hello and welcome to smogon forums. just so you know, arguably the most important information to disclose when trading Pokémon here are the IVs of the Pokémon. this way people know what you are truly offering. that said, if you obtained this Thundurus yourself, you should edit the post to include the IVs, and if you did not obtain this Thundurus yourself (or from a reliable traceable source) its probably best to not trade it here in case it is hacked. hope this helps you get a trade.

I've never played the Colosseum games nor understand how they work. Would anyone happen to have a Colosseum/XD Mr. Mime with Follow Me? Preferably a Bold natured one. If not, any of these natures will do: Bold, Relaxed, Impish, Calm, Careful, Sassy. IVs and other moves don't matter. I don't mind clones either.

Some opinions:
Dragonite: Safari. Hard to get but makes the final product more valuable.
Charizard-X: None really fit. I went with Dive in the end as it matches the colour of the flames
Charizard-Y: Luxury.
Excadrill: Heal?

Mostly agreeing with The Chaotician, but to add to it, I would go for Ultra on Bewear, Golem-A and Shiinotic, and Heal on Castform.

It's not with your DS, they are actually doing maintenance. I have seen that it has happened to many other people as well at different times, I think they are doing it by region
