[W.I.P] Stoutland(why are we even doing this)

Ok, so before i do stoutland, can i get some confirmation on whether it actually deserves an analysis? For something so outclassed by excadrill, is it really worth it? If so writing up asap.

I wouldn't, the loss of Superpower (can't learn it atm, as far as I know) and Excadrill's existence (who for the most part outclasses it) is just too much imo. But at the same, while they fill almost the same role they do have different things they can revenge, have different counters so it might have some sort of niche (maybe?)

But I wouldn't, I wonder what others have to say.
