Victini @ Normalium Z
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Celebrate
- Searing Shot
- Stored Power
- Focus Blast

Psychic has an unfavorable matchup versus Steel and Bug, but Victini drastically improves this. With Z-Celebrate, Victini gets a +1 boost to its every stat, which makes it not only a fast and powerful offensive threat but also very hard to revenge kill due to its boosted defenses coupled with Victini's above average bulk. This set is a threat for Steel teams because there is no need to predict Heatran switching in on a predicted Fire-type move from Victini, which is the case if Victini is Choice-locked, as it then forces mind games. Once Heatran is KOed by Focus Blast, Victini cleans through the remainder of the team with Searing Shot. Latios is a revenge killer that can deal with Dragon-types, which Victini struggles to hit, Mega Gallade forms an amazing Steel breaking core with Victini, and Jirachi provides Stealth Rock support and spreads paralysis, giving Victini more opportunities to set up.

Psychic type teams have has an unfavorable match up vs Steel and Bug-type Pokemon such as Celesteela and Heracross but Z-Celebrate Victini with its z celebrate set drastically improves this match up. With Z Celebrate, Victini gets +1 boost to its every stat which makes it not only a big fast and powerful offensive threat but it also makes it very hard to revenge kill due to boost to its boosted defensive stats as victini has a respectable 100 /100 / 100 bulk. This set is a threat for steel type teams because there is no need for predicting Heatran switching in on a predicted Fire-type move against Victini which is a case if Victini runs Choice Scarf or Choice Band sets is Choice locked, as locking Victini in an unfavorable move vs steel-type teams can prove bad for the team (talk specifically about being forced to have 50/50s with Heatran in the beginning of the sentence rather than this general statement). Heatran commonly runs offensive trapper set on steel-type teams and as a result Victini after Z Celebrate scores a guaranteed OHKO with focus blast on Heatran after stealth rock damage which makes the rest of the team very open to its fire stab move in searing shot and hence this set drastically pressures Steel-type teams (This entire sentence is repetitive and unnecessary. Delete it and just say in the previous one that Victini cleans through the remainder of Steel with Searing Shot once Heatran faints). (Add a sentence about how this set beats Bug as you mentioned it in the intro sentence). Latios is a great partner for Victini as with a Choice Scarf set, Latios can check Dragon-types for Victini and in return Victini deals with steel-types that Latios has trouble breaking past. Mega Gallade is also a good teammate as Victini appreciates the wall breaking prowess of Mega Gallade which allows Victini to clean teams easily after using Z Celebrate, the duo also forms a good Steel breaking core. (I think you say a lot more than you need to with these two options, just keep it very brief. Latios is a revenge killer that can deal with Victini's common resistances, Mega Gallade forms an amazing Steel-breaking core with Victini, Jirachi sets SR on the field for Victini and spreads paralysis which gives Victini more opportunities to set up.)
Mostly just clarification / removing repetitive items. QC 1/1
