What about Mega? Regular a Diancie has piss-poor offenses.
The Mega needs it HP as it need itself to be bait. If you have access to a backup save, I would try for <5 points off flawless.
beside, there are mixed diance on the site,could always try to get them :)

Sometimes you just hit bad patches of RNG, but if you're going for flawless anything, be prepared to invest at least a couple weeks. A couple days usually won't cut it. You'll get it eventually :)
Are you using a Speed and HP checker? It would help you not waste time catching obvious tosses like the last one.
Use Buckerts testing Pokemon and guide.
