Cycle 1 is complete and here are the qualifiers. (screenshot)
Cycle 1 qualifiers can still participate in future cycles, if they want, but they will not qualify for multiple slots. Instead, if they qualify for a higher seed in a later cycle, they will leave their spot in the earlier cycle for the new cycle. If you get the same seed, then you will stay with the initial cycle.
For example, if chemcoop decides to participate in cycle 2 and gets the #1 seed, he will forfeit his "Cycle 1 #2 Seed" spot for the "Cycle 2 #1 Seed" spot, and hzhz, greilmercenary9, and Suinub (who was #5 in cycle 1) take #2, #3, and #4 of cycle 1 respectively.
