Lucario: Dragon Pulse, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Vaccum Wave
Ponyta: Hypnosis, Flare Blitz, Megahorn, Will-O-Wisp
Jolteon: Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power, Charge Beam

Rare Candy them up to level 50 except for Larvitar who needs to be at 55 to evolve and Ponyta 'cause Rapidash only learns Flare Blitz at 58 and make their movesets be:

Marshtomp: Waterfall, Stealth Rock, Avalanche, Ice Punch
Scyther (the one with 43 Speed): Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Superpower, Roost [atach Metal Coat for it to evolve as you trade me back please]
Scyther (the one with 41 Speed): U-Turn, Bullet Punch, Superpower, Night Slash [atach Metal Coat for it to evolve as you trade me back please]
Manaphy: Surf, Tail Glow, Ice Beam, Rest

The rest will be on the following VM as it is too much for one.
