Nothing switches in to Specs Aurorus. Even Tapu Fini gets 2HKOed. Tapu Fini, Manaphy, and Greninja are the biggest problems here. After something has been sacked, either Greninja or Manaphy can come in. Rotom-Frost is able to switch into a Greninja Low Kick and (potentially) surprise it by outspeeding and OHKOing it with Scarf T-Bolt. If Swampert is still alive Scarf Volt Switch will do the trick as well. Manaphy can be switched into as well, as even a Hydro Vortex has little chance to OHKO Rotom-F. Although Thunderbolt doesn't kill at first, you can almost always avoid the 2HKO from Scald and if you manage to get 3 layers of spikes on the field Manaphy will be most likely OHKOed. Fini can be worn down with a combination of Spikes damage and pressure from both Aurorus's Freeze Dry (which is a clean 2HKO) and Rotom-Frost's Thunderbolt (which 3HKOes without Spikes on the field). Azumarill is outsped (even with Modest) and OHKOed by Aurorus. However, you lose almost all of your health because of Aqua Jet. Rotom-Frost can also revenge kill it and has an extremely high chance to OHKO after 2 layers of Spikes. The final mon of the core, Froslass, is just there to set up Spikes. You can also counter-lead Swampert with Taunt and potentially Destiny Bond something like Manaphy, Tapu Fini, or Swampert. Not bad for Ice.

Psychic Core: Gothitelle + Celebi

Gothitelle @ Choice Specs
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 244 SpD / 24 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Seed Bomb
- Recover

Gothitelle is very effective at breaking this core, as with choice specs and it's access to tbolt and energy ball, it is abe to trap and 2hk0 or 1hk0 the entire team. The only thing it will have to be careful of is mirror coat from alomomola. The other mon is celebi, with its great ability and solid bulk. It can easily set up a SD on any mon, and prepare to sweep. All celebi has to watch out for is Sap Sipper Azu, but with gothitelle easily coming in and 2hk0ing azu with tbolt, that entire issue is gone.

Gothitelle:
252+ SpA Choice Specs Gothitelle Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 134+ SpD Azumarill: 246-290 (60.8 - 71.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Gothitelle Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mantine: 296-352 (79.1 - 94.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Gothitelle Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Toxapex: 240-284 (78.9 - 93.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The Azu one is the only one that 'matters' because once azu is dead, celebi just cleans. It has access to recover, and heals its status when switched out due to natural cure, so...

Excadrill @ Choice Band

Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe

Excadrill 2ohkos everything in the sand with CB Earthquake and is a great late game sweeper. Hippowdon is a Stealth Rock and Weather setter. Gliscor 6-0es stall water with its own toxic+taunt+roost and makes it impossible for Azu to pull off its Perish Song combo with taunt and overall a clean way to make sure nothing ever gets damaged!

Specs Galvantula lures Quagsire with Energy Ball and can easily dispatch of the rest of the team after Lanturn and Quagsire are removed. SD Eathquake Mega Pinsir can beat OHKO Lanturn with a bit of chip damage. Also it sweeps the entire team bar Quagsire at +2. Yeah the strategy is a little reliant on luring Quag but if you lead Galvantula you can bluff Sash, meaning that a player concerned about E-Ball Galvantula either hesitant to switch Quag in or just not think you have it.

Core Description
Basically a meme Jynx + regular Lapras set is almost unbeatable for stall water. They both make use of water immunity abilities in order to avoid scald and burn damage. Jynx additionally has Taunt in order to stop Toxic, Haze, or other setup moves from any Pokemon. Good Ice Pokemon that you can run along side these guys are your standard Avalugg, Kyurem-B, and pig of choice which are pretty much mandatory on any Ice team.

Jynx
Taunt is used in order to stop Toxic and other status moves from any Pokemon, making it virtually invincible against Toxapex, Alomomola, and Azumarill. This allows it to use them as setup bait for its next move -- nasty plot -- which gives it the boosts necessary to beat Lanturn and Mantine. Psyshock is used over Psychic in order to OHKO Mantine and Lanturn after a boost, and Energy Ball deals with Quagsire.

+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Jynx Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mantine: 458-539 (122.4 - 144.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Jynx Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Lanturn: 528-621 (116.2 - 136.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Jynx Energy Ball vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Unaware Quagsire: 728-858 (184.7 - 217.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Lapras
Lapras is the basic Choice Specs set, which by itself is also pretty hard for Water to deal with. Freeze-Dry will hit everything for at least Super Effective damage, with the rest of the moves being standard except for Thunderbolt which is there because I don't know what Lapras runs.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 134+ SpD Azumarill: 266-314 (65.8 - 77.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mantine: 324-384 (86.6 - 102.6%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Lanturn: 242-288 (53.3 - 63.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 116 HP / 176 SpD Alomomola: 390-462 (78 - 92.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Toxapex: 158-188 (51.9 - 61.8%) -- 97.3% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

Porygon-Z @ Normalium Z
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Conversion
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss

This is a pretty simple one. Porygon-z alone can wipe out this entire team. Given that you open with porygon-z, it's an auto-win except if they open with azumarill. Even if they open with azumarill, you're free to get in one attack of thunderbolt, then switch out assuming they used perish song. If they open with toxapex, psyshock can semi-reliably 2hko, while toxapex can't do anything back to you. If they open with any other mon, you're free to either 1hko quagsire with HP grass or use z-conversion then sweep. Chansey is just there as filler, nothing on the opponents team can touch it, and can wish pass if your opponent somehow weakened pz too much.

252+ SpA Porygon-Z Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Toxapex: 136-162 (44.7 - 53.2%) -- 32.4% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Porygon-Z Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 134+ SpD Azumarill: 208-246 (51.4 - 60.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+1 252+ SpA Adaptability Porygon-Z Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 134+ SpD Azumarill: 624-736 (154.4 - 182.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252+ SpA Porygon-Z Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Lanturn: 227-268 (50 - 59%) -- 75.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
