Lutra is now an RoA Co-Leader

Since becoming a Ruins of Alph mod almost two years ago, Lutra's been an amazing force in the community. He's probably best known for running our old gens tournament circuit and doing an awesome job hosting the vast majority of those tours. His activity on PS (where's he's an RoA Room Owner) and Discord is also fantastic. He's had a strong leadership presence in RoA for a while now and it's time we formalize it.
