92/90/120/152/115/130
New ability and desc: Solar Power
Notable moves: Same as above
Role identification: This thing hits stupidly hard in the sun thanks to Solar Power, and still hits very hard otherwise. It's also very fast, and quite bulky. It's all around an extremely solid Mega Evolution.

Role Identification: Kinda like Altellow but less dependent on weather. Pure Flying mixed attacker with bountiful coverage, plenty of setup options, and a little utility with Sleep Powder and Defog.

DNA Donors: Marowak-Alola / Reshiram
Offspring name: Maroram-Alola

Role Identification: Balanced Fire-type (similar to Mesprit stat-wise) with decent coverage and an Ability that helps its survivability. (Also, its name unintentionally contains two palindromes. :toast:)

DNA Donors: Meowstic-Female / Mesprit
Offspring name: Meowsprit
New Type: Psychic

Parents: Mienshao / Hitmonchan
Shared egg group: Human-like
Offspring name: Mienchan
New type: Fighting
New base stats: 67 / 125 / 79 / 75 / 95 / 100 | 541 BST
New ability and desc: Vital Puncher (Regenerator + Iron Fist) - The user's punching moves recover 1/3 damage dealt. (Drain Punch recovers 5/6 damage dealt.)
Notable moves: Drain Punch, elemental punches, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Power-Up Punch, Focus Punch, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Knock Off, U-turn, Rapid Spin, Fake Out, Taunt, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Baton Pass
Role Identification: This is...certainly a Fighting-type. It would be an amazing SubPuncher if the strategy wasn't dead. But, you know, having an even better draining move than Oblivion Wing is nice. Along with that comes draining coverage in the elemental punches, and draining priority in Mach Punch and Bullet Punch.
Mienchan also has a healthy non-punching repertoire, boasting reliable STAB in Close Combat, coverage in Knock Off and EdgeQuake, a pivot move in U-turn, and a utility move in Rapid Spin. Taunt and physical setup moves to Baton Pass are also a thing.

Parents: Swalot / Gengar
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Swagar
New type: Poison
New base stats: 90 / 79 / 81 / 109 / 89 / 92 | 540 BST
New ability and desc: Cursed Hold (Sticky Hold + Cursed Body) - The user's held item cannot be removed. If an attacker uses a move that would remove the user's held item, the move in question is disabled.
Notable moves: Sludge Bomb, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Giga Drain, Icy Wind, Knock Off (ironically), Body Slam, Pain Split, Will-O-Wisp, Yawn, Reflect Type
Role Identification: Well, it's anti Knock Off if nothing else. Nice special movepool too; even though Swalot and Gengar individually don't get BoltBeam, it just so happens that the two combined do. (Swalot gets Ice Beam, Gengar gets T-Bolt.) Not much else to say, really.
Remember when "swag" was a hip term? I don't want to.

Parents: Spinda / Stoutland
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Spinlanda
New type: Normal
New base stats: 82 / 95 / 85 / 62 / 85 / 80 | 489 BST
New ability and desc: Oopsy Daisy (Contrary + Intimidate) - Upon switch-in, all opponents have their stat changes inverted.
Notable moves: Double-Edge, Retaliate, Fake Out, Pursuit, Superpower, Drain Punch, Play Rough, Psychic Fangs, elemental punches, Rapid Spin, Thunder Wave, Yawn, Roar, Wish
Role Identification: Let's be honest: That stat line is far from the best, but darned if that Ability isn't the ultimate stop to setup sweepers. Catch someone with a bunch of stat boosts, and hit moderately hard with that base 95 Attack. It even gets Pursuit to ensure that its foes think twice before switching. Good stuff.

Role identification: Lordion is a weird one. Every this pokemon crit his target he will have the chance to become better. I don't know what to say about this. It have a lot of Hp, it have pretty good mixed offensive skill. It's bulk could be a little bit better to help it live more hits. So yeah, the one and only Lordion.

With it's ability, it can switch into a physical attacker, lower then attack and if they attack you, you will get a defense boost.

If you want, One can run any special attack this pokemon learn for more coverage due to it's alright Special attack stat.

Parents: Drapion & Guzzlord
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Lordion
New type: Dark
New base stats: 146/110/81/98/69/69 (+15 Atk, +20 SpA, +5 SpD)
New ability and desc: Crit Booster(Beast Boost + Sniper) Every time the user get a cit, the highest non-hp stat is raised by a stage.
Notable moves: Knock Off, Agility, Earthquake, Sword Dance, Poison Jab, Crunch, Dragon Tail, Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Night Slash

Parents: Mudsdale & Landorus-T
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Landsdale-T
New type: Ground
New base stats: 114/135/115/80/82/63 +20def +20Hp
New ability and desc: Tank Force (Stamina + Sheer Force) When using a move with a secondary effect, the user defense raised by a stage while still boosted the move by 30%
Notable moves: Earthquake, Superpower/Close Combat, Heavy Slam, Low Sweep, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Any special move with secondary effect.
Role identification: This pokemon have a lot of chance to boost it's defense but he don't have that many good moves to do so on it's physical side. To get the most out of this ability, you may have to run a few special move or just go with Bulldoze. It also don't have any recovery outside rest to help stay in the battle. It can a slow pivot with U-Turn.

Parents: Hitmonchan & Hariyama
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Hityama
New type: Fighting
New base stats: 107/122/79/47/95/73
New ability and desc: (Iron Fist + Guts) Punching moves do 20% more damage. When inflicted by a major status ailment, it get boosted by 50%. Both things stacked.
Notable moves: Drain Punch, mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Elemental Punch, Dynamic Punch, Power-Up Punch, Close Combat, Fake Out, Knock Off, Belly Drum, Rapid Spin
Role identification: Hityama hits like a truck if it using the full effect of his ability. If you are playing one, you are going to be careful and playing it and try not to status it. With many punching moves in it's move set, massive damage are going to be handed out to the target team.
Landorus-Terrain does not have Sheer Force, so unfortunetly you cannot use that ability in the fusion of "Tank Force"

Submissions are now closed! I know there's usually a warning and such, but this slate has been rather slow and after discussing with a fellow council member, we felt it isn't going to suddenly pick up. Anyways, voting is open!
