This team got me to 1400 ELO so would be open to suggestions on how to improve it

Greninja is a really good offensive pokemon with high speed tier. Dark pulse and hydro pump are really good stab moves. Ice beam takes care of Landorous-T and Water shuriken to outspeed really fast threats.
Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Toxic
- Haze
- Recover
Toxapex is the main wall of the team. Infestation toxic is my favorite combo as it guarantees a kill if the affected pokemon can do significant damage. Haze takes care of set-up sweepers and recover ensures Toxapex stays alive.

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Revenge killer and defogger. Leaf Blade is a really strong STAB attack and Sacred Sword which is good for hitting opposing Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and Heatran. Knock Off is a great utility move to any switch in. On the utility front, Defog can be used to remove entry hazards.

Another great revenge killer. Banded Victini with V-create can 1HKO most and the other 3 moves are good for coverage.

- Body Slam
Jirachi is a switch in that can be used as a good wall. Serene grace allows a higher chance to flinch and paralyze with iron head and body slam
I noticed a weakness of this team is Ground type attacks once Charizard Mega evolves, suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks !
