Z-Hone Claws
Aerodactyl @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hone Claws
- Stone Edge
- Aerial Ace/Aqua Tail
- Aqua Tail/Earthquake/Iron Tail
Hone Claws boosts attack and accuracy by one stage each, while Z-Hone Claws boost the attack by one more stage; essentially raising attack by two stages and accuracy by one. The double raise in attack makes Stone Edge hit harder than Mega Aerodactyl's +1 Stone Edge. Z-Hone Claws with Stone Edge is the bread and butter of this set, with the other two moves as coverage. The remaining two move slots can be customized to whatever the team needs to sweep. The boost in accuracy lets Stone Edge and Aqua Tail have over 100 accuracy. One thing to note is that the +1 accuracy does not boost Iron Tail's accuracy to 100, as it is actually boosted to 99.75. That 0.25% chance to miss should definitely not be a problem, but if that is still scary, then Iron Head or Steel Wing could be used instead.
