This is how I trained a Swalot for my UU competitive team. Please tell me what you think.
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 in HP, 124 in Def, 124 in Sp.Def, 10 in Attack.
Ability: Sticky hold
Item: Black Sludge
Moveset: Pain Split, Curse, Gunk Shot, Stockpile.
I also have a second idea.
Nature: Quiet or Modest
EVs: 252 in HP, 124 in Def, 124 in Sp.Def, 10 in Sp.Atk.
Ability: Gluttony
Item: Peitaya Berry/ Sitrus Berry.
Moveset: Stockpile, Belch, Substitute, Pain Split.
