I Was doing a Doubles Battle earlier, and I Noticed Cherrim's Ability Flower Gift Said the boost was being given to Cherrim, but not my ally pokemon, Flower Gift is supposed to give it to all on your side while sun is up and Cherrim is out.(that is, it showed on the stats box that cherrim was recieving it and not the other one)

Sorry, but the effect of some abilities, such as Battery, Flower Gift and Victory Star, isn't displayed correctly yet.

When "Ignore nicknames" is checked under battle options two unintended effects happen when your opp has nicknames:

1) when you are selecting what mon to target (ie in a doubles battle) the nick still shows up. This is a little disorienting if you're trying to figure out whether or not to hp Ice landot and suddenly "garchompslayerxddddd" shows up in all caps out of nowhere

2) when using cntrl+F to find, for example, instances where said mon took damage in the battle to do damage calcs or whatnot, it won't show up. For example, you can cntrl+F "Gengar-Mega" and literally nothing will show up except if it's in-game, in which case it'll highlight the text on the battle screen.

This is unfortunately a side-effect of the way the "Ignore nicknames" checkbox hides existing nicks in the battle log. (Assuming the battle is waiting for your decision, you could temporarily turn off "Ignore nicknames" to perform the search, although the active Pokémon would still update.)
Replay glitch with error message:
The replay seems to have been truncated unexpectedly; perhaps it didn't upload properly. Normally this only happens to replays with several hundred moves.

Glitch occurs at round 140.

Pretty sure this battle went 200+ rounds, perhaps that had to do with it? Cursory google search finds nothing.
This replay is from 2014, so the odds that it is still relevant today are pretty slim.

Glitch occurs at turn 4

Received message after opposing Magearna activates Red Card of Lugia and Destiny Bond of Unbound Hoopa. I was also unable to target Arceus for the entirety of turn 5.

on turn 26, my Ditto which transformed to Magnezone is hit by Magnezone's Hidden Power(dragon) and it is super effect to me, I tried use same move but not very effect to him.
I think this probably a bug.
Your Ditto has Hidden Power Dragon, his hidden power was probably Fire. I don't know how to change the type of your Hidden Power after Impostering a Pokemon in Gen 7 but in Gen 6 if you wanted your Imposter to have a certain Hidden Power, you had to IV it a certain way.

tl;dr: your hidden power carries over when you imposter something

I'm assuming the intention here is to stop opponents spamming battle timer on/off; if that's really it, I'm surprised that was even considered worthwhile, and moreso that both timer buttons glitch like this. Feels like it wasn't properly tested before implementation. "/timer on" worked, but yeah.

Known issue that I plan to look into today because i forgot yesterday. Use /timer on to turn the timer on if it occurs.

If I use Skill Swap with Tapu Lele on Persian-Alola with Fur Coat, the Ability of Tapu Lele still seems to be Psychic Surge and Persian has Psychic Surge (Base: ).

Do you by chance have a replay or screenshot of it? Replays and screenshots makes it a lot easier to study what exactly happened and why it did happen. It sounds like a minor display bug, if anything. As the Psychic Terrain from Lele would still be up, as you can't overwrite a terrain effect with an ability or move of the same terrain that's already out being triggered, and I don't see why the defense of Tapu Lele wouldn't be doubled by Fur Coat.
