Hey Deck, I thought I'd ask you this here since this is mostly specific to your RP.
Is it intentional for Quick Balls to only have a ~4.5% chance of catching a Pokemon on round 1(due to the CR 7 restriction on full HP mons)? I understand they have to be somewhat weak, to ensure they don't get overabused, but I think this is rather too low a chance to catch them R1 for them to be worthwhile at all.
I would suggest you increase the CR limitation to 16 on full HP mons, so as to get an ~10% chance of catching a Pokemon R1 with a Quick Ball(the exact value for 10% is 15.3), though if there is something I'm missing regarding Quick Balls, please do tell me.
