02. Dragon Claw: Dragon; General Location: Meteor Falls; Specific Location: You need to use Surf on the patch of water you see as soon as you enter the room, then use Waterfall. Use the first ladder, then use the ladder at the bottom of the room. Jump the puddles on the left side until you get to the next ladder. Use Surf and enter the cave. Use Surf again to cross the room to the TM.
03. Psyshock: Psychic; General Location: Pacifidlog Town; Specific Location: Given by a man that lives in the southeastern house.
04. Calm Mind: Psychic; General Location: Mossdeep City; Specific Location: Must defeat Gym Leaders Tate and Liza.
05. Roar: Normal; General Location: Route 114; Specific Location: Talk to the man with a Poochyena.
06. Toxic: Poison; General Location: Fiery Path; Specific Location: You need to move the two big rocks with Strength. When you finish moving the last rock, move further up to where the TM is.
07. Hail: Ice; General Location: Shoal Cave; Specific Location: Requires Mach Bike. Enter the first cave, then enter the second one and use the bike to go up and then down the slides. As soon as you go down the ladder, you'll see the TM right above your head. You must complete the ice puzzle first.
08. Bulk Up: Fighting; General Location: Dewford Town; Specific Location: Must defeat Gym Leader Brawly.
09. Venoshock: Poison; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Sold in the Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
10. Hidden Power: Normal; General Location: Fortree City; Specific Location: In the house to the north of the Fortree City Gym. Must successfully guess where the old lady is hiding the coin three times.
11. Sunny Day: Fire; General Location: Scorched Slab; Specific Location: Go down the ladder in Route 120. Use Surf and enter the cave, where you will find the TM.
12. Taunt: Dark; General Location: Trick House; Specific Location: Gift from the Trick Master.
13. Ice Beam: Ice; General Location: Route 108 (Sea Mauville); Specific Location: Must carry a Pokémon with Surf and Dive. Enter the Abandoned Ship and go to the Storage Room (must get the keys first).

22. Solar Beam: Grass; General Location: Safari Zone; Specific Location: Requires Mach Bike and Surf. Go to the left, go up and then down the mud slides. Go up until you find the patch of water and use Surf. Finally, use Surf in the second patch of water to reach the TM.
23. Smack Down: Rock; General Location: Fallarbor Town; Specific Location: Given by Professor Cosmo.
24. Thunderbolt: Electric; General Location: New Mauville/Mauville City; Specific Location: Requires a Pokémon with Surf. After Kyogre/Groudon's scene, fly to Mauville City and talk to Wattson. He'll wait for you on the second floor (must take the elevator.) Go to Route 110. Surf to the right and enter the room. Go to the computer in the middle of the room and "talk" to it. Once you've done that, go back to Wattson's apartment and talk to him.
25. Thunder: Electric; General Location: Lilycove City; Specific Location: Sold in the Department Store for 30,000 Poké Dollars.
26. Earthquake: Ground; General Location: Seafloor Cavern; Specific Location: Near Kyogre/Groudon.
27. Return: Normal; General Location: Pacifidlog Town; Specific Location: Go to the Pokémon Fan Club Chairman's brother's house and show him a Pokémon with high happiness.
28. Dig: Ground; General Location: Route 144; Specific Location: Given by Fossil Maniac's brother (go to his house).
29. Psychic: Psychic; General Location: Victory Road; Specific Location: Must carry Pokémon with Surf, Strength, and Flash. Surf and enter the first cave, go under the bridge, take the first ladder in order to cross the bridge, and go down the ladder. Use Flash (not a requirement, but should make things easier). Move the rocks, go the right, then up, then right again, and finally go left. Go up the ladder where the old lady is. Cross the bridge and go down (don't use the ladder) then left and go down those ladders. Use Flash and then Surf down to find the TM.
30. Shadow Ball: Ghost; General Location: Mt. Pyre; Specific Location: Take the stairs all the way to the top floor of the cemetery, the TM is next to the big tombstone.
31. Brick Break: Fighting; General Location: Sootopolis City; Specific Location: Go to the house in the north west and talk to the Black Belt.
32. Double Team: Normal; General Location: Route 113; Specific Location: On a ledge near the Glass Workshop.
33. Reflect: Psychic; General Location: Lilycove City; Specific Location: Sold in the Department Store for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
34. Sludge Wave: Poison; General Location: Route 132; Specific Location: Surf south until you hit a big rock, then Surf west until you find a "C"-shaped island where a Black Belt is. Walk west and use Surf, you will land on the island with the TM.
35. Flamethrower: Fire; General Location: Victory Road; Specific Location: Must carry Pokémon with Surf, Strength, and Flash. Surf and enter the first cave, go under the bridge, take the first ladder in order to cross the bridge, and go down the ladder. Use Flash (not a requirement, but should make things easier). Move the rocks, go the right, then up, then right again, and finally go left. Go up the ladder where the old lady is. Cross the bridge and go down (don't use the ladder) then left and go down those ladders. Use Flash and then Surf to the left. Finally, move the rocks.

37. Sandstorm: Rock; General Location: Route 111 (Desert); Specific Location: South of the desert.

Follow the path and proceed south. Jump the ridge with your bike, walk until you find the patch of water on which you'll Surf, and use the Mach Bike to go up the mud slide to the TM.
54. False Swipe: Normal; General Location: Rustboro City; Specific Location: Given by man in Poké Mart.
55. Scald: Water; General Location: Seafloor Cavern; Specific Location: Enter the main cave and take the North exit, then the go to the room with the big boulders to get to the water current puzzle. Follow the latter to find the TM on an island.
56. Fling: Dark; General Location: Pacifidlog Town; Specific Location: Given by man in the house to the left of the Pokémon Center.
57. Charge Beam: Electric; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Sold in the Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
58. Sky Drop: Flying; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Gift from a lady in the Pokémon Center.

