What is the bug?
Delphox's Ability Magician doesnt activate if you either knock out the pokemon or use the item the same turn like it should. example power herb solar beam knocking out a dondozo with leftovers should give delphox the leftovers.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, Knocking out a pokemon with power herb solar beam does not activate magician.

Doing a quick bit of research, it looks like this bug has nothing to do with Power Herb - Magician simply will not activate if it knocks out a Pokemon on PS!, while it does activate on cartridge.
