Poll's closed. A script will be used to count the votes ASAP. In the meantime, I will be posting non-attacking moves discussion.

Alright, this poll had a number of confusions due to the processes that were used/corrected, but in the end, the abstention was an option that was not standard (I was misinformed and told that it was) in this type of poll, and the script merely counted bolded moves. To be honest, I think this is the best way to count the votes and after looking it over, the results were entirely unconsequential. Out of 137 votes, the following bolded moves were supported in over half of them, and therefore will be considered allowed for the purposes of movepool submissions:

100 - Signal Beam
97 - X-Scissor
88 - Superpower
82 - Overheat
80 - Aura Sphere
66 - Focus Blast
45 - Cross Chop
37 - Brave Bird
