I don't think this is true. The difference between Truant recharge and Giga Impact recharge is that when you have Truant WITHOUT using Giga Impact, you can switch out, but with Giga Impact, you're forced to stay in and wait the recharge turn.

Unburden needs the Pokemon to have used up the item, or in Fling's case, fling the item out of possession, and that is what Fling does. So yes.

While Wobbuffet is a strange case, now that I think about it, it would set a precedent that could theoretically allow an argument for testing things like Staraptor in RU as well. I guess in the greater scheme of things it isn't really a big deal, since barely anyone used it down there anyway.
1. Yes, since BlackGlasses powers Dark-type moves, and is calculated before it is actually flung. The effect will not work on Dark-type moves after that.
2. I don't know, but with Reckless, it could be good on one of his sets.

It should be mentioned that Pokerus infection time is shortened the more the Pokemon is used in battle.

You have to pair it with a male Pokemon in the same egg group of Vulpix, I believe.
