Latias @ Choice Scarf
Name: Choice Scarf (Dragon)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Defog / Trick
- Healing Wish

Choice Scarf Latias is a premier revenge killer on Dragon teams for its decent revenge killing capabilities, as it's able to outspeed common threats to Dragon teams such as Iron Valiant, Choice Specs Greninja, and Mega Garchomp while providing useful utility options in Defog and Healing Wish. Psychic lets Latias revenge kill troublesome Fighting-type Pokemon such as Hisuian Lilligant and Mega Lopunny. However, Psyshock can instead be used to hit Assault Vest Iron Hands and Clodsire harder. Defog allows Latias to work as emergency entry hazard removal thanks to its great Speed. Trick can be used over Defog to allow Latias to cripple special walls like Galarian Slowking and Blissey. Healing Wish lets Latias restore the health and status of one of its teammates, allowing them to have a second chance in the battle. Mega Altaria and Roaring Moon are superb partners that threaten the Dark- and Ghost-type Pokemon that Latias is weak to such as Tyranitar and Gholdengo. Kyurem is another great offensive partner, as it can destroy threats that Latias struggles against such as Mamoswine and Ting-Lu; in return, Latias can inconvenience special walls like Blissey and Galarian Slowking with Trick, beat Fighting-type Pokemon such as Keldeo and Urshifu-R for Kyurem, and provide Healing Wish support for it to take advantage of. Garchomp is also a great partner that pressures Steel-type Pokemon that Latias struggles against. It can also punish most physical attacks directed at Latias with Rough Skin if using a defensive set, while its Swords Dance set takes advantage of special walls that Latias struggles with such as Blissey and Galarian Slowking. Garchomp can also set up hazards, which allow Latias to OHKO threats such as Greninja for its team. Kommo-o is also a fantastic partner for Latias, as it beats Steel- and Dark-type Pokemon such as Mega Scizor and Ting-Lu while also appreciating Healing Wish support for a second assault. Archaludon is a great partner for Latias as well, as it provides a buffer against threats such as Roaring Moon and Mega Altaria that would otherwise beat Latias or take advantage of it while also setting up hazards for Latias.

Choice Scarf Latias is a premier revenge killer on Dragon Teams as it offers amazing (she'super weak now ;w;) decent revenge-killing capabilities offensive and defensive utility (its not really much on defensive utility, but Healing wish and Defog are great though) while also being able as it is able to outspeed common threats to Dragon teams such as Iron Valiant, Choice Specs Greninja Tapu Koko, and Mega Garchomp while providing useful utility oprions in Defog and Healing Wish. Draco Meteor is Latias strongest STAB move, letting it excel in the Dragon matchup by revenge killing foes like Garchomp and Kyurem. (not needed anymore, since Draco Meteor sort of implies that it should be able to kill Dragons) Psychic lets Latias revenge kill troublesome Fighting-type Pokemon such as non-Choice Scarf Sneasler, Iron Valiant (I.Val mentioned earlier already) Hisuian Lilligant and Mega-Lopunny, as well as being Latias' best STAB option against Fairy-type Pokemon such as Enamorus and Tapu Koko (you dont need to add this, esp since Latias cant dispatch of enam in the end even after stealth rock :(). Healing Wish lets Latias to restore the health and status of one of its teammates, allowing them to have a second chance in the battle. Mega-Altaria (no need for Hyphen) and Roaring Moon are superb partners that threaten the Dark and Ghost-type Pokemon that Latias is weak to (give examples of Pokemon of those types that M.Altaria and Roaring moon beats for Latias). Kyurem is another great offensive partner that appreciates Latias' ability to remove hazards or cripple (cripple isnt allowed nowadays) inconvenience special walls such as Blissey and Galarian Slowking with Trick, as well as providing Healing Wish support for Kyurem to take advantage of (thing is, Kyurem runs boots so hazards arent really an issue, maybe you can put the latter parts instead? [Trick+H.Wish and beats Fighters while Kyurem beats bulky stinky Pokemon >:3]). Garchomp is also a great partner that pressures Steel-type Pokemon that Latias struggles against, while also punishing most physical attacks directed at Latias with Rough Skin (if using a defensive set) and taking advantage of special walls that Latias struggles with such as Blissey and Galarian Slowking with Swords Dance (if its offensive). (chomp also sets hazards, allowing Latias to OHKO threats like Gren which it only has a chance to OHKO without hazards :()
*Add Kommo-o, it beats stinky darks and appreciates H.Wish for a second run-around.
*Add Archaludon as he provides a buffer against threats like Roaring Moon, Choice Scarf Weavile and M.Alt that either outspeed Latias or take advantage of it, while setting hazards

Talk about how Kyurem is a great partner by just destroying threats to Latias like Mamoswine and Ting-Lu. then talk about what Latias do for Kyurem in return.] Garchomp is also a great partner that pressures Steel-type Pokemon that Latias struggles against, while also punishing most physical attacks directed at Latias with Rough Skin if using a defensive set.