62. Acrobatics: Flying; General Location: Route 119; Specific Location: Acro Bike and Pokémon with Surf and Waterfall required. Surf until you reach the waterfall, and use Waterfall. Use the bike path until you reach the TM.
63. Embargo: Dark; General Location: SS Tidal; Specific Location: Given by Bug Maniac.
64. Explosion: Normal; General Location: Sky Pillar; Specific Location: After Zinnia's last Episode of the Delta's backstory, instead of following her, go to the opposite direction and take the first two ladders you see in order to reach the TM.
65. Shadow Claw: Ghost; General Location: Granite Cave; Specific Location: Mach Bike required. Head to the left and go up the mud slide. Go down the ladder. Go up the two mud slides you see as soon as you move. Follow the path and go down the next ladder. Go left and then up until you see the tiny ridge where the TM is.
66. Payback: Dark; General Location: Mirage Island 2; Specific Location: Use Rock Smash and follow the path.
67. Retaliate: Normal; General Location: Petalburg City; Specific Location: After defeating Gym Leader Norman.
68. Giga Impact: Normal; General Location: Lilycove City; Specific Location: Sold in the Department Store for 30,000 Poké Dollars.
69. Rock Polish: Rock; General Location: Jagged Pass; Specific Location: Enter from Mt. Chimney and head down the stairs and the big slope. Follow the grass path and go west then north. Go up either the mud slide with your Mach Bike, or jumps with your Acro Bike to reach the TM.
70. Flash: Normal; General Location: Granite Cave; Specific Location: Given by Hiker.
71. Stone Edge: Rock; General Location: Lilycove City; Specific Location: Sold in the Department Store for 30,000 Poké Dollars.

77. Psych Up: Normal; General Location: Route 133; Specific Location: Stay north and talk to the Psychic, he will give you the TM.
78. Bulldoze: Ground; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Sold in the Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
79. Frost Breath: Ice; General Location: Shoal Cave; Specific Location: Requires Mach Bike. Enter the first cave, then enter the second one and use the bike to go up the slides to the TM.
80. Rock Slide: Rock; General Location: Route 134; Specific Location: Get to the dive spot that takes you to the Regi-Trio cave by staying South along the route. Once there you should Surf into the northern current which will take you to a rock formation which is protected by the current. Surf around it clockwise to get to the TM.
81. X-Scissor: Bug; General Location: Victory Road; Specific Location: Requires a Pokémon with Waterfall. The TM is on top of a waterfall after exiting the cave.
82. Dragon Tail: Dragon; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Sold in the Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
83. Infestation: Bug; General Location: Sootopolis City; Specific Location: Talk to the man in the Poké Mart, and answer "Lisia".
84. Poison Jab: Poison; General Location: Mirage Mountain 2; Specific Location: Acro Bike needed. Cross the bridge to the right and use your bike to jump the bike path to get to the TM.
85. Dream Eater: Psychic; General Location: Safari Zone; Specific Location: Given by a man below the PC.
86. Grass Knot: Grass; General Location: Fortree City; Specific Location: Behind the Gym.
87. Swagger: Normal; General Location: Battle Resort; Specific Location: Given by a lady in the Daycare who asks for 100 Poké Dollars.
88. Sleep Talk: Normal; General Location: Lilycove City; Specific Location: Given by a man near the bike jumps, after he gives you TM44 Rest.
89. U-Turn: Bug; General Location: Mauville City.; Specific Location: Must beat the Pokémon League first. Take the elevator near the Gym. Go to the right, then up, then right and enter the apartment that is right in the corner. The TM is on the balcony.
90. Substitute: Normal; General Location: Mirage Island 5; Specific Location: Mach Bike and a Pokémon with Rock Smash needed. Go up the mud slide and follow the path until you reach the volcano. Use Rock Smash to get the TM.
91. Flash Cannon: Steel; General Location: Mirage Island 8; Specific Location: Go up the hand ladder.
92. Trick Room: Psychic; General Location: Trick House; Specific Location: Gift from the Trick Master.
93. Wild Charge: Electric; General Location: Safari Zone; Specific Location: Both Acro and Mach Bike required, as well as a Pokémon with Surf. Head to the left and go up the first mud slide you see with your Mach Bike and go down the second one. Proceed north until you find a patch of water and use Surf. Go up the mud slide with the Mach Bike and jump the ridge with your Acro Bike to reach the TM.
94. Secret Power: Normal; General Location: Route 11; Specific Location: Given by Aarune.
95. Snarl: Dark; General Location: Mirage Cave 8; Specific Location: Requires both Acro and Mach Bike. Upon entering the cave, go left and jump with your Acro Bike. Follow the path and you'll find another cave. Use Mach Bike when you get to the mud slides to get to the TM.
96. Nature Power: Normal; General Location: Fiery Path; Specific Location: Given by Ranger Aarune.
97. Dark Pulse: Dark; General Location: Team Magma/Aqua Hideout; Specific Location: Go to the room where the Scientist is working on the Aqua Suit and take the teleport pad on the right.
98. Power-Up Punch: Fighting; General Location: Mauville City; Specific Location: Sold in the Poké Mart for 10,000 Poké Dollars.
